This guy has no service records for any of his cars and he lets his brother beat on them. Never buy from this scam.

Honestly I tried giving these people a chance I’m always supportive of small business especially foreigners my family is Arab and we believe in hard work and the American dream.I’ll start from the beginning I moved to anoka in June of 2017 and I needed a car. My mother is very ill and my siblings worker a lot so we wanted to buy a cheap car. My mother saw this place and said let’s go in. The owner or the owners son “Fred” helped us a pick out a nice 2008 impala it was beautiful and worked well. We payed him for the car and gave him another 100$ to transfer the title. We waited a month no title so we waited another month and we called him just to find out he did not send it. So basically this game went until August of 2018. In February 2018 the car was totaled and I couldn’t junk it nor get any money from my insurance because it wasn’t in my name. So in augst my mom basically was freaking out because our insurance company gave us one year from February to put the title in my name so I can get paid for it and junk it. My mom literally has to call this man non stop and when we finally came to pick it up and go do it ourselves since it was so hard fo him he didn’t even sign it so we had to go back to his dealership and get him to sign it. My mom then told them that god wouldn’t let them get away with this and they were wrong for doing that his dad then lunged at my mother trying to grab the title for our car and said he would “Tear it up and give us nothing” his son Fred then told my mother she had major issues. These people have a lot of audicaty. He would always claim it was his workers fault and they were “Idiots who didn’t know how to do their jobs” and “we didn’t know what we’re talking about” this man really told my mom she was crazy. My mom is 60 years old and very ill. She just wanted the title. I got the title in the mail 3 weeks after I sent it it. Funny thing when I was at the DMV THis last asked aren’t the dealers supposed to do it I told her yea and that my dealer is obviously incompetent when I showed her the dealership she said “Oh fred? I used to work with him. He always makes people wait months (in my case a year) to get my title. She then told me she quit working for him because he is a very unethical man and people would always come in complaining. I honestly gave him a chance and believed he was a good man but obviously not. I’m not here to bash this person I’m simply letting you know my experience and from what I’ve been hearing around anoka he is one of the least favorited business around her. Their are a lot of dealerships in Anoka that have good people. Look elsewhere !

Came one hour to look at a truck called when I was 20 minutes away was tild the truck was still for sale when I showed up they denied that they never had the truck for sale so we called the number and the guy talking to us his phone rang ended up wasting 2 hours of my day to leave with nothing
