Russ saved our evening when we were in a pinch. He replaced our battery and terminal connector in the parking lot at the spur of the moment, gave us some helpful advice, and was overall very kind and courteous. He set a great precedent and we look forward to doing our future auto parts business with AutoZone.

Had a sudden vehicular issue while traveling. went here for their awesome free diagnostic services. russell was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS in our time of need. installed the new battery and set us up with what we needed to continue our journey. cannot say enough good about this auto zone and russell.

Keith and Zulma are life savors !!!!! I live 3 hours away and had battery issues and was scared to turn off the car , even to get gas with the thought of it not turning back on and being stranded miles away . Isamary...The store manager and her team are great! I am a Retired Airforce Jet Engine Mach, (F-16), I was having difficulty installing my newly purchased windshield wiper blades... Isamary saw me struggling, came out the door like a superhero 🤣 and installed them! seriously, very good service here and they have what you need for your car! Come get what you need for your auto, leave your pride in the car😅... you’ll be glad you did!

Kevin is a top notch guy, saw me struggling installing my purchase and came out and helped me install in 90 degree heat. 10/10.

I went to this one because it opened at 8am. I got my parts needed..tag light bulbs and headlight bulb. I asked if they could be installed. I should have known better by the way Kevin B seemed very unenthusiastic and nonchalant in his customer service skills.Of course he acted like he could install but then said he couldnt once he looked at it, which was fine. I asked him if he could ask the senior staff and he declined, stating he did not know about it.So I inquired if the other AutoZone could be called to ask if they can do it.Then he called and I remembered that they did not open for another 25 minutes. He says oh they should be open like us..and I told him that I googled it and they were not. So he called..he says they are not picking up..that because they are closed..duh.Not going back here..only went because they were open earlier. Poor customer service. No apology and didnt even suggest what else I could try.

I was having trouble with my car while my husband was away. This location just opened near the entrance of my neighborhood. I took my car in to have diagnostics run on it by Isammary. She was so helpful and told me just what part was recommended. I decided to attempt the repair myself and she got the part ordered and in the next morning and Im back on the road driving smooth! Thanks Isammary for all your help. Excellent customer service, VERY knowledgeable. 💙
