David was extremely helpful and patient! A wonderful manager! While waiting for my phone to reset and transfer info (which takes all day!) David was very pleasant and respectful. He went to his best extent to help us as we ran into an issue. He absolutely deserves a 5 star.

I have been coming to this tmobile site for a few years now. Generally i am happy with the service i get. That wasnt the case this morning unfortunately. As i entered the store, a sale associate, Mr Shawn, was present, along with another gentleman working away on a laptop. I wasnt sure if the person on the laptop was working for t-mobile since he wasnt wearing the uniform. I was therefore trying to make eye contact with Shawn so i can tell him the reason i came in. Mr Shawn quickly decided to completely ignore me and answer a phone call that rang about a minute after i entered the store. At this point I am wondering who should have priority, a customer who is already in the store, waiting to be greeted, or a random call?. I am patiently waiting for him to finish the call so we can address why Im there. After about 6 minutes on the call, the other line rings and i hear Mr Shawn say goodbye and proceeds to pick up the other call. I then interrupted him to remind him that I didnt come in to pose as indoor decoration. Neither am i wearing invisible clothing. He tells me he is assisting the person on the laptop. I remind him that he has not assisted the person on the laptop, or myself, but rather some random person on the phone. Well, mr Shawn is not apologizing for his behaviour, but rather yells at me for something he perceives i did wrong. In retrospect, i realize i should have probably visited the store when other sales associates were present...

After struggling with another location’s staff for many months who ruined our account, decided to go to this location. The issue was fixed immediately! Special thanks to Mike! Omg let me tell you why you need to visit this store. David is by far the funniest guy I have ever met. He has made my experience with a broken phone turn into the best experience at a store ever. I came in quiet and upset over my phone but I have been laughing non stop. I swear he is a comedy genius and can turn anyone’s frown upside down. I walked in with a broken phone and walked out with someone I can call a best friend. If you have bad experiences in other stores then make this your one and only stop for David. He needs a promotion and raise with his customer service experience!!! 10/10 would recommend

Beware most of the 5 star replies here are automated bots. My experience in there was absolutely terrible the salesman who was helping was (his name was David) said he was doing all he could to help us but just sat there the entire time with a smug look. We waited there for probably 4 hours and he would not let us contact his manager. This is why I am sticking with Verizon. Have a nice day!

Bad business all along. Went there to upgrade one of my lines, showed them the phone I was going to trade and they said all was good to proceed with the trade and the purchase of the new phone. Had some issues activating the SIM card and 2 hours after the wait, after the whole transacion was done and my card was charged the balance of the delta on the new phone, they came back out and said sorry your old phone has a small crack we can call someone to come and fix it for $80, well split the repair with you. Walked out of the store, called corporate and complained about this shady practice. This is called bait and switch.....if I could, I would give them negative 10 stars.....

I went there to upgrade my hot spot to 5G. I was getting 4G Hotspot for 85 a month. They were able to give me 5G for 55 a month and 100GB instead of my previous 22GB. I believe a lady named Laurie helped me and she was extremely polite and kind!

Please be aware this is not a corporate location, it’s privately owned, and you can tell. After arriving at 10:00 am, it’s now 6:52 pm and I’ve not yet completed my switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because of this store. I had to visit another store to correct some of the mistakes they made and then spent 1.5 hours on the phone with support just to set time tomorrow to finish. The amount of inaccurate information and lack of understanding of their own process really upset me. I still can’t tell you what my total bill will be and what exactly I paid for. I have no idea how to send my phone in and they gave me zero instructions on how to set up some features I was sold. It really dampened a Christmas gift buying experience I was excited about. Lastly I was sad to hear one manager say to a customer “then she’s doing her job” in response to the customer expressing his discomfort with how much he was having to spend. Overall I’m glad I found the location in Beaver Creek and will go there from now on.

I would like to give a shout out to the staff are the two sales guy and Lady that helped me where my service needs. I went to upgrade my phone to a newer phone and they were very helpful in making sure that went smoothly. And I was able to take advantage of a promotional deal with a T-Mobile sync device. The gentleman that helped me and told me about it really knew his stuff. Keep up the good work and the great customer service at that location.

