The wait was long but was well worth it. They delivered a superior enclosure and cover for my boat. We could not be happier with our new stack pack and window covers from Yacht Canvas. The whole crew was a delight to work with. They designed a whole new approach to our stack pack that keeps our sail tidy and protected, unlike what we had originally. They delivered exactly what we wanted on time and on budget.

Nice people doing good work. Price is not out of line —slightly less per hour labor charges than competitors I’ve worked with in Annapolis and they work closely with the customer to understand the job. I’m no expert but facilities and equipment seem first rate, and I was very impressed with how patient they were with me on a very small canvas repair job, which they were able to do on site while I waited.

They have completed a handful of small jobs for us, always on time and with great service and communication. We have also seen some of their beautiful work in our marina. We would not hesitate to use them again for a large or small job. Thanks team!

Not well organized and no follow up. Dropped off a chair for minor repair in January. Have heard every excuse possible since then and they still can not commit to a timeline. Its simple, you have the ability and the staff to fix it or you dont. Will no longer use their services.

Incredible service and work. Can’t say enough good things about Amanda and the team. I needed an urgent repair to my bimini and struggled to even get other places to answer the phone. I emailed, got a reply immediately and even had my bimini picked up from my boat. Oh and the repair was done in 48 hours and is top notch work. Will be getting an upgraded bimini and dodger done here soon. Thanks Yacht Canvas.

Terrible service and work at high prices. These people still owe me $600 for work never completed. Paid my bill, picked up my canvas cover only to discover nothing had been done. This was my third and final bad result with them and they refused to pay me back, only insisting they do it...sorry, 3 times bad is more than enough for me. Dont pay until you inspect the work. Better yet, go somewhere else, anywhere!

I was very pleased with my experience at Yacht Canvas. Their staff is amazing and very helpful! I have a beautiful new dodger and bimini to show off and I think Christopher Ford would be proud to have his name behind their work. Highly recommend if you want a solid product that will last you the next 10 years.

I contracted with Yacht Canvas Inc in July 2017 for canvas and carpet, at the time of contract they took a $1700 deposit and quoted a delivery date in September. As time went on, they missed every promise date, so finally in November, I asked for my deposit back but they refused saying the canvas would be done immediately. This pattern continued all winter and spring 2018 until finally I demanded canvas or refund in April. At that time, they promised a refund, but instead, they put an unfinished top and isinglass on the boat, and refunded $119. I have not had anyone out to look at finishing the work, but I suspect it will have to be remade from scratch. I have 4 boats and have bought a lot of canvas in my life, but this is the worst experience I have ever had - I have never seen any company in this business that is so incompetent. Do not use this company, and if you choose to, do not give them a deposit up front.

I have worked with the owners of CMC Canvas on several project including wheel covers, dinghy covers and interior cushions. They provided my original bimini, dodger and connector for my sailboat. I have been delighted on the service and expertise over the years. I highly recommend them!

This is probably the worst experience I have ever encountered in all my dealings with service providers in the boat world. I contracted to have cockpit cushions done in early June 2018 with delivery in early October. I intend to travel to the Caribbean this weekend so that deadline was hard and fast. I attended their office numerous times to check and was guaranteed completion. Well the work wasn’t completed nor do I believe there is any intension of the work being completed There is only one staff member capable of doing measuring and installs and specific sewing tasks. The worst part is that the owner told me the delivery would be on the 11 and when we called on the 10 to confirm that the cushions would be delivered, Ms Warren also told us we could throw away the old cushions in preparation for delivery of new ones. The cushions I have since learned were not even started when that conversation took place.

Worst experience ever with a marine service provider. Project was delivered a year after I put down a deposit. 2-3 month original timeline became 12! The new owners are still trying to figure out this business. Several times during the year I asked for a call back from the owner to discuss my concerns. He never called me back.

Only place in the country that does my canvas, sending stuff from Georgia up to these guys
