From the first time I called until the end of my purchase I was very pleased. Elizabeth and Jason were easy to work with, efficient, knowledgable, and extremely helpful! Im very glad I chose their store for my first Verizon experience.

I got there on October 26 at 6:00 pm. Wanted to see if I can reboot my iPhone 10 and Jason was there working and he helped me out in a major way. Explained to me the many possibilities I had to either get my phone fixed or get a new one or upgrade my phone. I didn’t feel pressured and the whole process was so informative and helpful. I had an issue with my phone,went to ibreak and they were a pain and couldnt help me even though I had insurance. I went to verizon and Elizabeth did everything to help me. She was a wonderful. Thank you ill be back

Love my phone . The 2 gentlemen in the store were amazing I had insurance claim on my old phone and they helped me Because I messed it up on my phone the manager fixed it for me so that I could get it corrected. When I came to pick up my new phone I had my three-year-old with me the Entertained her she was around their store crazy they didnt mind they were so sweet and kind.

The young man was very helpful. He fixed my husbands phone. We are seniors and had so problem. He help me with my voicemail.

Went in and got a new iPhone XS max from DEREK the other day, he is the best! Very knowledgeable, patient and a great conversationalist. Other people came in while he was still working with me and he didn’t make me feel rushed even after I paid, he took his time to explain everything thoroughly. Will definitely come here again!!!!

I went in to get a new iPhone 11 and switch services from Sprint to Verizon. Alyssa was particularly helpful with transferring our old phones to new, setting us up with accessories, and making sure all of our account info was correct. All with a smile! I would recommend this location.

I came in this morning to add devices to my account, Drake was very knowledgeable about the devices he was very friendly and patient. I would definitely come back to this location he was awesome

My sales rep Keith was very attentive to my issues I was having with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and tried some suggestions and resets on my phone, every time I go to this location they are always so helpful, wished everyone was like that.

This place is a SCAM. I live in Alabama and someone went to this store in Florida and purchased two phones plus two additional lines in my account. Jim was the salesman on the transaction. How can someone have a home address in Alabama and also a home phone number with a 407 area code? That is what they listed on the account. The sales team needs to be more hypervigilant when situations seems out of the ordinary. Verizon cancelled the whole thing for me the next day, but I keep getting the run-around with the TCC store. Something must be done to safe-guard customers from the storefront perspective. This is just absolutely ridiculous. AVOID this TCC chain.

This is the first time that I have been to this location that I wasn’t even acknowledged. I’ve been a Verizon wireless customer for year since 2013 and Alissa paid no attention from the time I walked in at 6:50 and it is now 8:21PM and as a paying customer all I wanted was a I’ll be right with you but I got nothing! Terrible customer service!!!!

Alisa was my sales representative she was a great help great personality broke down everything from the phone I chose to the plan I needed transferred everything to my phone like nothing my phone had everything in it that was from my old phone, apps and all 😁 I actually highly recommend this location but they need a bigger sign you can’t see the Verizon sign from the road
