Horrible customer service I made an appointment at 5:00 and they got to my car at 5:45 and when they finally got to work on my car Ryan the assistant Manager was trying to tell me that nothing was wrong with the tire when I knew that I have a screw on the tire, he kept saying are you listening to me we dunk it on our water tank and nothings wrong with it!!!!!! Maybe next time you might want to listen to the customer too.. the worst part is that I wasted 1:15 minutes and my tire still needs to be fixed because they didnt have the right size to replace it👎

I had low pressure on my tires. Took it in, they checked them, and they were low by 3 lbs. They fixed me up, and on my way. All at no charge. I didnt even buy the tires from them, since its a new car. Staff is always awesome.

Always friendly and up front. They always do their best to help you with your needs and dont tell you things just to make you happy- they tell you upfront it might be a wait or that they may not have your tire in stock but thats what amazing customer service is about. Being honest. The prices are pretty decent and if they dont have what you need they will get it for you as fast as they can. I have been going to Discount Tire for a couple decades now. (Back when Kumho tires were pretty new and only about $99/tire).

I went to discount tires with a flat tire, not sure if it could be repaired. I was prepared to purchase new tires and they found the cause, they patched the tire. I wasnt aware that they dont charge for tire repairs, I have purchased tires before from them and not charging for the tire patch is a great customer service feature. They are about selling the tires if needed and not about the $20 for patching tires. Great service, will purchase my tires in the furture.

One of my tires was leaking air and I was told by Pep Boy it was the valve and that it was a especial order part… I took the car to Discount Tire and they didn’t buy the story… so they check the car find out it was the rubber part in between change it put the aire at spect and reset the system FOR FREE! This was the best service ever! Now we can star our vacation! THANK YOU!

Was told by them that my tire could not be patched..Went to their competitor and was told that it could be patched. The explanation that was given by Discount tire didnt make any sense.,because a patch is different from a plug and wouldnt effect the structure of the tire. The tire had enough tread to be able to handle a patch and enough for another 2k miles at least. I believe this excuse was given because it was 40mins before closing.. smh.

Discount Tire Apopka is a excellent tire store. They will air up your tires and even fix your tire at no charge (if the tire is fixable) have been coming here for years. If you need new tires there prices are also competitive. Definitely worth visiting this store if your need a tire repair or are in the market for new one tires.

I think I speak for almost everyone that waking up to a flat tire in your driveway is not how you want to start your day. I called my local Discount Tire and the person that answered the phone (Juan) from the moment I explained my situation to 30 minutes later greeting me by name when I walked through the door was amazing. He took personal interest in locating a special order tire that would take several days to get, solving the delay with providing a solution, and even went above and beyond following through with a request of mine. Juan went completely out of his way to make me feel valued all for this one measly tire.Im sure everyone that works there is just as great however I had the privilege to work with Juan and recommend if you have any tire question or tire need wait for Juan you wont be disappointed !!!Juan thank you for renewing my faith in auto customer service!

Bought MCH DEFENDER T + H for $658.17 including tax Jan 2019 on my 2014 Honda CRV. Price matched Costco deal. Year later, I ran over a screw and got a flat. Scheduled appointment online for 8:45am Monday. Got in before my appointment and they were able to work on my car right away. I was in and out quickly. The standard warranty, lifetime rotation of tires, price match guarantee is worth it. Coffee while you wait is a bonus.

My family and I usually come here for all of our tire needs. Today, I was reminded of why that is. I noticed at work that my tire was having some issues, at higher speeds it shook my whole car and I was honestly afraid to drive it home. On my way home I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Claud and after hearing my possible issues told me to come in ASAP and he would get it handled. Needless to say I was the guy that showed up 10 minutes before closing. I expected to be told tomorrow was the earliest they could get me in, but instead I was in and out in 20 minutes time. I cannot thank you guys enough for what you did.

While I was not at Discount Tire for my own vehicle today (appt tomorrow) I did drive a friend over to pick up his vehicle. They had called him to let him know his truck was ready only to find out when we got there that they had only balanced 2 if his 4 wheels stating they couldnt get the center caps off to get them balanced. They had already done the front but couldnt get the back 2. In the process of doing the front one they broke his center caps...not once did they apologize or offer a discount because of it. They just told him he had to figure out how to get the others off so they could balance the back two wheels. Then made him pay for all the work without finishing it. Not exactly how I would have handled it.

