Driving in my class A camper on the turnpike to go to my mothers funeral, hit metal on the road and blew two tires. AOK tires from Apopka FL sent a gentleman named Randy. He changed all 6 tires in the pouring rain to get me back on the road. He put balance bags in to help balance. A month later, took it to the shop to have the tires spun balanced.Roberto and Matt worked continuously to get it done. Haven’t had that kind of service an genuinely nice people for awhile.Thanks to the gents who worked so hard.

I had bought some tires a year an a half ago. They started to dry rot. We contacted the owner and we took the car in so they could see the tires. They replaced tge tires with a better set. Was very satisfied. Will always appreciate what they did. Will recommend them to others.

Fair prices. Honest work. And AOK delivered quality service. I had larger replacement A/T tires put on, a 2 lift with new shocks front and rear and leaf spring set on the rear as well as new UCAs in the front with alignment. Bill and Landon did great work! I highly recommend AOK.

AOK manager, Josh, did a thorough diagnostic to figure out what was causing my car to shake when I would drive over 70 mph. He corrected the issue by balancing the tires, checking the air pressure and rotating the tires. Thank you so much Josh for your care and consideration! I truly appreciate it.

Had me wait a week for an appointment on a Saturday. Told me to come 8am. I did. Waited 35 mins, asked about how long was this gonna take? Manager says we are about to pull it in now. I waited 45 mins more for them to tell me they was not going to get me in today. Deserve 0 stars.

Went here to get a repair on a leaking tire. It was plugged and remounted in less than 30 minutes. They have a customer lounge while waiting for service. Quick, convenient and worth the fee. I would recommend this shop and return again for tire repair service.

The alignment technition is top of the line! I have been driving my f-350 for about 4 years now and i have never found a good place to do any alignments, my steering wheel was always off center. Definitely recommend this place for any alignments and tire work!

I needed to purchase 6 new tires for my RV before leaving on a trip. I called and explained that they needed to be done before the weekend and they assured me it wouldnt be a problem. I dropped the RV of and they jumped right on it and got it done. I did have few issues but I contacted Don Williams and he made everything right. Hey they saved me money when i bought 4 new truck tires. Great place to shop. They will take the time to answer your question and help with any problems you might have. They also have a wide selection of tires and wheels. Work is fast and done right.

I dont even think I would give them 1 star. I was very disappointed with the place. Took truck in for an alignment and was quoted a price. Then they called and said there is a problem with the idle arm. I asked what the price would be out the door. The gave me the price with alignment and I agreed to the work. When I showed up to get my truck it was now over $100 more than told on the phone. Was told that the person they put on the phone with me to discuss the problem told me the wrong price. I need my truck so I paid. By that weekend I could tell something wasnt right with the vehicle, they werent open so had to have it looked at and the tie rods were not even tightened. The only good thing I can say is they got me in right away to fix the problem Monday.

Stay away!!! I took my truck in for an alignment and waited over 5 hours to be told they couldnt do it because my hub bearing was going out, then they told me they could fix it on a separate day so I left and came back the day scheduled. I waited over 5 or 6 hours again and constantly checked to see if my truck was being worked on, not once did I see anyone touch my truck. After waiting someone gave me my keys and assured the work was done... $400 later, my alignment wasnt right and my hub bearing is now destroyed because the work was never done!!!!!!!!!!! Beware of their empty promises!

Never again. A few years back they let my car sit for four days while I had a rental car. Didnt do the work promised, in fact, the car hadnt even moved. I took it out of there and got it fixed in two days. I had also gone back to this business in the past, and had been happy and like to help those independent shops, but they really screwed up costing me hundreds of dollars

A guy named Jimmy that works there is about the worst at customer service I ever seen in my life and I am not embellishing at all. This guy doesnt answer you and treats you like dirt and is a BAD choice for someone to work the front counter. Not a bad tire place but not worth going to in my opinion due to rude employee!!!!!

Picked up a nail in my tire arrived at the shop at 5:16 pm and was out by 5:35 pm. So very thankful they greated me with a smile and didnt blink an eye about being so close to their closing time. All the staff I came into contact was very friendly and smiling.

