Had a good experience here. Had 2 small chips on my windshield, both smaller than 1/2 inch each. Originally, I arrived as a walk-in prepared to hand over my card and get it done. The woman who helped me, Shermaine, asked what insurance company I had because they might pay for it. I went back to my car, called the company and sure enough, they coveted it! No deductible or anything. Insurance company scheduled me an appointment with Safelite and I walked back inside to confirm the appointment. Shermaine saved me hundreds on the repair. Shes amazing! Safelite ensures you understand for a repair, the spots will still be visible in case you were expecting it to magically be erased. Inside the lobby there are free water and coffee for customers. There is also a gender neutral restroom here. There is a TV to pass the time as well. Overall, great experience. Give my girl Shermaine a raise!

My technician was Dwayne and he was awesome! He was so friendly and he explained the process. He called me out to my vehicle and showed me another chip that I never noticed and asked if I would like it repaired as well. I feel like a lot of people wouldnt have noticed or if they did notice, wouldnt have alerted the customer to it. This was my first time using SAFELITE and because of Dwayne, I would 100% use them again.

This location made getting my windshield repaired so easy! In and out in under 45 minutes! Everyone was professional and super nice!

Safelite is usually my go to spot for windshield repairs and replacement. This time i requested a quote that was rreally expensive for my out of pocket budget. He said there is shortage of windows because of Covid-19. Maybe, but I havent heard that before.

My windshield installation was convenient and ahead of schedule when it was finished. The technician Marcus was very friendly and made sure that I understood everything about the new windshield. The waiting room was very clean and even the restroom was clean.

Got a windshield repaired in about an hour, with an appointment. No issues. All the guys were kind.THE PLACE STINKS OF SMOKE. This was not a pleasant waiting room because of the smell.

Windshield is leaking, an extremely loud wind buffering noise is present above 45 MPH. Both are issues which are present as of the replacement. Id rather have a crack in my window that the two new issues... Ive documented the wind noise and will be documenting the seal issue later today. No issue with scheduling or timeline for repair. It is really an issue with craftsmanship and attention to detal. In addition to the major issues, the replacement windshield has visual imperfections not present in an OEM quality windshield, makes me question quality of the product. There was a cover missing from my wiper arm which required me asking about it, at which point they were able to find/replace the item so no big deal but seems like they needed a QC process. Follow-up/direct contact is an issue and is far more difficult than should be necessary because of the automated system. I will update if/when able to have the problems corrected.

I had my very first windshield replacement today and was unsure what to expect! I was very pleased with the work done by Thomas! He was sent out to greet me and explained the process while being very professional and polite. Its hard to find people in todays world that care so much about the quality of the work that they do, but you have a fantastic employee that is a true professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Safelite Annapolis to others! The job was done to perfection and I was pleased with the outcome. I will caveat this by saying Im the guy who HATES taking my car to any kind of shop to get anything done because Im paranoid it wont be done correctly. With that being said--overall I was extremely impressed with Safelite as a company as well as the Annapolis, MD shop where I had the work done. I needed to replace my front passenger window and was able to request an OEM replacement for a few dollars more than aftermarket. They had the glass in stock (compared to a 2 week wait at the dealership) and they made the appointment according to my schedule. The shop was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. There were tables in front of the customer service window to allow for social distancing, as well as ALL of the staff were wearing masks (and properly at that!). They took my vehicle immediately to start the job. The technician did a FANTASTIC job with the replacement and aside from it now missing tint you couldnt tell it was replaced. When the technician handed me the keys, he had them wrapped up in a Clorox wipe and dropped them in my hand--which I appreciated (especially during these rona times!). I highly recommend Safelite, as well as the Annapolis, MD location!!!

Quality of work seems to be good. My issue with in regards to contact with this location. I could not find a direct line to the location. I had to go through the main corporate number. Also the branch did not call or notify me when my car was ready. I was surprised there was no notification. I was not impressed with their customer service. This could be an anomaly but I was disappointed.

This Safelite Autoglass location is super! The Front desk staff, Shermine and Mike were so friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to wait there at the office while a new windshield was installed. The waiting area was clean, and most importantly chairs were safely spaced apart. There was a nice selection of Keurig coffees and water bottles.Dale installed my windshield and went over all the instructions. Dale was great. Hes super nice and very informative.Highly recommend this Safelite location.Thanks all.

These guys are great. I have had windshields replaced 2x in the last year due to highway rocks. Our subaru requires recalibration of the driver assist system with a replacement and they nailed it both times. They are on schedule for appointments and always get the car out when promised.

I needed to replace the windshield on my new car (only 3 months old) and had difficulty with my insurance company. I went in person to Safelite (preferred vendor) and Mike (manager) helped me work through the entire issue from start to finish. He was patient, eager to help and ultimately had my glass repaired to my satisfaction. I was impressed how important it was to the technician as well that he do a great job on my vehicle. He explained everything at the end of the install and took my payment which was super easy ultimately with my insurance (Geico). Im pleased they were able to help me through what started out to be a complex replacement and put my mind at ease. It is clear they want to please the customer and do quality work. I would definitely recommend Mike, Rob and the team at the West St. location.

I had a team come out to repair my windshield after the wrong part was ordered originally (not their fault). The rep was informative, courteous, and very polite. Service was fast and so far no signs of any issues relating to it.

