Friendliest NAPA I’ve been to in Mesa area. Small but they were very helpful if you’re doing a project and need a part. I went in looking for hoses, belts and other items for a custom project which meant you can’t readily look up a part that’ll work but instead have to look at items in person and mentally figuring how to make parts for a certain car work on a custom project. Plus the big dog just chilling in the store happy as can be made it feel like a mom and pop ran place vs say autozone where they can’t do anything unless they can use the computer to find a part# which doesn’t help for custom jobs.

Very helpful bunch of people. You need help and parts for your car, this is the place to go. Better part quality than the other chain stores.

A gentleman named frank mastalsz has helped me out twice. Both times he went out of his way to help me with my ACAnother time I went in (same car different problem) a younger man helped me (cant remember his name) again helped me with a pulley issue.Overall the staff here has helped me a great deal and of course the Napa brand is always good.

Bought alternator the manufacturer mis labeled. So having taken my car apart I was stranded with the wrong part. George had the correct one delivered to my house the next day and helped fix my issue.

He took care of my sad situation. I put in a new radiator and less than 2 weeks later it failed. He sold me the OEM one for the lower price and I installed it and brought back the Bad one and I got my money back.

Best auto parts store Ive ever been to. Staff was knowledgeable, and very helpful. They were integral in getting our 48 GMC bus on the road after sitting for 25 years. Rip was extremely knowledgeable about parts that werent even listed. He found replacement parts that would work where our parts had been discontinued. We couldnt have done it with out them. Thanks for going the extra mile for us!!!

Had questions that the lady at the counter did not know the answer to but one of the other customers did and shared his knowledge with me. Maybe this is not a plus for Napa but it is a plus for their customers. That was very nice of the individual and I appreciated him sharing his knowledge

Went here to pick up parts for our family business (Cats Only Muffler), the parts we ordered were ready as soon as I walked in. The man at the counter was very polite and courteous. Sometimes the parts guys can be a little rough are the edges or short with me when Im picking up parts, not here! The guy was nice. Store seemed clean. There wasnt as wait to get what I needed and they had more than one person working the counter. The parking area is a little rough so watch your footing. Overall positive experience.

I love these guys when you go elsewhere and the treat you like you are asking for something they havent got a clue about go to Napa auto parts stores they always seem to know their business and thats parts I trust Napa employees to know what they are looking at on the computer screen and they treat you like one of the family. Very helpful knowledgeable counter help

The help doesnt have much for personalities, I will admit . But , They always seem to have that rare part that you cant get at the chain stores . When they have to order it in and they say itll be in at a specific time, it will be there. The dog (pitbull) Poses a trip hazard. Your lucky to get it up off the floor. Maybe if you had a hamburger. Or maybe it a bench for small children. This is a family owned small businesses. The counter people may not be bubbly. But they are good at parts and information.

9 AM. Found my own item and walked up to the counter. I was the only person in the store. Sales counter Rep Joe, did not acknowledge me but instead looked up at me and took a phone call. The woman to his left no name tags did not acknowledge me for 4 minutes. She had no way of verifying the part I needed and told me to visit an RV store if I needed something looked up. Pit bull dog was loose and allowed to approach me without letting me know I was safe. My fault for going to Apache Junction. Will not return. I will drive to the Gilbert store in the future.

The canine employee is so very friendly especially kids. He very much enjoys playing fetch with his favorite toy. Also the humans are very educated and friendly. Worth the stop to meet the mascot/ boss.

They have a good selection of parts that other parts stores dont have. Very helpful employees

Unfortunately sometimes corporations just do not fulfill the spot of the hometown private owner. Hopefully someone will see the slope in business before it’s to late.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Dont bother coming here... there are WAAAY too many other parts stores to put up with this nonsense.

FYI check prices online and purchase them there and pick them up in store you will get over charged if you dont paid almost $40 for 2 items that was less than $30 on website. And the woman who helped me acted like she didnt want to be there. Other than that it was a nice clean local auto parts store.

Wish I could rate -5 stars. Worst place Ive ever been. None of them knew what they were doing and couldnt give any advice to save their life. Couldnt match online prices to actual prices. They charge double as much in store as they do online. NEVER GO HERE. People were very rude as well and just argued with me. Never going back. You permanently lost a customer forever.

I came here looking for a fastener for my RV compartment locking mechanism. The hardware store didnt have it. The RV store didnt have it. The guy at NAPA actually took me in the back where their parts are stored and we found what I needed. He wouldnt take any money for it and it worked perfectly.
