Came here today looking for a storage for a friend came here to this location and even though she didn’t have a space I was looking for 10x10!! she spent time helping me find a space near by for a great deal! I don’t remember her name or the other lady but it was this morning Tuesday 9/7 they both were great. This is what customer service is all about. They both were so nice that we almost went a head and rented there but it was really not what we could afford. Those girls were amazing and I hope they see this post!

Carissa was an amazing help. We reserved a unit and were kept longer at an out of town job. She helped us change our reservation for a later date, called to see if that date still worked and gave us great information.

Place looks nice, love the new paint. But I do have one suggestion, my dad rented and is on oxygen and doesn’t do internet. We came in to rent, but they don’t have anywhere for you to sit. It’s not so welcoming. They should have chairs for their customer that are elderly or disabled. Manager was wonderful she walked the push cart down to our unit. Public storage needs to make office more customer friendly in my opinion

Prices are good, easy access. Most of all place is always clean. Manager really knows how to give good customer service. I will always recommend this Public storage because of her. Not sure how to spell her name, but I’m sure they know who I’m talking about.

Clean place, easy access off the freeway. Did the hole rental online which was super easy. Utonia was also a great help during my move in. Would definitely tell others how great my experience was.

They are the extremely nice and helpful. When my rent would go up and I needed help with payment or payment decreasing they always came through. Whenever my locks would rust out or stop working they always came through with a new one. I’ve been renting since 2017 and today I’m moving. Super sad but grateful. Thank you so Much Utonya you have been a blessing. Also the prices here are really reasonable and it’s safe here as well.

She keeps that place up like no other storage company I’ve been to. I’ve owned my own business for years and have always had storage so I’ve been to a lot in the Bay Area. This one is definitely the best, public storage has been great to me for the past 10 years.

Needed To Make A Fast, and Easy In Person Payment. I Approached Both Public Storages Located In Antioch, CA. Deer Valley Road & Sunset. Both Locations Had No Customer Service For A Few Hours, As I Wondered Why It Did Not List On Google That It Would Be Closed!! Kind Of Disappointed, But Make Payment Over phone And Paid $10 Convenience Fee....💯😒

My experience was great! Only needed a storage for a year or so. Nothing but great things about this place. I got a great deal on my storage, overall I give this place A+👍

We have had a storage for over 10 years, we have had great experiences we our stuff being there. When Utonia took over a few years ago she really turned that place even better. She has a awesome personality and is always so pleasant. She even helped us get our rent lowered since we have had our stuff there for so long. She really does everything she can to make her customer’s happy. I so appreciate her. I would definitely recommend this public storage to grand family. When you go see her you will know exactly what I mean, she is beautiful girl.

So yesterday I called and got the pleasure of speaking to Utonia, she has been gone for a few weeks and honestly I only deal with her. Why? Because she knows me, I had a question about my bill and because I’ve been ill I’m not able to pay on time this month. She is always so understanding with my situation. She explains things so well and is always so very professional when speaking. I’m so happy she is better and back at work, we need her there. But public storage has been good to me!

Just got a storage unit here at this location in Antioch. Prices were great! They even had a half off first month. Utonia was very helpful and Courtesy. Great service, would definitely recommend them.

Got a storage today, great service. Friendly staff. Utonia even saved me money by asking questions about what I was storing, found out I didn’t need a big unit, I was able to get a smaller unit which saved me money. She also went over how to protect my mattress. Awesome place!!!!!

This was my first time ever needing a storage. Had to move last minute so I didnt reserve and needed a storage on a Saturday! One of the busiest days of the week! But Sarah was great. She was quick, thorough and friendly! She got the paperwork done in minutes. I also got the pleasure of meeting the office manager Utonia. She was also extremely professional and friendly. They were all smiles and super nice. I would definitely recommend this particular storage facility to anyone needing the best quick and efficient good-natured service.

Made a reservation for my mom early this morning and then my mom gets a call from the manager who said she wanted to set a time for my mom to come in to look at some spaces. my mom said she was so sweet on the phone. Then we get there this morning to get the storage and my mom doesn’t speak great English but Utonia was very patient with her. Explaining everything to my mom about the promotion they were having down to what she needs to protect her things. Great customer service. Overall our experience for getting storage for the first time was fantastic.

My brother just got a storage today at this public storage, Utonia is the lady that helped up. She is so darling, very sweet girl. I’m glad my brother went there. I feel like she just made his process so smooth

To anyone who thinks differently they are crazy, I don’t do these google thing but I was reading some of these reviews and to be honest the ones who say something bad I can guarantee they were trouble makers. I know I’ve rented there for years. Me and my wife own a business and we come there everyday and I watch her and how she handles that place. Actually she belongs somewhere else, sorry public storage nothing against your company but that lady deserves so much more. She has a beautiful personality! But I’m blessed that she is there! I’ve never had any issues renting there! Place is clean all the time, homeless are never hanging around like before. She has cleaned that place up!

Brought my son here today looking for a place to put his things! Utonia was the lady who helped us, after talking to us about what we were putting in storage she went over how we should protect his things and offered him the things he would need. My son is disabled and her kindness to him really touched me. She was so helpful to him and was telling him all about the storage. I just want to say I don’t do these google reviews but after meeting her and how seeing how this place is and being in Antioch and most would say it’s the ghetto, well I’ll tell you that place is well kept and she does a great job. It’s clean and I feel like my sons stuff is in good hands. We need more people like her in our Community. If you need storage I recommend this place, NO other trust me she is good. If you need boxes or other moving stuff go there. She will get a pretty girl who has a beautiful personality. Hope you all read this review because I want her to get the best recognition ever!!!!

