If you want a mechanic that stands behind their work, this place will. I had repairs completed on my car here that were up to my expectations. Something else happened to the car and I couldn’t get my car towed back here so I had the repairs done elsewhere. After those repairs at that shop, my car started acting funny again.Meineke could have said we won’t fix it and blamed the other shop which could have been accurate. They didn’t though, and repaired my car under the parts and labor warranty. Thank you Meineke for standing behind your work even if it might not have been your fault!

Service was great. The manager gave me an additional discoumt on my break work. My invoice was less than I expected. The work was fast, he people were friendly and I would definitely go again.

Absolutely zero masks being worn inside the building. This includes the front desk and mechanics in the back. No barriers either. Not sure how this is allowed. The owner made everything political as he was watching the news on TV.

Knowledgable friendly staff who helped the work I had done be affordable to me, their not like most places when you go to get a tire patched they tell you 10 other things wrong with your car. They actually called me and told me my coolant light was on, and then were more then happy to show me how to take care of it myself instead of suggesting they do it, like most places. I love Meineke. There always fix my car. The owner makes me feel like family. He treats you fair. If you havent been there you need to go now. Your missing out paying high prices some were else.

I had a rusted out flange, back by my muffler on a 2010 Murano. They cropped out the rusted flange and welded in a sleeve. They had me in and out in under 45 minutes. I took at look at the welds on either side of that pipe sleeve and they were really beautiful, professional welds. The cost was very reasonable and they didnt try to sell me anything else. I recommend this business and I will go back as they perform many other auto services.

The two individuals that helped me could not have showed me better customer service. I showed up 10 minutes after they had closed the shop, because I just came from NTB across the street - one of the employees drove by on his way out and asked if I needed help - the owner, Savvas, then opened his shop back up to look at my car and give me a quote on 4 new tires. The tires were delivered the next business day and installed by noon.If you value great/honest customer service and live in the Annapolis area definitely consider Meineke!

The shop owner/manager was friendly and helpful! I needed some exhaust work and an AC system check. He had it all done in about 3 hours and for a decent price too!

I needed a brake line manufactured and they did it for a great price and were fast. I’ll definitely return next time I need a mechanic.

Did their job. Dropped off car. Done when expected. Price way less than dealer. Drives like new.

1) Savva (?) was super nice at first over the phone- not so much at appt the following day. 2) Made appt for nothing; could have had the same discussion over phone prior and 3) Better put a mask on, dude. This is a pandemic.

Meineke in Annapolis is the place to go for reliable car repairs. I have been going there since 2013 and have taken 6 different vehicles there. I can always count on them to fix what needs to be fixed and not to sell me anything I dont need. This is a great place. I highly recommend it.

Great service!! Honest and very fair about pricing. This is the only auto shop I trust to bring all my vehicles too. They did a great job on my exhaust system and also replaced my rotors and pads. Very satisfied with the work done. They explained everything and even showed me exactly what the issues where. I highly recommend this Meineke for anyone who needs their car repaired.

Love this place. Ive been to many other auto shops in Annapolis and decided to try Meineke for my exhaust. Called up thinking I needed my converter, tail pipe, and muffler replaced. The guy on the phone suggested I bring in my 2002 Corolla for a free inspection and estimate to understand exactly what is going on. SOO glad I brought my Corolla by, Turns out I didnt even need to replace my catalytic converter, just the tail pipe & muffler!! Saved a lot of money by bringing my car to Meineke, the guy in the front brought me out to show me the issue and pointed out the converter was perfectly fine. Honest guys here, not only did I NOT need a converter that another shop suggested I replace, I also got 25% off on the exhaust service!! I will definitely be coming back for future services.

My 2010 Corolla brakes were pulsing with obvious visible front brake pad wear, thought it was just pads. Just had new rotors installed by dealer. The folks at Meineke Annapolis test drove and determined the cause right away. Called me with the details and cost & time estimate to repair before proceeding. Estimate was very good. Not only were they going to replace the front brake pads with best quality for less (compared to 4 different repair shops), the estimate included also included rotors resurfaced and caliper guide pin lube. Plus, they even threw in rear brake inspection and cleaning, all for a very reasonable cost. I am a very relieved and satisfied customer! :) Thanks Meineke, Ill be back for tires and will tell my friends about you. Your new friend, Kevin

Great team of mechanics! Fast work I was in and out for a fan belt replacement on my old pick up truck.

I was calling around to find the best price on brakes after I had been told I needed calipers, rotors, and brake pads for over $950 from another repair shop in Annapolis. The manager suggested I bring in my Honda Civic so they could diagnose the issue properly. The manager, Spiro, had informed me that the estimate was free and that they are running a 50% Off Special on Brake Pads. HAPPY I scheduled an appointment! They brought me out and showed me exactly what my problem was. I was hearing a grinding noise, but turns out I only needed to replace the rear rotors and pads!!!

Great experience! I took my car into have repairs on my exhaust system. Other places quoted me much higher prices. Took it here and they were able to do the repair for a third of the cost and while I sat there. Very good customer service. Savvas is a great guy and was looking out for my best interests. Excellent experience. Realized I had a muffler issue Friday evening, booked an appointment for Saturday morning, and 90 minutes after drop off they called to tell me it was ready. I felt the price was extremely fair as well.

This shop went above and beyond to square me away. And the prices were the best we found! The staff was very professional and friendly. I have told all my family and friends if they want a shop they can trust, this is the place for them.

Came in with issues on my 08 Passat that a othother place said was wrong, left out with only the work that needed to be done and at a very reasonable price. Had strut work done Savvas and his team had me in and out in well under the quoted time, if you need your car repaired but need your car i highly recommend Savvas and his team at this Meinike...

I had an awesome experience at Meineke Annapolis . My truck needed exhaust work , new emergency break , and break light . Reasonably quoted and one part needed to be ordered and delivered the next day so I left my truck and attempted to call an Uber but the owner savvas offered to give me a ride home ! When I returned the next day the truck was finished and the bill was 100 bucks less than quoted ! I will bring all my vehicles to savvas for now on

I went to Meineke for an oil change because i receieves a promotional discount to have the service discounted at 45%. On their website it states that a synthetic blend oil change is $34.95 therefore with the discount it will be $19.22 before tax and possible disposable fees.The man at the counter had the audacity to argue with me stating that Im looking at the promotional price and that the regular price for a synthetic blend oil change is $62.50. Yes, really $62.50!! When nowhere on the website states that those are the promotional or the made up reg prices he just told me. He proceeded to also tell me that if I had an issue about the pricing I shouldve said so at the beginning. I never had an issue at the beginning of the service because he told me that the price is $30 something but he is giving it to me for the promotional price. I am a college student I dont have much money. And for someone to rip me off then have an attitude with me because they are wrong is ridiculous.Please beware of this place!!

The new work they did on the muffler was ok. but Im getting marketing mail I dont want. when I asked for it to be stopped, no one knows how to stop it. just freaking amazing. how about asking for permission before sending people stuff in the mail they didnt ask for?
