We use to use another Walmart Auto Center but the waits got ridiculous. This one the staff are outstanding, the best. Corrie?, Matt?, and Richard(new hire), hope I got the names right, were absolutely the best of the best. So very helpful. Went out of their way to provide excellent service. We had been trying to get a tire replaced, had trouble finding out if it was in. (A shout out to Panda who answered the phones and also showed excellent customer service.) It wasnt but they kept us alerted to the fact it came in before we went home so we didnt have to make another 60 mile plus trip back. Thank you for the amazing service to all.

I just tried to get an oil change here today? I pulled into a parking spot at the auto center a walked in. I asked for a oil change. The older employee inside at the register stated no one helped you outside? I said no. He then asked me to pull my car into the lane at the garage door and he would send someone out. I walked past two mechanics talking who ignored me. I pulled into the lane they looked at me and kept talking. There was no one in line....... Just me. After 10 min I just left.

Walmart auto is good value. I have purchased all of ny car tires at Walmart and they have lasted about 2 years! Batteries same thing.

I had a blow out in Gilbert after I ran over ball mount pin for a receiver hitch, the tire was done. Luckily, I had a the road hazard protection on the tire. The gals at the Apache Junction store made things right, even though the center was closed for maintenance. After the new tire came in, I was able to receive the detail attention to the situation that was required. I am very grateful and highly recommend the Walmart Auto Care Center in Apache Junction.

Bad service oil and lube was closed during business hours on Saturday morning they said that they werent going to open till 10 or 11 and they ended up not opening at all the people were rude

Went yesterday to buy 4 new tires to find out one of them was the wrong size. Which things happen, no biggie. My issues was they were unable to do anything with the tire that day when we tried to take it back. I had to drive back from Mesa the next day to have them replace it.

I only had an oil change. I arrived at a good time. Around noon. No line! I got in right away. They did the oil and filter change and were cheaper than any other place in Apache Junction on the trail.

We take our vehicles here for oil changes. Is it White glove service , with a smile? No. Its Walmart. We go here, the job gets done, at a reasonable price, while were doing our grocery shopping. Which, if your family is as busy as ours, is much better.

$48 for Mobil 1 synthetic oil change including 5qt Oil, and filter. Very friendly associates.

Not good. Made to pay for warranty tire repair. Then they took balance lead off. Had to pay another shop to balance wheel. Buy at big o or discount and no here. The other shop treat you good

Bought 2 tires and an oil change on 2/6. Cashier said she couldnt ring them up together for some reason, so I paid $213 for 2 $52 tires and $45 for an oil change. Didnt seem right but I figured the road hazard and all the fees were just high. Went back on 2/15 to replace the other 2 tires and did everything exactly the same, minus the oil change. Same tires, same warranty, same service. This time it was $154. Both times, I had to stop and put air in them because they only inflate them to 30, despite the fact the recommended pressure is 48-50 (max 51). On 3/11, one of my brand new tires blew so I had to go back AGAIN. They honored the warranty and replaced the tire for free. But they didnt put a valve stem cap on it. Also, the next day, my TPMS light was on AGAIN, because they only inflated the tire to 30 PSI. I get that its Walmart, but the extra $50 and the missing stem cap and then having to stop & put air in my tires THREE times kinda irks me

Multiple times I have had problems with tires that I bought from Apache Junction Walmart and the manager there has taken 100% care of the situation. I own a small business in Apache Junction and I would suggest that you buy your tires here at Apache Junction Walmart he get the best price and Tony over there will take care of you. Tony has been working at that Walmart for years that I know . And he is a great manager.

I get my oil changed and tires rotated at this Walmart, only. The staff have always been friendly and they work hard to get your car done. They can get busy, so I always have a list of things I need to kill time. The store itself is one of the cleanest, most well stocked, and organized Walmarts, so I prefer to shop here too.

