I’ve purchased four inflatable‘s from Annapolis inflatable‘s. For the most part had a fairly good experience until recently. I purchased a 14 foot Apex inflatable from them off the floor in the fall of 2019. Since I purchased it it would not hold air in the front two chambers. I’ve asked him for help a lot. I finally got them to look at it this year and they said there was no problem. They did proceed to fix something that I did not ask them to do but they perhaps credited me for this on my most recent purchase. Not sure. In any case the pictures were just taken this past weekend in mid July. On a very hot day. Which typically inflatable‘s are at their max but in this case I had just inflated this dinghy six days ago to 2.3. I sent a picture of this to them today and since they don’t carry APEX any longer they basically said there’s nothing else they can do. I’ve asked for a contact but apparently they had a falling out with Apex. This should not be my issue.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. Surly staff with an attitude as the least of the issues. I bought a New Tohatsu 9.9 in October 2020 and it has never worked right. Starts 50% of the time and the rest only with ether in the carb to get it going. Flat out, once every couple of days it starts coughing, the red ignition light comes on and will only run correctly at idle. Shut it down and try again and sometimes it cranks right up.I have called several times as I am now in the Bahamas to see if a tech could at least give me some suggestions for this computer operated paper weight. Some calls Im told no one can call me and they cant offer any support. Others Im told a mechanic will call and they never do.A couple of people along the coast have shared similar experiences they have had with the company. Wait and buy an engine somewhere else, skip these full of themselves dudes.

This place is horrendous dropped off an outboard 6 months ago called over 5 times and I still have not heard back about if they are done fixing it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They also charged me a $100 deposit so I basically paid $100 for nothing. Whenever I call they redirect me to the person that is supposed to be working on it but the guy never picks up so I left him a voice mail and he takes one whole month to respond and says that he still need two weeks to work on it. So I wait the two weeks and call again and the guy does not answer DO NOT COME HERE IT IS A SCAM.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The shop manager Fred is hoot!
