Awesome Lush store. The employees are very educated on all Lush products and give you tips and ideas to use them. This location is a lot better than the Columbia one. The Halloween stuff out is soo cool! 🔥

I love lush and all of their products!! The employees are always so nice and so knowledgeable. I came in today after a year long hiatus and got the beauty sleep body mask and I love it!!

This place was geat. I loved the staff!! They are super friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They assisted me with recommendations that ended up working out very well for my skin type.

I love the staff at this location. Very cheerful and knowledgeable! And of course, the products speak for themselves. I get my zero waste face bars here as well as some bath bombs and bubble bars that wont harm the environment.

Lush is known for giving small samples to try the products before buying which I love but this location was rude about the samples. I bought a few items that I previously sampled in the past and after buying the items I asked for some samples of several products to try some items before buying new items in the future. The manager was very rude about it and she said this store is on a budget and we can give a lot of samples. Note…a sample is a drop of a product to test out not a lot to wash your whole body with so I didn’t understand the problem. So I continued to try a couple more samples and she’s like ok from these 2 samples try 1 they are the same and I said they smell different though. Usually lush is very welcoming and friendly but this location and manager with very rude and not friendly.

Always a great experience at Lush. Their products are cruelty free so thats a win in my book. Some things to start out with are: their bath bombs, face masks (refrigerated), and body lotions. The customer service is usually fantastic so if youre not sure what to try, they will always help you out. Looking for Lushs new location... its near the entrance by cheesecake factory right past Lululemon.... just follow your nose.

Lush has the most delicious things. The solid cologne jars are excellent and last a long time. The attendant who helped us today was really friendly and relatable.

Today I truly had a wonderful experience in Lush. The person who was circulating on the floor helped me find gifts for two people (with very different tastes) as well as a facemask for myself. Without any prompt the person also gave me a sample of a facial serum that would be complementary to the mask I purchased. People here are always so nice but this was especially special! Thank you!!!

Friendly staff and good selection.

I love the smell of the products here! Whenever I take some of them home it makes my house smell so good! The prices are a little steep though (like for a one bath ball it is $8 - $12!) but it’s a good place to get gifts for people.

Love this store but why are all the ones within 20 miles so tiny? Are they all like this? Pretty pricey but I know its because if all the amazing things that go in it. I refuse to buy and use the cheap ones since using these bc these actually help my skin.

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff here, always - even when theyre swamped with visitors. Ive never had anything less than an extremely pleasant experience here, which is due in large part to the folks working it Less specific to the Annapolis branch, LUSH is a great company that promotes a deliciously eco-friendly lifestyle for all. Their products are a little on the pricey side, but they last a long time and have a great business model that gives back in many different ways.

I went to Lush earlier tonight in search of a bath bomb and face mask for a much needed relaxing evening. Colleen was SO much help! We found exactly what I was looking for and she made my experience so enjoyable. I just had the best self-pampering night using all my new products. Thank you so much! I’ll be back. PS the turmeric latte bath bomb is a my new favorite!

I love some of the products, though spending $30 month on moisturizer seems outrageous. Theyre making people use this strong, gross-smelling hand sanitizer, which is the worst smelling hand sanitizer during COVID history. Really? Your store is full of wonderful scents, that I couldnt enjoy after using that terrible hand sanitizer. Luckily they have a sink to wash it off, but it still lingers..

This was a really fun place to go to ,the people there really know what their talking about,also thier not really pushy at all .they let you try things you can also take samples home.

Kind of pricey, but you get quality hand made items. Not tested on animals either. Bath bombs are amazing! Large selection as well! They have so much- Shampoo, conditioners, masks for hair/face, bar soaps (I recommend Buffy), and cleansers! Most items are 100% all natural!!

This store opened my eyes to so many new products! I love their shampoo and conditioner bars. They work great and last awhile, it all depends on usage and storage. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions, make recommendations or offer a sample of a product or two that I may enjoy!

Thanks staff are super fun with tons of personality. Took a friend in who was a Lush virgin. The totally took care of her. We had a blast. I believe the manager made a deal with a composting guy while we were there so theyre totally going to find eco friendly ways to dispose of their products!Are you supposed to have fun in a Lush store?... We need more places like this.

The ONLY problem with this store I that its very small. I get claustrophobic so sometimes I have to stand outside and let people leave before I go in. Lush always has high standards expected of their workers so Ive never had a problem. And if you tell them no Im just browsing... THEY LISTEN and let you look!!

Those employees are honestly have the worst acting skills. No sincere welcoming. Its all fake. Most of the girls have no idea what theyre selling.

I went into this store with very limited knowledge of what I was looking for and Alex, one of the associates, helped me every step of the way. Very knowledgeable in their products, answered all of my questions, asked me questions to find the best products to meet my needs, and was happy to provide as many samples as I was interested in for things I wasnt 100% sure on buying yet. I already liked this company as a whole and will definitely return to this store.

I absolutely love Lush and this location has extra great customer service. I use the Sleepy body lotion at night to relax and unwind. I use the Fairly Traded Honey shampoo, which smells amazing. American Cream smells of vanilla and strawberries and is my conditioner of choice. Its Raining Men body wash is EVERYTHING! I could go on and on but as you see, Im a huge fan and loyal Lushie for life.

I went into Lush for the first time and wasnt planning on really buying anything. Paige was super friendly and helpful and she was so on point, I ended up leaving with a few things. And she didnt treat me any differently just because I may not buy a bunch of stuff. She still took her time talking me through the products, treating me like a person, and even gave me a mini hand massage just to try out some lotion. Paige, thank you, Ill definitely be back and be purchasing more because of the experience you provided. You rock!

Good selection, big floor space. Tons of soap, most stores only need one aisle. Only problem was nobody could tell me where the mens soaps were.At least it was nice and cool inside.

I waited 20 minutes before an associate aknowledged me. I asked her for the 1lb of Dark Angel scrub. She told me she would check the stock room. She went to the register (NO CUSTOMER) and disregarded me. Therefore, I left. Poor customer service😒😒

This place has amazing customer service! Smells good, and the stuff really works. There is really no way to be able to tell weather something will be perfect for your skin unless you try it. No problems here, they give healthy/hefty samples here so you can get an idea of if they do. And my skin has cleared because bbn of it. I went back and got what they told me! Ppl are sweet here. Would recommend it for anyone.

A lovely young man helped me out right as i walked in the door. 👍 Very sweet and knows his stuff. I got to the register (my mom standing next to me) and she tried the sample lip balm w/ her finger (not knowing to use the sticks)..... The lady behind the register said We use these sticks for that! As she proceeded to snatch the balm and toss it in the trash. My mother was so embarrased. 👎

Products are great, but they are a bit pricey for their products. $32 for a jar of lotion/cream is a bit excessive

Lush is a good place to go if your are into very organic and natural body products. They all of different properties to suit for what you are looking for. If you have acne or oil skin to if you have dry hair or oily hair or you are lookng for a particular skin thing or you juat want to smell really nice. Go there. They are kind of expensive bit trust me its worth it. My skin doesnt ever feel dry after the use of their products. No reactions. But thats just my experience. If you have never been there be sure to tell them about any skin issues/conditions so they know what to help you with. Also test the product before fully applying it just in case.
