This is one of the most pleasant Beauty Supplies Ive ever patronized! This business is full of good, quality black haircare products...at reasonable prices. Theyre grateful to their customers and it shows. With every purchase, they give you a reusable face mask...Brand new and sealed! Working in the community to curb COVID and keeping businesses open! Kudos!

Staff makes you feel welcomed and they are helpful if you need help locating an item, which is exactly happened to me. This hair store is pretty large and has a large variety of hair, hair products and small things like nail polish and eyelashes (located in the check out area.)

Pretty good store and lots of products are available aside from their large hair care selection. The owner was nice and interactive with my family and even gave us a free and cute face mask up on check out!

The store manger, who refused to give me his name, stole $30 dollars from me.I went to this establishment to purchase braiding gel, edge control, and braiding hair. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare, and ended with the manger failing to give me everything I purchased.I returned to the store bright and early the next day, waited for the manager to get there and shakes him my receipt, as well as looked at the security tapes with him to prove I never left the store with the items. After admitting he couldn’t tell where he placed my items he refused to have BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and would not give me the items I paid for.THIS HAIR STORE IS PREDOMINANTLY FOR THE BLACK COMMUNITY, BUT LACKS RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS AND THE MONEY THAT WE SPEND THERE.Please do not give your money to this establishment.

The owners here are not only rude, they are incredibly RACIST. They follow black women around the store assuming they will steal and yet expect those same women to continue patronizing their business. You should absolutely go to a different beauty supply store. I would NEVER step foot into this trash store again. I sincerely hope people read all of the reviews on this place because the refrain is the same. I urge you to find a different place shop and spend you more money more consciously than putting money into their pockets.

Ive been buying hair at this beauty supply store for 4 years and that I braid hair they give me a great discount. Very friendly, always keep me updated with shipments. And yes Im black success women that know great customer service when I see it, they are like family.

I only go to get what I need and get out. They have horrible customer service and they follow everyone around like theyre thieves. No matter how much honest money you spend there.... And how polite you are about it. They also can not relate to the needs of women of all colors. Always a quick as possible visit. Lol. 😂

This the most untrusting disrespectful hair supply stores in Antioch they think every Black person that shop there has to be a thief or a crook I gave him a $20 bill and he had it all in the air looking at it he said sometimes there hard to deposit, so I said how in the hell is real money hard to deposit smdh.. Two women were shopping the whole time they shop they watch you like a hawk and when they left because they couldnt find what they were looking for before they left he stops them in there tracks and says so you dont want to buy nothing and they had to explain why they were leaving without purchasing anything.. So for now on I will just go to Sallys so I wont be harrassed by the Asia owners of this stereotype establishment

Owners are super racist. They make money off of black people but dont actually respect them. Following around stores, they tried to force me to leave my bag at the door bc it was too big even though I was walking to the cash register. DONT buy from here. If you can find a black beauty supply store nearby go there instead and support black businesses.

Very racist. Followed me and my daughter around the store and when I got to the register, the asian man asks me where is the other item I had in my hand which I put down in one of those aisles. Next thing I know, the asian woman knew exactly where I put it down at and brought it to the register. I then threw whatever else I was going to purchase down on the counter and left....I will never recommend that place to anyone. Very very very racist...

I shop here all the time as rhey always have Cantu Brand products for my daughters hair. They are close to home , reasonably priced , well stocked and very nice until today. I have been running around town looking for a black face mask. Its my daughters school Homecoming dance and she tells me last mi ute she would like a black or burgundy mask to match her dress. I goto HairPlus beauty supply and he has one behind the counter but will not sell it to me and would not say why. It was still wrapped new. He brought out other colors but would not sell me the black one. Had to go to Ebony down the street and they had one left. I have found a new beauty supply in Ebony. I will never go back to Hair Plus Supply.