It’s a cool place! Nice lady who works there, don’t know how to say her name, she was busy when I came in to pay today. Had my unit for a few months. Place is always clean, she didn’t help me when I moved in but she is always there when I pay so I can say she is 💯 good. I’ll give her a A+. Go there and see what I’m saying. I’ve only had a storage here for a few months, but my over all experience has been phenomenal. Utonia knows all her customer by name. Yesterday I came to pay my bill and she knew exactly who I was, I normally pay online but was blessed by her yesterday. She goes so beyond her customer duties. When I walked out after paying my bill I thought to my self, I need to show her my appreciation so I went and got her flowers brought them back into the office, she says what’s this for. I said I was having a bad day when I was here earlier but you brightened my day with your kind words and your beautiful smile so I thought how can I do the same. Those flowers is to show you that what you say makes a difference in life. We need more people in the world like you. Truly I’m amazed at her. Not only was she helping me but another lady was there and turned and looked at me and say, she is truly amazing. So my opinion in public storage just by having this lady there to run this place. Shows a lot. Keep doing your best utonia! You are going somewhere far in life, I’m blessed by having my stuff there. Give her a raise public storage! I wish I could get this to the owner of the company.

Ive had a storage unit for about 6 months here , so far my experience has been great. The manager there keeps that place clean. I even told her yesterday that I appreciate that the rest room is always so clean. I hate using public restrooms but when I go there I don’t worry because I know it’s clean. She has great customer service and she truly cares about her customers. I’m not sure on how to spell her name but she is the manager there. So I give 5 big stars because of her and how she keeps the place clean.

Quick, easy, great staff, Ivon was awesome as I was stressing out with needing a unit asap due to some unforeseen circumstances. She was very helpful and nice! Paperwork and a clean unit were secured quickly!

This place is great, I had my stuff there for years. I just recently moved out but had a little problem, but Utonia was so helpful. When I moved out I forgot to remove my lock, but no worries Utonia says let me see what I can do. Not only did she help me but her boss got me a refund back ASAP now that’s how you do business. They take care of their customers even though it was my fault. I really appreciate them. I definitely will recommend to family and friends. Never had issues there at all, staff was great. Utonia is truly just a sweetheart, I must say to she doesn’t age at all, she looks so young. Wow she is beautiful.

I’m all for corporations making money but not at the expense of a person. This is DISGUSTING!!!!!!I went to buy boxes last week and found an extremely ill employee. I tried to get her to close early but she was too worried about her supervisor berating her. I went back for more boxes to and she was there healthier. She left work last week via an ambulance and was admitted to the hospital. Her supervisor still has not asked how she is or even what happened.

Ive had a unit here at this location for 3 years and Im cleaning out my space today and I must say Im very sad because this public storage and their staff have been awesome and I couldnt of asked for a better place to store my belongings. This Public Storage must be the cleanest one Ive been to in the East Bay. I often help my customers move in and out of Public Storages and its always my first recommendation to anyone asking for a good storage place. And you wont find a nicer manager than Utonia! Shes always welcoming and polite.

Utonia did an awesome job! She really had our best interest at heart while we were shopping for storage units. Other places told us we needed a 10×10 unit, but after asking us a few simple questions about what we had to store she knew that we only needed a 5×10 to store our belongings. She was funny and efficient when ringing us up and explaining the policies. All around she saved us a lot of money and space by being knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with her.

My experience with Sunset storage has been very positive. The on site manager Sherinda has been very friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever there was a need or concern she was attentive and took care of the need immediately or in a very reasonable time frame. The facility is kept clean and neat and her supervision is visible. That is important to me that I feel my belongings and self are safe in this facility.

Only deal with Utonia! Storage place is clean and utonia is great, but I will say on Monday I saw a new girl there not sure of her name but never saw her before. She was kinda tall and looked high on something and her hair was hella messed up like she hadn’t combed it in months. But won’t judge this place by her, utonia is very sweet and she keeps that place in tip top condition. But that girl needs to go because she is on something.

I had a storage here for about a year! Utonia was the one who helped us a year ago, and today she helped us again while we were sadly moving out. Going to Texas. I just want public storage to know she is a true gem. It’s hard to find great customer service. let me say she is above most. I am a area manager and work a lot with people, I have told her this before she is one of a kind. My wife wanted me to go to corporate and let them know how special she is but utonia said they would see this google review. Well I hope they do and I hope they know they got a great employee who takes her job seriously.

Ive been renting a storage unit from here since Oct 2013 and it has been an easy experience moving in and great availability to my belongings. Ask for Sherinda, she was very helpful and made the transition between houses much easier! Would definitely recommend for a clean location and friendly staff.

I’ve had a unit at this public storage for some years, it’s always clean and I always get great customer service by Utonia. She is truly a amazing girl! Love her dearly. She is so easy to talk to and she goes above her job to give amazing customer service. I’ve came across some other workers there and they are nice but they don’t compare to Utonia. She needs a big fat raise in my opinion. Wish I could steal her away and have her come work with me. Good job Utonia you are the best!
