All ahead of schedule and a great deal less cost than the BMW dealership. Ever since I found this place around two years ago, I just can’t go anywhere else. As a female customer that doesn’t know much about cars (I know I should :/) I trust this business and the employees. They work efficiently and I have never had further problems with any of the repairs they have done in my car. My favorite part?! They have explained to me what’s wrong and why something should be repaired, and they are honest if something can wait. I think their prices are fair (you pay for what you get), and their communication with the client is great. I have referred friends as I highly recommend them.

Came in to get an oil change and front brakes done - after the brakes were inspected, i was told that i actually had plenty of life left on the front pads and that i dont have to change them - still performed the oil change but i very much appreciated the honesty!! I arrived with horribly damaged rotors on my 2012 Honda Accord.The moment that I arrived, the store manager , Bob, greeted me and asked how he could help.I explained my situation and he assured me that his team would be looking at my car, as soon as possible.He established me as a new customer, dealt with the computer difficulties, answered every phone call, communicated with his team, and gave updates for the customers who were already there.Bob and his team operate excellently.I was not expecting to have my vehicle finished in the same day, but they did it, while servicing multiple vehicles.This team is amazing.They will do everything possible to care of you.

First of all I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment and they were booked. The mechanic asked me to leave my vehicle and he would try to “fit me in”. I had been trying to diagnose my vehicles symptoms (engine misfire, exhaust fumes and intermittent squeaky belt) for at least 6 month.The technician is an A1 mechanic. He tightened my belt(s) and QUICKLY diagnosed where the vacuum leak was coming from WITHOUT the aid of a code reader (as my vehicle is early 90’s vintage) or the benefit of a check engine light.I’m thoroughly satisfied with the results

Brought my vehicle in to have my muffler replaced. Discovered it was not my muffler making the noise. They found several other issues causing the increased noise, including my air conditioner. Rather than selling me expensive parts they resolved the problems with some inexpensive maintenance. These folks are very honest, fair and extremely competent and professional. I am glad I found these folks and will certainly use them going forward with all of my vehicles maintenance.

I took my grand daughters 2004 Lexus SUV to Meinekein Apopka for brakes issues, vibrations and.and wheel balance issues.When finished, the brake rotors were too warped to consider turning so new ones were installed. This was a front wheel drive car and the drive shaft on the passenger side was shot. So that was replaced. The wheels had been improperly balanced when new tires were recently installed causing speed sensitive vibrations. All defective parts were shown to me during the inspection process so I was confident a thorough evaluation was being done. I was frequently updated on how the repairs were proceeding. The owner and front desk tech were considerate, professional and friendly. The cost of repairs was fair and Id have no reservations about taking a vehicle there for service or repairs.

It is rare to be able to trust any mechanic or repair shop but I have always used Mieneke on Semoran Blvd since we moved here 4 years ago. I took my vehicle because my back brakes were squeaking and I thought it may be time to change out the brake pads. Mieneke did a thorough inspection and the brakes were fine and they explained that the issue has to do with surface rust on the rotor which builds up after time and I do go some time between drives. You can trust these guys.

This car repair shop has excellent service and does great work on my 30 year old car. They are a bit on the expensive side, but can be a lot cheaper if you buy your own parts online.

Bob has done my car care for the last 13 years. My car is in its 16th year and I hope it will see me out. When he does my regular maintenance he alerts me to things that might need attention so I can plan ahead. He has saved me in sudden crisises.He does maintenance on a number of my friends cars .He went through my daughters used SUV to bring it up to his high safety and reliability standards. He gives me peace of mind.

I took my 68 Corvette in for some exhaust work. The guys pointed out broken motor and transmission mounts. They recommended to have them fixed prior to installing new exhaust pipes. They were upfront and honest with a genuine free estimate. They could have went forward with the exhaust work but they did the right thing and showed me what needed to be done first.

These guys are awesome to go to. Very courteous and professional. They helped me with my needs for my vehicle and I was back on the road in a very timely fashion. I recommend these guys to anyone.

A brake and safety inspection, for my Acura MDX I also have used them in the past when I used to own a Volvo S40. They very caring Josh took the time to explain everything in detail what my car needed, they also gave me two different estimates. They made me feel very comfortable.

Extremely friendly and helpful and honest. Went in to have a muffler welded in and they called me after they got the car up and informed me that they COULD make it work but it was the wrong size muffler and Id save money on labor if I came back with a different muffler. They didnt even charge me for the time they had it up and were looking at it. Then, when I went to pick my car up, the car wouldnt start and they helped me solve that problem too free of charge. Bob was the gm there and was very friendly and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me and not just try to take my money like some shops might do. I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

I chose this business based on location, hours and ad indicating they specialized in exhaust work, what I wanted. EVERYONE there treated me like it my 50th visit, calling me by name (as I wanted it) various conversations you’d have with long time friends. Before any work was performed I received a call detailing options, what would be done and a spot on estimate. I arrived about half an hour before completion. I was invited back to inspect the progress and encouraged to suggest the finishing touches I wanted. Would I go back? Not just yes, but heck yes!! Attaboy gentlemen. BTW, I had a self purchased cat back dual exhaust installed on a Chevy Silverado.

Great Customer service with fair price, wife recommended me to come her when she got her car fix. Josh, James, Tim, and Bob worked on my Jeep for 2 days trying to resolve my CEL. Instead of charging me with the extra day they spent and testing multiple parts trying to find the main issue, they only charge me for the service that only needed to get done, nothing extra for the trials and other testing. Thank you for your dedication. Will be coming back in the future.

They do good work, if you can get an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone. You leave a message to schedule an appointment and they dont call back. It sucks because I want to keep my service with one company. Seems like Ill have to find another company to go to.

I went here to get my air condition looked at. It was my first time at this location and they did not disappoint. The owner is awesome. Very nice, very honest. All around good guy. They helped me with the air condition and more at a very reasonable price. Even the mechanics were polite.

We recommend this place to my mother because we had gotten work done here and they ripped my mother off. After spending almost 3k on repairs she began having the same issues she brought the car in for. She returned to them and complained her issue was still happening. They quoted her an additional $700+ for other repairs. Eventually she got fed up with them and went to a Cadillac dealership (since she has a Cadillac). Cadillac is only charging her $385 compared to the $700+ meineke quoted her. I’m so disappointed and will never take my car here ever again! They took advantage of my mother.

I been getting my cars serviced at this meineke location for about 12 years . I never disappointed , Bob and his team are very honest people. I have no complaints. I am having a better experience with meineke than the big dealers .

Another mechanic highly recommended this shop to me because of an exhaust leak in my car. When I went to the location, there was no one at the service desk (even though there were several people working in the back). One of the mechanics said someone would assist me shortly. So I waited about 15 minutes and still no one came. The mechanic then called a service person by name to help me. I heard the service guy yell what do you want? But he never came to the front. It was a very rude and unprofessional experience so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

After getting quotes from others in town I went with them because their quote was in my budget and I felt comfortable leaving it with them. I am very happy with the job they did and have received multiple compliments. Keep it up guys!

When I went to Bobs Meineke I told him I wanted the car to last 10 years and be safe. The car is now 13 years old and Bob says it can see me out. I have sent many friends and relatives to him. He is attended to all of my car crises for the last 10 years and is always cheerful about them.
