I have been looking for a car for some time now. I called to see if the car I wanted was there and thankfully it was. I didn’t need an appointment which is so nice these days. I was in and out in probably 2 hours. The process was not long at all and Ryan was a super cool guy. He really worked with us and got us in to a car that I love on a great deal. Extremely happy with the service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend 1st time auto to anyone looking for a good car for a great deal.

We have purchased many cars from Ryan over the years. Most have them been for our 3 daughters as they started there driving careers and a few for my wife and myself. We have never been disappointed.I don’t usually write reviews good or bad, but I have to post this.Our youngest bought a Mitsubishi outlander as she was moving to Denver for a new Job. As we traveled out there we had transmission issues. The problem would not occur until we were at higher speeds and RPM’s on the highways. The issue would never have been discovered with normal city driving. We got the car back to 1st Time. Ryan and his team immediately fixed the issues at no charge. I am happy to say after some testing around Mpls, we arrived in Denver yesterday and the Outlander did not have any problems.If your buying your first used car or like use prefer to buys used cars for you second. This is the place to go. Build a relationship with them. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey 2 months ago for $8K. Was told their mechanic looked over Everything in the car. First week: Issue with brakes immediately- brakes didnt work, was a one time thing- but very scary. Horn didnt work- replaced the fuse by ourselves. But then in month 2: driving on a 45 mph road, and differential went out. Had personal mechanic look it over quickly; they thought differential and transfer case. Called dealership was told theyd help with cost- maybe $300 or something- but their mechanic is out of town for 2 weeks. Called back and was told 1st time auto would help with labor we would have to get the parts. Personal mechanic lifts car and diagnoses with absolutely need differential and transfer case- call first time auto and now Ryan says to get a loan for the repairs and wait until a local mechanic school can fix for cheap. Reminded Ryan of the help he offered previously as this is going to cost $2500 or more- and he say he never said any of those things- he never said he would help financially nor did he say he would help with labor- their mechanic only fixes cars to sell- not repair cars theyve already sold. Gave me the name of a shop they send people to and told me theres nothing else Im willing to do but give you information and tell you that sucks. He said up and down if anything happens to the car we will help you out- before we bought, something happened, he said he would help financially, and later said with labor- now we need his help with only 2 months of owning the car- and he says out of luck- sucks for you.**Took us for our money and tried to get his shop paid for the work too!** Wish he was honest with us- do not trust this dealership- sold us a money pit!!!

I have had very bad luck with vehicles in the last 4 years, buying 3 different lemons. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing 1st time auto sales to make sure this new Pilot was golden. I loved how easy Ryan made it for me, as this is my first vehicle that I have done 100% by myself without a cosigner. We test drove the Pilot, he was able to get a loan from a specific place that I have a repor at, he let my mechanic look it over and I purchased the Pilot within 2 days. I was determined to get a nice vehicle that would last me a few years and Ryan made that happen. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back in the future, just hopefully not soon. :)

Ive purchased two cars from here now, losing the first in an accident. As far as I can tell, 1st time auto sales sells quality cars built to last. Very helpful sales men and staff and the prices are very fair for the time they take to personally fixing up any of the vehicles they acquire.

