I had the best experience at this skate shop. I used to live here, but I have been out of town for many years, and a good friend of mine recommended the shop to me. Customer service was excellent and they had what I needed. He put together my complete set up in just a few minutes and I was ready to roll.

I cant say enough about this shop. Friendly, helpful staff that genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible, even if it means you arent spending money at their store. Would highly recommend to anyone

I came here to buy a snowboard, bindings, boots, and snow bib, after reading reviews of all the local shops. I called and was told that the owner, Josh, is the expert in snowboards and that he was out and wouldnt be in. I was let down since it was my only day in Annapolis and wouldnt be back for a while.The next day by chance I ended up in Annapolis and had time to speak to Josh by phone first. He gave me a ton of info and listened to my needs, and I told him Id swing by. I came in hours later close to closing time, and he worked with me for over an hour to select the perfect setup. His knowledge of all of the options were top notch, you could tell he loved boarding and had experienced many of these products first hand.Josh never pushed anything on me, wasnt trying to upsell, just wanted to make sure I was happy with my selections. I highly recommend coming here for any snowboard or skateboard needs, it was definitely worth holding out for Pure Board Shop.

Went with the Bro to buy our first snowboards for the coming winter season. Super relaxed environment. The shop owner has tried on everything he sells you, which means he has a story for every piece of gear you see on the shop. Will answer all the questions you have and is very informed about the direction in which the industry he operates in is heading. And above all, the people who work there are cool, chill, and are very invested in making sure you are happy with your buy.They sell you stuff while you try it out on their couch. You can’t beat keeping the local plug alive over blowing your money online.

Shop was awesome. Clean and well lit. A little crowded but things were well organized. The best part was how knowledgeable the guy behind the counter was. Encyclopedic knowledge of skate brands and shoes of the last few decades, but wasnt pushy or a know it all.I felt comfortable in the shop and will definitely be back.

The first time I wanted to snowboard there was a blizzard and I couldn’t get to the shop to buy one. I called Robby up and he DELIVERED same day. Stopped by due to a recent interest in skateboarding. I snowboard and figured this might be something I can do with my daughter during the summers. Josh was very accommodating and helped explain a lot of the parts that went into a board as I was interested in getting a custom set up that I could call my own. Love this place i have been shopping here for 4 years now, and i still remember my first visit i was treated like a king from the start, the second time i came in they remembered me by my name which i was very impressed at that moment i felt like i was apart of their family, i stopped buying from larger places and shopped local and small even though the prices are sometimes more they are still very reasonable and i have no issue spending a little more for customer service, overall i would highly recommend Pure Board Shop to anyone looking for awesome shopping experience

Man this is probably one of the chilliest and most nicest online board shops there probably is they were super helpful 24 hours they price match anything I had ever sent to them and and if I sent them something I didn’t had they said they would still price match it even if they didn’t have it they were super awesome they got me my board superquick with some cool little doodles go with it just awesome to know that those people put the thought in extra time and things like that is what really makes a customer want to come back would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a board or some dope ass clothes

Every time Ive come in, whether it was just to kill some time or with a purpose Ive been super pleased with the service I receive. I look forward to the good conversation as well, whether its the age old debate of gloves over mittens and vise versa, or simply whats going on in the world. My most recent purchase was for a snowboarding escapade where I needed new gear that I wasnt really looking forward to spending the money on. I needed pants and gloves. Im kind of annoying when it comes to buying things that cost more than $50 because I second guess the second guessing, try them on and off and on and what not, anyways... I was REALLLYYYY happy with the pants and gloves I got and how much I paid considering I got them for about the same price if not cheaper had I gone on Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, blasé blah. Most importantly, there is something that feels good about supporting a local business. I really appreciate Pure being there.

Ive been coming to pure for all of my skate stuff since I was single digits. The loyalty and customer service cant be matched. I was in there about a week ago and was buying new shoes i had a pair of old school pros that the sole had ripped for no reason really. I didnt ask for a refund and I didnt even mention that they broke. Rob the owner was chatting with me and noticed the tear. He said it shouldnt have happened and took a picture that he sent to the vans rep. Within the next few days I got a message from him telling me to come to the shop and sure enough he got me a free replacement pair. Good luck getting that kind of treatment at a mall chain.