Order online and come back he says, or wait an hour and a half or two. I had a nail in one front tire. Never offered to sell me tires. Offered to do an air check but got someone else to do it. The air tech was polite and helpful. The website offered two tires for a reasonable price but a six day wait to install them and the website froze at payment. Tire Kingdom put two tires on my jeep for $50 less, with warranty the next day. Been nice knowing you Discount.

Previously loved this place. However, visit before last they didnt have the advertised tires in stock and we were pressured into lower end tires at the same cost. Now these dont hold air as well and we constantly have to go up there. Aside from that, our last visit... the line 2 cars ahead of us. However we waited over 10 minutes and they hadnt started filling air. The customer had the employee jumping through hoops. I called inside (the line was now extending through the lot) I spoke with Mike) and was told Ok, were working on it. They did get it moving... but they need to have better training of employees

Discount Tire in Apopka, FL is a great place to go if you are in search of new tires. I needed a set of tires put on my truck that day (which was a busy Saturday!) they were able to get me in the next hour. They answered all my questions, gave me a great deal on 4 new tires and in spite of being slammed, and having to work around new Local, State, and CDC guidelines they managed to keep a safe environment to protect all their staff and customers.

One of the best locations along with the one on John Young Parkway. They are honest and hardworking people. I went to the Semoran location and they tried to rip me off for over $200 for the same service. I worked with Joe and he was great, courteous and had me out of there in an hour.

I went today to have a tire repaired (nail). Made an appointment quickly and easily. They had an organized flow of customers checking-in curbside, then they fixed my tire in about 15-20mins, put my spare back in the trunk and then gave me a bill for $0.00. Of all the different tire businesses Ive spent money at, this one location is by far the best. I was given a great price by knowledgeable employees, quality work and best of all my time is respected. Ive made 2 appointments and both were kept in the time frame given. They also have a very convenient tire pressure check system. Too good to believe but absolutely true.

The Sales Manager named Claud was extremely helpful. He offered me amazing service without any sales pressure whatsoever. I was in and out in approx 20 minutes. I had a flat tire and thought I drove over a nail. It was a poor valve stem. Any other car place would’ve tried to trick me into buying another tire. I did inquire about purchasing a full set a tires because I was so happy with the service and he told me about a special that was around 300 bucks for a full set.I don’t forget when others treat me well. I will definitely buy my future tires here instead of Pep-boys or Tuffy.

Im always blown away by the staff. Like usual, I was greeted in the parking lot the second I parked my vehicle. Staff immediately proceeded writing a list of what I wanted along with recommending what they believed was needed.The staff here is extremely knowable and willing to help with whatever is needed. The sales associate I was working with made sure to get me the best price and did a few extras free of charge.Despite any price difference I may find online I will surely pay the difference in store to support this business. It would be well served for other businesses to take note on how to work with customers.Also, I was told my wait would be around an hour; however, the guys on the floor were all work and no play. The job was completed in half the time.If you dont like leaving your vehicle unattended youre able to monitor the entire floor from inside an air conditioned waiting room with complimentary refreshments.Jose definitely deserves a huge shout out for going above and beyond!

I love this location of discount tire. I went a year ago to get a patch in my front tire and a few days ago I had to get my front 2 tires replaced. I love how they show you all the tires thy are available with full prices and they don’t try to up sell you on the highest priced one. Plus I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

When in purchased two new tires for my Cadillac Escalade they gave me a time frame at 11:00 in the morning they were done by 11:30 happy with everything definitely more reasonable on tires than a lot of places in the area. I need two more tires Ill be back.

Got here less than an hour ago and they were able to patch my tire that had two nails in it. Upon further inspection another tire had to be replaced before leaving. Since they were still under warranty all it cost was $13 to replace warranty on the new tire. Best place to get tires!

Made an appointment for 1pm on a Saturday to replace two tires, and I was on my way out at about 1:30pm. Exceptional staff and service all-around.

They’re always very polite and accommodating. Took my husbands truck in to get a tire patched and they had me in and out within 40 minutes and they were busy. Plus they had a changing table in the restroom so I could change my kid, I was happy about that too!

I always come here if I need any tires whatsoever on anything from my truck, van, or fifth wheel recreational vehicle. They do very quick work and the staff is very friendly and courteous which is very hard to find in a tire shop these days. Ive never ever had a problem here and I dont believe you will either.
