Have bought two cars new from mullinax Ford and bought the road hazard package. They did not follow up in the timeline I was told and had to call them back to find out if warranty would cover it. I was finally told the one tire would be covered and the other three tires would have to be paid for out of pocket. If I need to pay almost 900, I would have expected better service so I ended up going to tire kingdom.

I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my visit. The appointment process is the best and highly recommended for anyone who needs an oil change and tire rotations. The website will tell you “no appointment needed”, but plan your day to spend 1 to 3 hours for service. They do an excellent service In servicing your vehicle. When I arrived for my 9:30am appointment, I actually arrived at 9:15am. They took my SUV around 9:45 and they were done by 10:15. The waiting area has cold bottle water and coffee and tea at no charge. When I enter my SUV, they placed a cold bottle water in my cup holder. I’ve been coming here since my purchased of my Ford SUV since 2016. Make that appointment, it will reserve a spot for your vehicle to get serviced.

Got there early. Theyre usually pretty busy so expected somewhat of a wait. In and out of there in less than 2 hours. Not bad for weekends when they dont accept appointments. Service advisor was very polite and helpful.

Quick lane gets it done. Shout out to my boys! They always take care of big blue. Be kind to them, they work in the heat and pandemic, has extreme wait times and factories ain’t pushing out parts this year. Much love boys! You all work hard and try!! Have a 9am appt. Oil change,wiper blades replaced, check tire pressure. Told it b 1-1 1/2hrs. Fortunately it has only been 20mins. Past appointment time. What is the point of appointment setting time. As if our time isnt valuable. Oh my mistake at this time theyre just videoing the outside of the vehicle,so its not yet gone into the shop.

I would have given 4 or maybe even 5 stars for them, but their own web page lists the wrong hours. Google search results seen to be accurate but if you go to the Mullimax website to check the hours, it states a 9am open time for Saturday. They actually open at 7am. I went by over the weekend, arriving at 9am because I had other stuff to do that day and was hoping arriving at open would have me in and out quick only to find a crowded waiting room and significant wait time. Had the hours been correct I could have arrived at 7 and even had time to wait if need be, but instead I had to leave without service and return on a day when I had more time available.

I have used this service since 2014 for my 2013 F150 and have been well satisfied until the last two oil changes a pan underneath the truck has been left unattached. From 9:42 am until 3:55 pm I have been waiting for someone to remedy the situation since I dont want to cause more damage by driving it to their location. The 2 rating was quality of work done this morning and the previous oil change.

I have decided to edit my entry. On Tuesday I came for a new tire and was told I needed two new tires. Okay. Thats cool. They told me that they didnt have them Im stock, but they would have them in the next day. Within twenty minutes of leaving the place, they called me and said theyd be in Thursday and theyd call me. I received no call. I had to contact them and was ignored for at least one hour when I got the typical We actually just got the tires in. Thats why I didnt call. So I said Great! Ill be in. Well, we are kind of busy, so if you could come here tomorrow it woukd be great. Okay. I arrived 25 minutes before Im the agreed upon time. Its been three hours. Im still waiting. A process that was initiated on Tuesday is still not complete. I have listened to the advisors tell customers, Sir, youre already. You can sit longer of you want haha... Yeah...the same joke for every customer. I just want to get the heck home. So Quick Lane? Thats the real joke. I was then made to think that they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the tire rotation, a service that comes with the 55.00 Deluxe oil change. I am not happy.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to get the windshield wiper fluid nozzle fixed a month ago. The nozzle was forgotten but I didnt realize it until I had the car home. I moved out of Apopka shortly thereafter and didnt get a chance to get the nozzle fixed. Upon hearing this, the manager at Quicklane called me to make it right, but when I explained that I was no longer in Apopka and couldnt bring the car in, he had my car picked up, fixed, detailed, and gassed up to make up for the fact that my nozzle when unrepaired when I had it in for service. I was blown away by the gesture, and they followed through and took great care of my car! Even though I dont live in Apopka and there is a Ford dealer and service closer, I will be taking my car back to Mullinax for future services - they really went above and beyond. Thank you to Kelly Williams, Dervin Carty, Ashlie Collazo, and Andy Lafontant for taking such good care of me and my car, and for going the extra mile!