Very friendly, Ryan was great! I came in with no credit needing a car to get to work. I was pretty desperate seeing that the car my mom gave to me that used to be hers had a bunch of issues and leaking issues. I didnt have the time to get everything working again so I could get to work (that day). I did my research on 1st time Auto and I felt like it was definitely a no bullshit kind of place. I came in right when they opened, test drove some cars. I decided on a very reliable Honda Accord. I was approved and was able to drive myself to work that day! I couldnt be any happier! We went in on a Saturday morning to look at a vehicle we had saw online - when we pulled up - it had just sold! I was disappointed because we had been looking for a while and it fit into what we were looking for and the budget we had in mind. We looked at a few others on the lot, but we didnt find anything that interested us. We were about to leave when Matt showed us a Ford Expedition. At that point we hadnt considered that particular vehicle - after listening to the work recently completed on it - we sat down with Ryan to discuss financing. Our daughter started fussing, but it didnt phase him, he started playing with her and was persistent with the loan company (they were taking a while)! We have told everyone about our amazing experience with them and will be returning when we need to look at other vehicles. So far, the truck has been running perfectly. I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento yesterday and I absolutely love it. I applied online to see if I was able to be pre-qualified and received a call from Ryan a few hours later. I explained to him about my situation with my credit, and what I was looking for and out of 7 other dealerships I talked to he was the only one who went above and beyond and showed he wasnt just trying to sell me just anything but what he had that would best fit my needs and be the best deal for me. He also gave me recommendations to help increase my credit down the road. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable, personable and fast. I got to the dealership at 5pm and after test driving the SUV he had The paperwork already ready and I was driving off the lot by 6pm. Ryan sold me a 2013 chevy sonic not even a month goes by alternator went out , air went out. They recharged it n said if it happens again WE not me Will do everything to get up and air flowing. I shouldnt have had to pay anything for either of them things it just happened after a month. Bottom line hes a LIAR. Doesnt do nothing he says. U have to bug him for referral $$$ be smart do some looking. He says he cant do no work at garage bc he dont have a license to work on cars in the garage but obviously they do they just dont know what theyre doing.BE SMART, WE will be picketing as soon as it warms up.

Do not Buy from this place. A friend of mine just bought a car and also test drove it. Dealer said everything was fine ACCORDING to their Mechanic and it was my friends first car purchase too. After the purchase, the CLUTCH burnt out in 2 days and was sent to an autoshop for a diagnostic check. Status came back saying that the problem was with the Clutch and the Alignment was very BAD. He was lucky to made it back to school Alive with the car in that kind of Condition, again the car was Tested to be FINE according to their Mechanic. My friend tried to compromise with this dealer but they were Declining and blamed it on him that it was his own fault and had CLEARLY stated that he had the option to not buy the vehicle. This dealer is not a Trustworthy place and they will do whatever they want to get you to buy their Cars.

This is my second car purchase from these guys and I am very satisfied for the most part, I would say make sure that you do a thorough inspection of your vehicle (as with any lot I guess). However they did hep me out twice when I was in a tight spot which I am grateful for but the first car I bought had a vehicle inspection report with it and ran fine. The current however did not and everyday I drove the exhaust got louder and louder until 2 weeks in the pipe disconnected from the cadillac converter because it was rusted out which freaked my wife out because she was driving at the time also there was a hole in one of the muffler pipes and most of the exhaust system was shot, $650 later and a call to the dealer I was given a hard time for asking for $200 reimbursement at which point I was offered $153 to make my first payment thats right all of this and I hadnt even made a payment yet but anyway I said I wasnt happy about that and wanted $200 to which the response was if your going to argue over $50 than my partner is just going to say no to the whole thing (because everything always shifted to the decision of his partner after he has promised you the world), so I counter with $175 since the brake pads I was promised had yet to be ordered because he forgot to tell his wife or whatever. So because he wanted me to be a happy customer he excepted the offer which for me was better than nothing seeing that the car was bought as is and they were not obligated to do so but still I got robbed with the price of brake pads being more than the additional $25 I got but as he said it was a learning experience and Im happy I got new parts put in rather than the used parts they would have gotten done for half the price as he put it. So just be on your A game thats all. Other than that the rest of the car seems to be in good shape according to the shop I went to so not bad for a $5999 vehicle other than this unfortunate situation thats why I have four instead of five stars. Sorry First Time Auto but this is an honest review of my experience this last purchase. But you guys arent all bad you did help me in a tight spot, twice and I guess you didnt have to offer any money for repairs so thanks just try not to talk in circles so much and people will feel more comfortable. I still would use you guys for my next purchase since the car quality is better than other used lots Ive went to.
