They have a nice selection of products but not junkie looking inside. Prices are pretty standard. First time shopping there, would go again.

Good beauty supply store to get basic stuff for hair. Only downside is They do not have a wide selections of wigs.

Honestly would not recommend shopping here. I bought braiding hair in the wrong color and went to return next day and they only offer store credit valid for 3 months. The hair was unopened so I am not happy to have wasted $40 :(Also in general the overall attitude of the staff is off-putting.

This place is convenient and has just about everything you need, but the guys that work there could benefit from customer service classes

So i recently bought hair here, a couple days ago. i showed up a little late, about 20 minutes before they were gonna close. I didn’t have my ask, i previously lost it and i was nervous about going to the place without it. A man walked outside who had worked there and greeted me. I could tell he was in a rush, but he still stopped and talked to me. He had asked me if it would be fine if he’d shop for me, i said yes because since i didn’t have my mask i didn’t feel right about going inside. I handed him a list of the hair that i had wanted, since i read that you’d have to write it down. They didn’t have the hair that i had wanted, but he brought out two hair packages matching what i’d like. he stood there and showed me both patterns. told me the total, and he had told me he was going to be right back. He was genuinely nice, not fake nice because he’s an employee. I got back into my car and waited less than five minutes total (which was great because the place was picking up business.) he had rushed out and told me what was left on my card, handed me my purchases, and we both wished each other to have a nice rest of our day. These people are amazing to stay open, especially when i witnessed many not return their nice gestures. He was such a pleasure to be around, and i definitely will be coming back for his immaculate service.

The owner of the store is rude and very unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to treat his customers. He was talking to a guy about a personal matter and customers was waiting in line for help. He was mad when a customer spoke up and said that the customers service was unprofessional then he refused to sell the customers at items. Please don’t support this store.

They have the cheapest prices for Cantu and Mixed Chicks Ive seen in stores. So thats a plus. But I called ahead of time to ask if they had gel builder, acrylic dip powder and nail tips. They said yes they definitely did, when I got there they showed me their miniscule selection of press on nails.

They just arent friendly here and this dates years. The last time I went in my daughter was 3 and the owner was very rude. Even though they were the only seller in town with a particular weave I liked I vowed not to go back. Well my daughter is now 10 and I thought its got to better. It was not better. The owner is a short little man who you can tell looks down on his customers and the woman always seems unhappy, never smiles or thanks you for coming, she is short in her responses and also has a snide superior attitude. Maybe its the demographic that most beauty supplies draw in that they dont really care for, but they know this type of business is a money maker. Its unfortunate because when the owner is rude who do you complain to for improvement? I guess you dont you just stop giving them your money. HINT HINT people

Its bad enough they follow you like your going to steal something. I drive a BMW X 5. I dont think I need to steal anything. Its rude to speak a different language and talk about me. The prices they marked. I get to the register and they change the price. He says they were missed marked. I tell him thats not my problem you marked them. Im not paying a different price. Refused to do business with shady people. I will travel to Toledo. Better service, better prices and much better quality.

There arent too many beauty supply stores in A2 compared too my home town, so I had to search this one out for a bit. Theyre pretty well stocked and have ombre braiding hair and other beauty supply basics. Spacious!

They have great merchandise, but the customer service is awful. I remember the first day they opened, nice as pie. Over time the young owner started acting like a female. His attitude is horrible. He argues back and forth with customers. Does not like to help when he is in his moods. You have to catch him on his good days . Treat ppl who steal from yall like that. Not the ones who come in there and spend money. I rather hit 94 to Detroit than to go there.

Worst place ever landlords Majik properties is so cheap they wont even pay to salt the parking lot to keep it safe. If you dont want to hurt yourself go to a place that can afford to protect there customers in the winter. There are other places to shop where the property owners protect there customers. Stay clear of Majik Properties and this beauty supply store in the winter.

I think the product selection was awesome. Store was neat, clean, and professional. I would have liked seeing my total, since Im hard of hearing.

From the comments about how this guy or who ever works there treats people it would be hard for me to visit. I will never know about a place until I have experienced it myself. They have decent inventory, lots of accessories and some hair care products but dont come here looking for human hair in a variety of colors. Black, dark brown, or dark rooted and VERY pricey blonde hair is available. Parking is decent, but try taking a left onto Washtenaw Ave. (not easy) Hair and wig shop supply has become synonymous with not particularly kind service and this place is no exception.

Fair price and convenient. Not the best selection of crochet hair. Always discounts on lace frontal. Stay open until 8pm.

Older woman in store seemed nice.. Younger woman EXTREMELY rude & confrontational..1st & LAST time I will frequent that store. I will never support a business with people who treat their customers with blatant disrespect. I will NEVER come back there again. The owner is a young guy who treats people like absolute crap. He has a lot of dumba$$ rules about returns,refunds and exchanges.And they barely know anything about the things they sale. Today was the last straw. I refuse to let a arrogant guy like that get another dime from me.He gives the total opposite of customer service. They dont offer to help you with anything and anytime I have been acknowledged is if I come to the counter asking for help(which is always a waste of time), say hi to them first or if Im pulling money out of my pocket. Before today I was a regular customer. Many times I would see this young guy talk down to the customers. Even the elderly! I just assumed maybe he just had mean customers... but its him! He is a piece of crap and he treats everyone the same. Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere and make sure my friends do the same.

Not a place that I want to give my money too. If your purchase isnt at least $10 they charge you extra fees. They are rude and dont even have a large selection. Anyplace other than here will do.
