I love this place! staff is always friendly, and they have amazing deals on super cute clothes such as polo baby tees! theyre always busy, and everyone I know loves it here!

My daughter took in 4 bags of gently used clothing all brand name. They offered to take 2 pairs of Sperry shoes (only worn twice) and only offered her $16. We absolutely WILL NOT go there again, and if you’re reading this and you’re smart you won’t either.

Bad attitudes and hostile environment. Did not receive a bag for clothing purchased and felt uncomfortable in the store.

I brought in Polo, Bebe, GAP, good clothes over 25 pieces or more. Was told by the employee “ WE TAKE EVERYTHING “ I waited for 30 mins left got lunch came back just to be told we can only offer you $5 for this flame crop top, “teenage shirt” Hmmm lol okay. I accepted but I will not be back. Not even to shop. I say clean house an get some experienced buyers. What a joke this place is. If you’re over 23 don’t drop your items off here. Kiddie bopper clothes only in my opinion.

Nice selection most times that Ive gone been able to find something nice. They stop accepting sells at 7pm

Employees are very rude. I came in today to sell a pair of leggings and they stood around gossiping. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked if I could have some help. The lady said oh these aren’t in style when they were purchased 2 months ago…. They do not like black people. I will never be back!

Went there to trade in two pairs of Air Jordans - they gave me $20. The staff was really nice and I like the vibe of the store. Will definitely go there to just shop and browse around next time.

Google hours were posted incorrectly and the staff was rude about it.I have submitted a Google edit to spare others the same frustration / experience.

Small space but great flow! Sort of wish the racks werent as compacted makes browsing harder but otherwise sweet 2nd hand spot

My son was deployed To this area to help with any disturbance in case of issues with the inauguration he went to the store to get some civilian clothes and Brittany was very rude to him Because he forgot his mask at the hotel 5 miles away he had walked from. he asked her if they had any mask available or knew where he could get any and she just was extremely rude I dont believe this is anyway to Treat a soldier Trying to defend our country or any customer in generaloucountry nor just any customer in general

Very nice resale shop. Great selection of stylish clothes, shoes and accessories. Employees are friendly and helpful. This is a bag free shop. So bring your own bag for your purchases.

I know one thing: Here I am going to save money just by coming here and not to another store. They could do better with staff and at least trying to be more helpful. I am not blaming the employees, they are sometimes understaffed.

This place is a joke. I truly believe they don’t know what would sell and not sell, and they base it on their own personal taste. I will never again waste my time trying to sell to them. They don’t know fashion at all.

I was here for probably an hour with my friends and we had a lot of fun shopping. Most of the clothes is in great condition and reasonably priced. Its pricier than goodwill of course but thats because the sorting has already been done for you. :)

This place has beautiful clothing but way too over priced on certain brands , some clothing have rips/stains , they don’t greet you unless you’re white & they don’t offer to help at all !

My friend brought in three huge bags and they didn’t take a single thing and most of stuff had thre tags still on but they said it wasn’t in good condition

My favorite store! I keep coming back. The women working there are so helpful and sweet, sales are great! Only downside FOR SOME is the prices aren’t as cheap as goodwill type places, but the quality is great!

Worst place ever! The employees are rude, they stand behind the counter and gossip and you’re stuck on your own to try and see how to get a fitting room open. They don’t take the time or effort to even have a conversation with you. The clothes look dingy plus they are way over priced. I think some of the designer items they sell are fake (I don’t know for sure but some of them look fake to me). Maybe I’ll come back, not sure, they should probably get some friendly more professional looking employees.

Walked in and someone said “Are you selling?” and that was the extent of it. I walked around while silent staff got right up on me without a word to hang garments six inches from me. Three hours prior to close. Not impressed with sales staff.

Wonderful. Found many items I loved and were reasonably priced. Many nice brands and trendy clothing. I would definitely recommend this.

Very humiliating experience! I was in the other day and was talking to a clerk about the process of bringing things in. Today I decided to go in and take some clothing and handbags in. The clerk who took my things said it would take about 20 minutes. I asked her how the pricing was done and she said it depended on the buyer. I asked who the buyer was and she said herself. When she was done assessing my things she took two tops and one handbag. I was shocked! When I asked her why only those three items and she said that they only take clothing or accessories that are for high school or college age students. Not once was this mentioned to me the other day or today prior to her doing the assessment. The website doesn’t even mention anything about that. The only thing I was told was that they do not take business attire. I will be spreading my experience with my daughters who have many friends and I can guarantee you they will never step foot in Uptown Chesapeake! I am also going to be sharing my experience on social media!