Im giving this location (perhaps the company in general), one star - though it should be zero. I had a repair done on a chip on my windshield that was smaller than a quarter. When I went to get a state inspection on my vehicle, my windshield failed because of the chip and bad repair. When I contact Safelite about this, they initially told me they would issue a refund of the $50 I spent on the repair. I checked my credit card to see if the refund had been issued, and when 5 business days had gone by, I called to follow up. At this point, I had already gotten my windshield replaced by another company, for much less than what Safelite quoted me. Then I find out that I am not receiving a refund since they only credit the cost of the repair to a replacement done by them. Im incredibly frustrated by this policy as I would rather trust my replacement to another company and not the same company that did an inspection-failing repair. Not to mention, I was told incorrect information to begin with, so I was expecting a refund and now will not be issued anything. I cant tell you how many different people I spoke with, how rude some (not all) of them were and how disappointed I am with their service and policy in general. My windshield should not have failed inspection and now I am out several hundred dollars because of it!

I had a huge crack in my windshield. I scheduled an appointment through my insurance app a few days in advance. When I got there, I immediately was taken care of. The employees told me the crack might not be fixable, but they would try their best.If they cant fix it, they offer a reimbursement of that fee as a discount for the whole windshield.Marcus did an excellent job and was able to fix it without replacing the whole windshield! It was so quick that I hardly noticed the time go by in their waiting room.

Right before leaving for vacation I got a ding in my windshield driving on the highway. I stopped into Safelite on West St in Annapolis. Russ was very kind, informative and helpful. He said he could fix it and he did! Thank you.

I paid the extra delivery fee to have the windshield replaced in my driveway. A little expensive but I didnt have to sit and wait for it and then wait some more. I was able to work and continue my day without interruptions. Overall the experience was great. I feel that this company is very trustworthy. Wrote previously about Safelite here is a pic of what a faulty installation job did to my husbands truck that leaked for years unaware this was occurring. Rusted the framing of the windshield and the rust went above the black outside molding of the windshield. Very sad ☹️Update: Safelite has been working with me about the issues we have had. Nancy at their main corporation has been very personal and has assisted our needs of resolving the problem. They have redone the window framing and put the new installation in and it looks great. Thank you, Nancy, issy and Mike for following through with our truck and making things right. ☺️

Everything was done professionally this time just buy your own windshield wipers. I need to return the wipers the blades are not cleaning the windshield. That is 4 star

I used Safelite to repair a minor chip in my windshield. The technician came almost an hour late. When she arrived she explained that the windshield was too hot and had to wait for it cool down. I said ok and asked if it would be fine to return to my office since it was the middle of the work day. She was fine with this and I went back into my office as she “waited” to fix my windshield. Her wait must have not been long because no more than a couple of minutes later the technician called and said she cracked my windshield.At this point in time I have been fighting with Safelite to have my windshield replaced free of charge. Not only did the technician express that the windshield was too hot and needed to wait for it to cool, she is the one who cracked the windshield and never even finished the repair job. It seems like Safelite’s trained and professional technicians are not trained as well as we the customers would want. Now, I am being told it will cost $450 to replace a windshield that was broken by their technician. We clearly understand the policy of a faulty repair. However, this issue has nothing to do with a faulty repair. The broken windshield happened because of an inexperienced technician who may not have waited long enough for the car to cool down and instead rushed through her repair and broke the windshield.I feel that I was more qualified to fix the chip than their technicians was.

Dont come here -find another glass shop. I set it up to drop my car off so they could perform the work the next day and then when I arrived they rudely told me I missed the appointment. Then offered me an appointment several days out. I planned on leaving the car for a reason and they didnt care. They didnt try to help in any way besides re-scheduling me... So beware - They dont care.

I needed to get my windshield glass replaced, and took it to the west st. location, confirm appt. made appt. glass install done, but oh I was so disappointed that it was leaking water in my car whenever it rained, took it back to safelite, and complained of the water leakage in my car, and I cant remember the guy that was behind the desk when I came back to complained about said occurrence, and this guy was so rude only told me how the water was getting in my car albeit; no fault of theirs and walk off …the crack on my windshield was horrible and still it didnt rain in my car, this guy said it was raining in my car from my sunroof, well it wasnt raining in my car from my sunroof either, this guy didnt offer to do a test or anything to see if I was telling the truth or not, he just walked the heck off after his bs speil he gave me as to why my car was leaking. I tell anybody that I encounter that have issues with their windshield just dont take it to that west street location if you are to use safelite and if I had to do it all over I wouldnt use safelite either. had I known what I know now, and to be honest this complaint took a long time in coming but every time it rains I remember that its raining in my car as well, this guy didnt even give me a chance to tell him that I didnt have a leakage problem before, no he didnt care to hear anything because safelite/Annapolis had my money that I paid for my piss poor service.

We have had to use Safelites services many times in Virginia and never had a problem before. Sadly the Annapolis Safelite has shown subpar customer service and courtesy. We requested service over a month ago for replacing a windshield and they have failed to show up for three confirmed appointments without notifying us, they have rescheduled us multiple times beyond that (once they rescheduled us without notifying us either), and the windshield has yet to be replaced. I understand that there might be trouble getting such a new windshield; however, not bothering to give us the courtesy of a phone call to cancel thus making us having to take time off from work is unacceptable. I hope they can get this resolved soon

This is my third experience with Safelite. I always have them come to my job, and theyre usually there in the beginning of the time window. The first time I had a chip repaired and the last two times I had my windshield replaced. All were great experiences, but this one was the best. I had John Tucker this time. He seemed a little more reserved than the other techs Ive had, but still pleasant. It only took him an hour, and when he was done he vacuumed and cleaned my windows (they always do), but he also salvaged my velcro pieces from the old window and stuck my EZ-Pass back up and put my sunglasses back on my rearview mirror. That just showed he truly cared and went the extra mile to make the process as inconvenient as possible.

I never knew having a cracked windshield could be so pleasant.