THE WORST at keeping an appointment. This is my 3rd time here for service and very time, these guys run 2-3 hrs behind your appointment schedule. Why make an appointment? What finished it for my today was my 9am oil change appointment was running about 30 min late, the service desk person approached me, reviewed my paper work, said we’re getting you in and you’ll be done at 1030a. Great!At 1040a, my car had not even been looked at, it was still in the parking lot. I got the same excuse as the other 2 times, oh we’re so busy today.Well 3rd time’s a charm, I’ll never go back.

Made an appointment for 11am 5 days in advance. Show up for the appointment and car isnt in the bay until almost an hour later. Then it takes nearly 45 minutes to change the oil. I see the car in the bay, off the lift, hood closed and no one working on it. Why have appointments if they cant be honored within a reasonable amount of time?

Slow lane service. Was told 1 hour 45 min for oil change. Truck pulled into the shop 1hr 45 min later. Truck Sat in the shop for 20 min before they started the oil change. 3 hrs and 30 mins later. Absolutely ridiculous...

Went on 2/24/21 to get an oil change and my tires rotated. I watched as the tech rotated my tires front to back and back to front without the front tires changing sides. I asked the Service Advisor Italo why they would do that and he said it was their policy to do it that way unless asked by the customer to rotate them in the traditional method. He offered to change the tires but since I had already been there for over 95 minutes (with an appointment), I declined. I checked the tire manufacturers website and they recommend the traditional method. The next day I received an automated text from Dervin Carty and Kelly Williams asking about my service so I replied with my situation and never got a response. Very disappointing follow up for a customer that has purchased 6 vehicles from the dealership in the last 10 years and who recommends them to everyone for their great service.

I have bought 7 cars from this dealership. They have done numerous oil changes and I bought a few sets of tires there. I went in for an oil change like I had dozens of times before. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I said ok. The customer service representative was very polite. I waited the 1.5 hours. My car was not even on the bay yet. I got my key and left. I dont know if I will return.

Came in with no appointment this afternoon around 3:30P. Adam was able to get to my car pretty quickly. Unfortunately it was more than a dead battery - it was a bad alternator, too. So Adam ordered a replacement one, and my car will be ready in the morning. Im very impressed with how nice, helpful, + professional the staff at the Quick Lane are. Thank you, Adam!!

I wrote a review of this store a while back. I will keep what I wrote up so you can see what it used to be.Since then, they switched management staff, and the services have been awful. The wait times are just abysmal, and to be honest, I dont trust the staff anymore. They have suggested things that did not need to be repaired and missed items that should have been addressed. I am a car guy that loves working on my car. I dont have time. So I know what to look for. I have taken my business elsewhere to people that have earned my trust.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like the customer service here. They arent the cheapest on everything, but they are honest almost to a fault. The management staff is top-notch, and the team knows how to do their jobs well.

It was my first service on my truck, and I got there a little early, when they opened it was easy and they had the service done within an hour. The service writer went thru the printout of everything they checked and told me all was well. Very reassuring to know that there was nothing that needed my attention. I will continue to use the Quick Lane at Mullenax.

I stopped in to get a oil change which would be my second visit. I was recommended some services which I declined. After receiving my car I noticed that it was running different. I just drove my car over 1,500 miles and nothing was wrong with it. Now my car is riding funny and I have to get it checked out. I will not return to this location.

This was my first time using a dealer affiliated center for maintenance. I got The Works ... oil change, fluid check and tire rotation. Came in at 4:00 on Saturday and even though the were busy and closed at 5:00 they took me right in. Cheerfully!! Their customer area is great ~ 3 tvs, nice chairs, free water, coffee, hot chocolate and there are barstools looking out into the service floor to watch the progress of your car. It was quick, easy, great value and listening to Justin work with customers in all sorts of moods and guide the techs I was extremely impressed. I just found my go to maintenance shop!