This place is a joke. I brought bags of designer wear- Tory Burch dresses, Ralph Lauren and Lacoste, j crew, etc. and they did not take one thing, saying is was “not their style”. Well, their style seems to be a bunch of worn, old navy, forever 21, etc. brand clothing targeted at teenagers, as teenage girls were the ones running the store and making the decisions. . They should just advertise they want clothes for teenagers- would have saved me 45 minutes at least. Going to take my items to Honeysuckle in Arnold, which has a specific section for designer clothing (though they have shorter hours).

I hadnt been here in about a year but went recently and felt very meh about the visit. I felt judged walking around. Instead of asking if I need help or anything I just get stared at. It made me feel really out of place. I dug around in the mens because I have a husband so might as well look. By that point I hear snickering so I go. The snickering could have been about something else but it made me feel weird so I left. In the past I found some great stuff there and the staff was nice. Maybe it has new management or something.

The times I came to shop I was never greeted in any friendly matter. The employees working give off a clique vibe I felt judged while shopping. Never was spoken a word to. Trying to sell my things I was given the excuse of their looking for college wear only. Never coming back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME selling your used or unused clothes here! They will give them right back to you and if they do take some pieces of clothing they will offer you literally a dollar or two for each piece. They tell you they take clothes that are still in style and that are in good condition but if the employee that is sorting decides she doesnt like it she will pass it back on to you. Staff doesnt even know what excuse to put when you question them about why they didnt take your stuff. They promote cash is in your closet more like pocket change!

The staff does not accept NEW clothes. They say its based on wear, but clothes that have tags on them is clearly not worn. Name brand items apparently are not accepted either. I have tried to sell at least 3 times, with all different items, at two full bags each time, and NOTHING was taken. They should take a look at their inventory prior to not accepting new clothing. A fair bit of their selection is not in good condition (rips/stains). I have brought to their attention while shopping there before I started to try and sell clothes. I will never go back there.

Horrible customer service. The associates with the exception of one were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not speak when I arrived nor did they offer any assistance. They were not pleasant and did not give me the impression that they wanted me to shop with them again. No receipt was provided nor was I informed prior to the sale that the receipt machine was down. The cashier did not hand me my items she simply pushed them on the counter with no explanation and walked away. I asked her for a bag and she replied we are a bagless store. How was I suppose to know this? This is my first time at this store! First impressions are lasting impressions. Her attitude was not expected and if that’s how you all operate this visit is my last. Quality customer service keeps your guest coming back. A smile goes a long way and a simple have a great day does wonders. Please train your associates to be polite and friendly and if they are having a bad day they should stay home. For starters greet your guest when they arrive, offer them assistance, when they are ready to purchase their items ask them if it’s his or her first time shopping at the location, and lastly inform them that this location is a bagless location and unfortunately the receipt machine is down. That’s basic customer service.I wouldnt suggest this store to anyone. Everyone should be treated with respect and that’s obviously not what they do here. I will be spending my money everywhere else except here.

Just left there. I practically laughed in the little girls face when she said my items were “too worn” because several of my items still had tags on them. Don’t lie to your customers. All the gal could of said was we can’t accept any of your items and leave it at that. No need for the lies.They didn’t even call when they were finished looking through my items. I just showed up three hours later to check and see. I would of shopped there if their items weren’t “too worn.”I suspect that if you don’t purchase anything that they try to take very few of your items regardless of the wear. However, please give this a thumbs up if you hate employees who lie.

Selling your clothes is so easy! You don’t make much money, they also have a wide selection of used clothes!

I come there all the time and I tried to walk in but the store was closed at 6:45 today but on the door says 8. Then while I’m at the door the girl decides to turn all of the lights off. If you decide to close early for any reason there should be at least a sign on the door. Not to mention some people drive 35-40 mins to your store to find out it’s closed much earlier on a Wednesday.

More and more their store policies dont help the customer. Lets make this is an inconvenient for the customers as possible is their store policy.

They dont have bags for you to carry out your purchases.