Employees seem to have their own way of doing things in which they think its correct. Overheard employees debating on whether a tire patch was done correctly and stating thats why yuh get customers back again because you shouldnt do it that way. Will never go back again

Woke up to a flat tire this Friday morning. Husband late getting into work. Drove around looking for a place opened to get the flat tire fixed. Finally found A.O.K. Tire Mart located off of S.R. (State Road), 441 in Apopka, Florida.We pulled into their garage where there were a few guys already fast at work doing other jobs on other vehicles.A young guy came out, jacked the car up, pulled off the tire and put on the new one.Very quick. We only waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes tops!

Jimmy has been my contact person at this location, and has always been very responsive. Knowledgable and honest about the service required. If he suspects a problem or possible delay, he tells you up front. This goes a long way in business, as company vehicles cannot sit idle.

Cant stand it when some one thinks they know it all and thinks they knows what best for me lol. If it was for the know it all. I mite have bought 20 truck tire for my fleet. But they do have a good reputation and i cant take that from them.

Wow, I cannot say enough good words about AOK Apopka and my service guy, Craig! I was camped at Trimble Park. I discovered a flat tire on my lovingly restored vintage airstream, thanks to a nail I picked up in my travels. I had no spare tire! Craig came out, removed and patched the tire and got me back on the road. He was very careful to not damage my trailer and even torqued the lug nuts for me using my torque wrench. Thanks Craig for a job well done!

However, the “best” is not usually the “most expensive”. They realize this. Honesty!The complications: I brought that truck from Puerto Rico (last service station USAF/PRANG) w/ a lock nut/lug (I don’t know how to refer to it, @ this time); of which I have no key! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I am a Spinal Cord patient at Lake Nona’s beautiful Orlando VA Medical Center (Multiple Sclerosis - maybe fed gov induced, but I would do it again in an instant: I Love ❤️ my country; it was My honor!). I also suffer, of course, from deep (but deeply controlled!) PTSD. Compassionate!___________________________I digress. It took me 3 hrs last night to write this “review”. Called to have a tire repaired or replace. My girlfriend had the debit card on her and i was working. They said they dont do phone sales. Any company that wont do this and offers mobile services is unorganized and low rent. Stay away

Ive been to this shop many times over the years and have never had the greatest experience, but always just assumed that they were busy and being mechanics, customer service wasnt necessarily going to be their strong point. Anyway, went to inquire about getting the a/c in my car fixed. 1st, I had to wait while the man in front of me and the guy behind the counter talked about the old days. Meanwhile, the woman sitting at a desk behind him sat there literally doing nothing. Eventually, she gets up to walk out of the lobby, only to advise me that someone would be right with me. Not her, not the 2 or 3 other people walking around behind the counter (maybe they were busy), but the one guy discussing the history of Apopka. When I finally do get recognized, I tell the man, Ive been given a quote before, but didnt remember what the amount was because it was a while ago, but I was looking to get my a/c fixed. The man just walks away, picks up the phone and calls for Chris. He then comes back and says, Chris is the shop manager, hell be able to answer my questions. Now, mind you, I am a very patient person (sometimes too patient), so I waited...and waited. People coming and going. Both customer and employees. After waiting for about another 10 mins and another call to Chris, finally, Chris comes out with a paper in hand, walks to the front counter, lays the paper down and begins to walk out of the room. At no point did he ask anyone why he was called to the front or even ask me (1 of 2 people in the lobby) if I needed help. I mean, I understand, not everyone is a people person, but there has to be some kind of attention paid to customers or potential customers that walk in to your establishment. Theyve obviously come to you for a reason. Ive spent a lot of money here over the years, but I guarantee, nobody in this place knows my name. Is that a deal breaker? No, but being a small business like this, you should have some sense of making people feel welcomed. Making them feel like theyre appreciated for bringing their business to you. Youre a mechanic, in Apopka. There are mechanics in Apopka every 1/2 mile. I dont understand how you can afford to be so careless about customers.

Dont call ahead before doing repair cost. They only said what needed to be done and theyll let me know. The bill started at $700 end up at $5,100.00 plus 2 months later with no work truck and broken speedometer.

They say they are all about family but if youre not in the clique youre not going to make it. Oh and not to mention I personally seen them doing things that were not needed to vehicles

Zero stars. First off, only reason I went their is because they told me over the phone they had the rims I needed, turns out they didnt. Then, they left my lug nuts loose and I almost lost my right rear wheels on the interstate. I will never go their again and recommend you dont either for your safety.