Wait time could be better, they need more guys there instead of one person checking all vehicles in..a one hour visit turned into 3 hours, ugh

Refused to fix a completely fixable flat tire. On top of that they never called me to let me know they werent going to fix it. I waited 5 hours before I CALLED THEM. Ive been coming to this walmart auto center for years and it seems in the past year they wont fix flat tires and only recommend new tires. I took it to another local auto repair center and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Unfixable....ya thats some bullcrap.

Very very rude. No customer service skills. And dont want to work. There was 1 vehicle in 1 of the bays. The other lube bay was completely open and they told me it was gonna be at least a 2 hour wait. (Obviously they didnt want to work and was trying to scare me away with such a long wait time). I looked at the guy then the bay and he told me they were understaffed. First of all I, myself could change my oil faster then that. And they had 3 guys working on this 1 vehicle. They were messing around and walking slowly. Hardly doing anything. And there was 3 other car behind me waiting to get an oil change as well. Never going to Apache Junction Walmart again. Ill drive the extra miles to Signal Butte Walmart. At least their TLE is happy to help you. And have better customer service.

Between purchase and replacement of Battery, all it took was less than an hour, by far. Ken was an excellant and helper for and the ladies behind the counter was really fast and efficient. Thank you all!!

I waited for aprx. 16 min. until I was acknowledged. And it was by the busy tech doing an oil change who said hi and someone would be with me.Fianlly, after another 12 min. and when I had gotten back into my car, I was approached by another guy named Podrick or Lodrick who has the small hand held computer. He had past me several times without a word.Keep in mind it was probably 108-113F from where I was waiting v the interior of the shop with fans and cooling system.Ive been here in the past but the techs I use to see who were fast and had great customer service skills werent there.Now, theres just 3 green eared techs that stall a lot, at that point I didnt really feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle.

Lacking honesty at this tire center...I got a call after waiting 40minutes that they couldnt replace my tire because the lugnut was stripped. I thought I looked over the tires before handing over the keys but I though I could have made a mistake and not noticed it. Got home and looked at a couple pictures I took of the car a month prior and sure enough the bolt was on there with no damage. They stripped it and then lied about it. Never coming here again!

Took my vehicle in for oil change. Didnt vacuum or clean windows even though they checked that they did. Hope oil and filter was actually changed but no way really to tell. The techs left oily hand prints on drivers side inside and outside of door and window. Oil spilled in engine compartment and on bumper. I guess thats what you get now says, blind trust. The inside lady at the register was kind and courteous.

The tires are great but....John the older gentleman was extremely rude from the start. Also they hit my sensor for power steering while putting tires on and claimed it was not there fault. I took it to Ford and they charged me $100 to reset it. Also it took 3 hours to get two tires. So I left Wal-Mart in tears with a week old car and no power steering. I dont recommend this Walmart. They dont know what they are doing and were SOOO rude about it.

Do not ever go to the Safford az Auto center! Sore should be closed! However the good news is that the auto cenelter on Apache Trail in Mesa is totally AWESOME? See Ed. You wont be sorry!

Very happy with flat repair..it took about 45 minutes and I was back on the road.Buy the protection plan it is worth the money..

Ryan was awesome! Got me in before they closed, rotated my tires and balance them and then waited for me to find my way back cuz that Walmart is so huge I got lost!!

This is for the auto shop.My daughter brought her truck in there around 6:45 with a nail in the tire, leaking badly. First he said they dont fix flats. She told him she bought them there with the road hazard warranty. He said they were out of the plugs for her tires. Then sent her out, no offer to air the tire up or even put the spare on. Not even a can of fix a flat.I brought the tire down the following morning and they got right to it. Of course firat told me the tire couldnt be fixed, which I called B.S. on. I ha e pictures of the tire and it certainly repairable. When I asked about the treatment she recived, I got a bunch of I dont knows. I said I wanted some answers. Its been 2 full weeks and nobody has contacted me. Apparently, if you go there near closing time, and they dont want to fix a tire, they will blow you off if your a woman.

Best fast service always take my cars to get oil changed here. Great prices and out in under an hour
