This is a trustworthy vendor that will work with you to get the job done right. I had a leak into my vehicle. The dealer said they fixed it, then admitted that they couldn’t (after multiple trips in). It was fixed by Superior correctly. And they said to come back if needed, free of charge.

Awesome, local business! I came in with a fresh windshield rock chip and the owner assisted me immediately. He looked it over, told me my options and then got right to work. Super friendly and overall great experience. Dont waster your time at a big name windshield repair company -- these guys will take care of you!

I was referred to this company by my insurance company and tried to use their service but for a week and a half (after they had my insurance information) they never returned calls or showed up. After I placed several calls to the company to schedule the service and after they did not call back on a day they promised they would I spoke to the owner, who seemed clueless. He yelled and screamed that I didnt know what I was talking about and that I had no right to be upset because they didnt return my calls for a week.

I emailed them for a quote and they are far better pricing than safelight. Safelight quoted me $580 and my windshield replacement with Superior was $330. They were also able to complete it in less than an hour. Highly recommend them!

I smashed my rear f150 power window on a Friday evening. They got fixed for first thing Monday morning so i could take my family camping. Did a great job.

Got a rock chip in my windshield and went here for repair. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the cost was 1/3 of what chain companies like Safelite would have charged me. He also gave me a quote on a new windshield and said my cost of repair would be deducted if the windshield repair failed at any point. I highly recommend anyone needing windshield repair or windshield replacement to go here.

Found out just before a holiday weekend that my side window had been smashed. Got some quotes and this place was over a hundred bucks cheaper than the first place I checked. Called immediately and was told that they were booked up for the day and wouldnt be back until after the holiday weekend. I said that was fine, but he told me hed call me right back after he checked with his supplier. Called me back and told me he could squeeze me in today. Got my car back later that afternoon (right before a big thunderstorm came through, whew!). Very professional, very friendly, cant recommend these guys enough.

Had pizza from the Edgewood location and it was great, ordered from the Pasadena location, it was completely different..pizza was cold, crust was hard, did not taste fresh at all..could have spent almost 20$ on something much better..

Even though I did not get my windshield repaired here, I stopped in to get some advice on my Lexus LX570 SUV’s windshield repair done by another shop. Not only was Ken friendly and personable, he obviously has a thorough knowledge and experience in the windshield business. He took time out of his schedule to go on a test ride with me. Excellent customer service as some business don’t want to give you the time of day if you aren’t spending money with them. Ken provided great service and advice and if my windshield cracks again, I know where to bring my vehicle.

I wholeheartedly agree with others praise for Superior and Ken, who fixed my windshield on short notice -- promptly and carefully, taking the time to explain everything, and at reasonable cost. Given the size of the crack (just over a quarter coin), he could have told me I needed a new windshield and I would have believed him. The fix, involving some drilling/filing, a resin, and one other filler/binder (?), is barely visible.

I called and got seen same day. They are professional and get the job done. Its located in an industrial location so space is a bit limited. I went in to fix a chip on my windshield. He explain what to do next time I get a chip before getting it fixed and how the resin works.

Unlike big corporations or franchises, I could feel that I was genuinely treated honestly, and that Kenneth and his employees only did the repairs that were needed for me, without pushing me to pay for any extras. I showed up at 6:45 am, expecting to drop the key and bike to work, but was greeted by the owner, who offered to drive me to work in his truck! After the rear window had been replaced later that day, he called and offered to drop off my completed car at my work, at no additional cost. Superior Windshield Repair is a very professional business. I called on Thursday to get my windshield replaced and they came the next day. I didnt think my apt would be the next day due to the fact my windshield has rain sensor. To my surprise they had it in stock. I was told the technicians would be at my house at 10am. The techs were on time and very friendly and professional. I was very please with my services.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. Picked them based on their reviews and them stating on the phone “we are the only company in the area with a 5 star review”.Company no showed for scheduled appointment.When called, they stated “I didn’t even have you on my manifest.”When asked if I was scheduled for a different day they had an attitude with me and couldn’t answer.

I had Superior Windshield Repair replace the windshield in my Toyota Camry. I have used safelite in the past but never again. The staff was amazing. I was early to my appointment and they took my vehicle straight back to begain the repair. The service was fast, the work was great, and they vacuumed the interior. Ken and his crew are great and you can’t beat their prices. Highly recommend.

I had a nasty crack that grew very quickly from 1 inch to over two feet within hours. I needed replacement right away and Superior was the only provider within a reasonable area who could order the special windshield required (Infiniti - ugh) and get the work done within a couple days. Everyone else was at least a week. Ken, the owner, was great! We only needed a few brief calls to make a plan. Ken took my vin# and did all the research. I had to go through insurance and Ken was great at explaining how the process works. He deals with insurance all the time which helped me since I was new at this. Our insurance approved working with Ken immediately. At the time of our appointment, we drove up to the shop and two very nice employees made us right at home. Ken also took the time to explain to me how the replacement works, and when we got ready to leave, I noticed they had taken the oil change stickers from our old windshield and put them on our new one. They also vacuumed the interior of the car. I was in/out very quickly. It was a great experience and Id recommend Superior Windshield to everyone. You cant go wrong.
