I have no issues with the work they do on the vehicle always a good job there. However 3 out of the last 3 times Ive gone there my car is filthy when I get it back. There is always greasy hand prints on the interior doors and steering wheel as well as all over the outside on the door the hood and all around. Just poor standards on cleaning. I work hard to keep my car clean and they dont even give a little respect for my car that I love. I wish they took more care for the cars as a whole.

Thank you Ken! He mentioned that my tires needed to be rotated and this was done today while getting an oil change. Saved me a second trip.. Great service!

Nice guys working here, but did not finish or get the sale done:( plus Liz baited us and said we were approved and she would be there. So disappointing after driving 2 hrs.

If youre looking for a fair deal, Kunes is not the place. After several conversations on the phone we had agreed on a price. Drove over 90 miles to buy a new F-150. Approaching the truck I noticed it was dirty. The vehicle was actually a demo with over 4800 miles on it. The sales manager that I had been talking said that he was unaware... Kind of hard to keep track of all eight f-150s and a lot I guess. Never, never again..!

Had an 11:00 appointment. The gentleman told me it would be at least 1 1/2 hour wait time.They were running behind. I have to reschedule, had another appointment to make. Not happy with Kunes! Wish I never purchased my car from them.