Had an awesome experience! Right off the bat when entering the store you can just feel the good energy and positive aura! Was helped by Isaac who went above and beyond my expectations and gave me more reasons to be happy to be part of the Tmobile family. This experience left a huge impact on me that I will surely highly recommend Tmobile to any friends and family and to even goto this Apex location because how great it is! This location is probably the best in the area. I have been coming here on a number of occasions and I have been getting great help each time. My hat is off to David. He is very knowledgeable on any subject, as well as going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, I called him 3 times today, on 4th of July and he answered every time. I feel like I have been scammed. I am quoted 1 price and then told another. Was quoted 111 per month and gets bills for 139. Then when I call (the first 3 times) I am promised a reimbursement on the next statement and it never comes. Now they say there is nothing they can do. I really feel like I was told a number to get me to sign and then they switch once signed. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! I WORKED WITH A GUY NAME CHARLES!!! They have great customer service at first but just lying to your face.

Let me start by saying we came into this store planning on ending our service with T-Mobile David was able to completely turn that around for us. Not only was he able to lower our bill but we now have 2 new phones a lower bill and laughed the entire time we were in the store. David and Charles were absolutely spectacular. They went above and beyond for us. We have been with t mobile for almost 12 1/2 years and never thought about leaving. Our interaction today with them just confirmed why we love t mobile so much and why we want to stay forever with this company. They both helped us out with everything suggesting new phones for us both and helping us set it up while saving us money. We are not the most technologically advanced people, but they have restored faith in the younger generation for us. We want to personally thank them and recommend anyone who goes to this store to ask for either David or charles.

Issac is rude and disresepctful. He has zero customer service skills. While the rest of your employees were wonderful he is reprehensible and I will not step foot in this store ever again because of him.I came back to return the awful device that I was.sold.ans Alex is just as repulsive and rude as Issac. I came here last year and worked with Charles. Worst mistake ever. Came back today to add a line for my fiancé and worked with this guy named David and he went above and beyond lowering my bill and helping me out. I have never laughed so hard before in my life. If y’all want the best experience ever in the whole world of any store you ever go to, you need to see my man David. I cant wait until he has a store of his own so I can keep getting the true T-Mobile experience. I live about 30 minutes away but I will now make this my storhome store. I’ve had my share of issues with some things with T-Mobile as a company.However, there is one employee that has gone above and beyond in helping me and my family.David has stepped up and fixed some issues alongside the management team (all things that have caused a lot of aggravation and should have never happened in the first place).If I was able to hand out bonuses he would definitely get one!!!Thank you David at the Apex NC store.

David had been phenomenal to us. This is our second time in here and he helped transfer everything over to our liking and specifications. Even though we asked a lot from him we always received a, sure I can do that, with a smile and positive attitude everytime. If you need anything done, please go see David and ask for him. Dear new residents of North Carolina,Dont do the same mistake as me. When I came here I decided to save money and got 2 numbers from T-mobile. I was shocked over the tariffs in Verizon. But day by day facing awful service, network quality and attitude of T-mobile representatives I understood that I should have bought Verizon numbers.Dont do the same mistake like me. T-mobile is cheaper and their online chat team members are polite. But, just polite periodically using we are sorry and blah-blah-blah. They are absolutely useless and not interested in customer satisfaction. But its better to repay additional 20 $ and get brilliant service from another company than being a user of T-mobile.Alas, I can not put 0 stars. 1 star is too much for T-mobile

The store manager Michael honestly provided me the worst customer service I have EVER received. T-Mobile just lost a loyal PAYING on TIME customer. Dont sell someone an insurance plan If you arent going to cover damages the customer didnt cause. Ill give my hard earned money to a friendlier company. Friendly staff who know absolutely nothing about the carrier they represent or the process of switching service to T-mobile. In Two particular situations they gave me completely inaccurate information and in one of those situations this included a Hard inquiry credit check not a soft credit check like they had told me and that I had agreed too.

I wish there was an option for a ZERO rating. Zero customer service! If you are having trouble with your phone - or in my case the charging cable - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. Take it to the T-Mobile store on Tryon. I was having trouble with my phone not charging. The people at APEX didnt even try to charge it! They jumped directly to the warranty option. Then they said because my phone had a small scratch on the bottom of the back of my phone that the warranty was void. Terrible customer service. I went to the T-Mobile store on Tryon and the 1st thing they did was check to see if the problem was the phone or the cord. It was the cord and since my phone was less than a year old they gave me a FREE cord they had in the back. Now THAT is customer service.

Whenever I go to this store during TMobile Tuesday event, the item was always out of stock. This is a few hours after they open. It might not be the stores fault but still frustrating and a waste of time. Also, theres usually 2 associates present but the last time there was only one so be prepared to wait.
