Lindsey is one the most friendly people Ive ever met. Shes been my hair stylist for five years and now Ill miss her as I move back home to California.

Julia and staff are super nice. She is super thoughtful with my teenager that is not sure what to do with his hair. She is very patient and walks him through options.

I was greeted right away by staff. I have never been to this location. Place was nice and clean. I believe I had Becky or Rebecca bad at names. She was very nice and helped my migraine a bit when she washed my hair. I had a picture from FB of me and went with that style. She did an awesome job since the picture was hard to tell the cut. Here I am now 6 inches shorter.

Skip this place if youre of a younger generation than a baby boomer. We went with long hair expecting a layered cut, calling first to ensure they were able to fit us in today. 330 was suggested.The aged stylist did not offer a warm welcome and was not enthused. We determined later it was probably because of a 4pm closing time.After a short consultation, in which we detailed our expectation of a layered look, she began complaining that is difficult to accomplish with long hair. She said her arms were tired and may not be long enough either. At that point, it had been no more than 8 minutes, 5 of which were spent shampooing.Ultimately, we said just leave it and left with a wet head. While paying, someone in my party, shocked that this went so quickly, asked if that is really all that needs done and if we are really leaving with a wet head. The stylist questioned our ability to notice the drastically shorter hair. In responding, we shared our surprise that one leaves a salon with a wet head, no blow dry and no style. Odd this service was $17.Avoid this sleepy brand unless you want a boomer in mom jeans to just give you a perm or wash and set.

I walked in and didnt have to wait. The lady that did my hair did a great job, I was really happy with the service. I did not like that I was charged an extra $10 on top of what I paid for my haircut because of how long my hair was. I didnt expect a haircut to come with hidden fees.

First time coming in. Annie cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. Usually I walk away from a hair cut and it’s average. I was happy the with the results Annie did.

They are all wonderful! Friendly and personable staff. Amanda cuts our whole familys hair and does a wonderful job!

Took my 2 year old for a hair cut for the first time here and I must say I was happy with the service. They took us in right away and the young lady who cut his hair was very nice and did exactly as I had asked. Ill be going back for sure.

Nice and cheap place for a guy to get a haircut. No appointments are needed, but can be arranged. Even though I never make appointments here, I’ve never had to wait more than 30 minutes or so to get my hair cut. They also always seem to do a great job, as I haven’t been disappointed with a haircut I’ve received here yet and the staff are always friendly.

Melissa did a great job coloring my hair! Exactly what I wanted.....also did a very cute haircut with face framing. Ohhh so much better than when I walked in!

Had to change my review due to how they cut my daughters hair. She asked for long layers and she cut it short. Made a cut and said opps that looks like alot. Like it was funny. Kid left crying. I wish I was with to say something, cause my wife is quiet compared to me.

I was able to get an appointment with an experienced stylist that did a great job on a difficult haircut at an exceptional price.

WARNING!! I do not recommend this salon to anyone who is thinking of coloring their hair, cutting it, and styling it! I wasted my time and money I was robbed and lied to!! I asked for blonde highlights and shared a sample picture of what I wanted. The stylist colored my hair black and on the bottom tips of my hair it was red and orange omg!! My hair was wet and they charged me $170 dollars for mixing different colors and ruining my hair!! The nerve of this stylist thinking I am going to walk out with wet dripping hair not even a blow dry!! I was furious and was told with my color booster that I paid for I’ll see the results in a couple of days!! I looked horrible and lost days of work because the manager stated she’ll fix my hair! They made appointment after appointment because the manger kept canceling on me! I lost days of work and was called an hour before my appointment to cancel! I was promised my money back $170 and have not received it!! It’s a shame that stylist could ruin your hair and they do not feel bad at all even if you walk out crying!! This place is unprofessional and do not care to listen to the issues or concerns. Mario Tricoci fixed my hair in Libertyville and gave me the exact blonde highlights I wanted from the start! I was only charged $100 and they blowed dry my hair and used an iron and treated me with respect and assured me that I would walk out happy with my hair!! I did!! We all work hard for our money and we deserve honest, trustworthy people who will not treat us bad, take our money and never help fix the issues fantastic sams is the worst experience I ever had and last! They should shut this place down for good!!

Great place for a professional cut. Havent had but one problem with them, but that was easily resolved for free.

Robbie (not sure the spelling) saved the day! She was so patient with my daughter and the color and cut were stunning!