Well, they did say an hour and a half and it was that and a little more. So dont think Quick Lane will be quick. My $49.99 The Works Package came to $56.20 before tax....go figure there. Yes it did say shop fees but dont use that as a way go gouge customers for more money. I dont pay a service fee for utensils when I go to a restaurant. Wiper blades $37 installed. So got out of there for a little over $100.

Went for a full synthetic oil change in my truck again, I wanted the tires rotated as usual. Patrick didn’t ask if I wanted the tires rotated, or the works package and only did the oil change. I was disappointed again by the service I received at the quick lane. Patrick did offer to rotate the tires but I would have had to continue to wait. I would have liked it done right the first time. I was expecting to have a conversation before the truck went in but he never did have one nor did he have me sign any paperwork before they started.

Fuel filter cap was damaged by technician I wasnt informed also later found oil caused by service of my 2005 F350. Didnt discover issues until I was home in Georgia. Called about my issues. The dealership was good avoyt address problems sent me to my local dealership and assisted getting problem solved.

We purchased a used vehicle that needed just a bit of suspension work (which Mullinax approved to repair at no cost). Richard and Josue (and the rest of the team) took care of us from start to finish.What really impressed us was that we had to take it back to Quick Lane because we still felt there was something a bit off with the four new end links that were installed. Got us in immediately and Josue didnt like the looks of how these end links were setting. Could have just said, theyre new, theyre fine but he felt the car wasnt accepting the brand (it was a high quality brand, not junk) that was installed. He even took us out to look at the end links to show us his concerns.So he immediately replaced the four with OEM parts and the car drove like a dream - no more sounds or suspension symptoms.Even though we were a type of warranty work on this new-to-us, used car we had just purchased from Mullinax Ford, Josue followed through and treated us with care and respect until he was certain our issue was solved and we were safely back on the road.Thanks, Quick Lane!Jim and Robin

I spent almost $600 getting my brakes done oil change and balance , few days later I hear a clinking noise from the rear tire and take it back to the dealership service center at 10 AM they give me a loaner vehicle and tell me that they will give me a call once my vehicle is ready to be picked up I called at five they closed at five spoke with someone from the office had the manager come after hours and bring me my keys so I can pick up my vehicle and the manager politely apologized and told me that the hardware was not put on my brakes and that’s where the clinking noise was coming from and I feel like if I didn’t hear that clinking noise and take it back to the service center that my families life Will possibly have been at risk manager Brian was very polite and explained to me that that shouldn’t of happened but also if I didn’t catch the sound and take it back to the service center I may possibly have not been writing this review I took it to the dealership only because it’s the top dealership in Central Florida and I paid top dollar for my service and I’m upset but I’m more so worried about what could’ve happened I have three small children that constantly drive with me and it’s just very scary experience

Very nice staff, and always pleasant, but WOW are they slow! One and a half to two hours to get an oil change is the normal. This is nuts! The only reason I go here is because I paid for the maintenance plan with my vehicle purchase. Never again will I do that, simply for this reason. I can go to valvoline or mobile and get an oil change in 20 min or less and never have to exit my vehicle. When you come here, pack a lunch, because it’ll take a while. Ford really needs to come up with a solution to this if they want people to buy their maintenance plan, or use them for everyday servicing of their vehicles. They do have free coffee and bottled water in the waiting lobby, which is nice, but hardly makes up for waiting two hours to get an oil change.

I am an older woman and became concerned when the warning light for low tire pressure came on in my 2014 Ford Edge. I pulled into the Quick Lane at Mullinax in Apopka. I was greeted by a very nice young man who had it checked and I was on my way in 15 minutes. What wonderful Customer Service !!

I got to admit that my perspective might be jaded by the company Ford as a whole. I expected the 2010 Ford F-150 FX2 to last much longer than what it did. My truck had 98,000 miles and it blew a rod into the engine. Of course, locked up and busted engine. I thought trucks were supposed to be solid? And get this! We did all the service on the vehicle that should have been done. This just should not have happened with only that many miles on it. I had the 100,000 mile service warranty done on the truck right before I left to Louisiana, and it blew the engine on Christmas day! Kind of makes you think that it could have been something that Mullinax Quick Lane did for the 100k service? Maybe coincidence, but then maybe not.
