I had to place my license in the pneumatic tube at the pharmacy drive up in order to pick up a prescription. The clerk next tells me that, when loading my license back to return it to me, it started on its journey, but now is stuck between the tube and the wall of the mechanism! She said, This happens all the time. The machine is old and overworked! She claimed that the manager was trying to get it out but didnt have the correct size screwdriver! (and yet this happens all the time!) I would have to drive the 30 minutes home, without my license, and drive back the next day, without my license, once a repairman from corporate had come and gotten it out. When I suggested that, since this happens all the time, why dont they put up a sign warning drive-up customers that they might well lose their license, charge card, or whatever in the overworked machine! She berated me, saying that You should know that using a pneumatic tube comes with risks. WHAT???? Gee, theres one way to fix that risk: Have the CORRECT screwdriver, or, maybe even Install a NEW tube!!!! Pretty simple, right? And DONT berate customers when they are highly inconvenienced by YOUR store being too cheap to replace broken equipment!

The most memorable time I came here was when I used to work on State St., and had gotten a 2nd degree burn on the clock. There was no aloe vera on the shelves, so I asked one of the staff. Instead of directing me to it they directed me to the pharmacy. This wouldnt have been an issue, if they hadnt told me the pharmacy was open when it wasnt. I waited at the pharmacy for 10 minutes, checked with staff again and they insisted there was someone up there so I returned. Waited another five minutes, before eventually having to get back to work empty-handed.

This cvs is discriminating on their employees by only allowing certain workers take brakes when ever they choose to. In the work place it is suppose to be equal opportunity so please let there be.

Not the best customer service. Brought disposable cameras in to be developed and was told that I will be notified when theyre ready in the next 2 weeks. One month later, no answer. I email them and get no response. Another month passes by with no response or update on the status so I call them. When I called them, I was told that they dont notify when orders are in when I was specifically told that they do. Then when he checked for my order, they said that the photos could not be located. This took 3 months after I brought the cameras in.

I will never be returning to this CVS and fully expect the employee who I had to deal with to be fired. I came into the store this morning to get a container of wet dog food for my dog, who is my service animal. Everytime I have gone in the store prior I have brought her with and there has been no comment made. This time however, I walked straight back to the dog section and while looking at the merchandise was approached by an older male employee with glasses. He barked at me that no pets were allowed in the store. I informed him politely that she was my service animal (she was not wearing her vest due to chafing). After informing him he started badgering me with questions with a lot of rude attitude. These questions included things like: what is she for, is she a mental service animal, where is her documentation, etc. I politely informed him that actually he cannot ask such questions legally under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I told him he could legally ask me two questions which I happily provided him the answers to promptly after telling him the questions. He decided to respond by becoming extremely combative and trying to argue with me what he could and could not ask me and what was required to be a service animal. He was EXTREMELY rude during the whole proceeding so I informed him again that what he was asking was not legal and walked away. During this whole engagement my animal was sitting by my side completely silent as she is trained to do. This is completely unacceptable, not to mention illegal. This employee either skipped the disability training or never got any to begin with. I am well aware of what is within my rights with a service animal and having to engage in a debate about them is not what should be happening when I go out in your store.

Walked in to ask if it was possible to bring in bike in between the doors as I had forgotten my lock and while I understand the no, I was barked at, still standing in the doorway, before I could even open my mouth - MAM. MAM. NO BIKES.Yeah I was just going to ask-ABSOLUTELY NO BIKES YOU NEED TO LEAVEIve been coming here for years but now Im scared this guy is gonna be here and wont come back.

Excellent pharmacy. Absolutely every single one of the Pharmacists have been prompt, caring, and are all-inclusive problem solvers when it comes to the insurance company, doctors prior authorizations, and what have you. I would give them ten stars if I could.

They have always had my prescriptions ready. One of the pharmacists (Natalie) has an exceptional memory and recognizes many of the customers on sight. She will pull the Rx before I even get to the counter. The cashiers downstairs are eager to help with finding things or with checking out, especially when there is a line for the self check out.It loses one star because parking can be tough.

They just dont care!. And the area they are in i would never work there! They never have what i need and was a chore to get me off automatic refill, esp when i never asked for that. It was a one time prescription refill of which they were aware of. (they being the pharmacy staff)

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy that I have ever visited. My medications are pretty complicated, so I track the error rates on my prescriptions. Other pharmacies usually average around 30%. That is, 30% of the time that I fill a prescription, something goes wrong (e.g. the amount of pills was wrong, or I was billed incorrectly).This pharmacy? Around 3%. Thats 10 TIMES BETTER than any other pharmacy that Ive tracked.Bonus points: The staff here has helped me sort out mistakes made by other pharmacies, and by my prescribing clinic. These people will take great care of you!

Showed up at 8:01 to get a perscription that I had sent to the pharmacy. I asked them to text me when it was ready. I called back 10 hours later and they said it was ready. I then got someone to watch my kids, found parking on the street and made it in by 8:01 only for them to tell me that the pharmacy was closed. I informed them of the situation and they would not ring up my already filled perscription. This is my first time here and I will not be coming back any time soon. Horrible customer service!

The absolute worst! Run, dont walk away from this pharmacy. Two days to fill a script, filled it wrong twice and then said we had to pick it up someplace else but WOULD NOT TELL US WHERE. Now insurance wont let us get it fill someplace else. Meanwhile my kid just keeps getting worse!!!!

This is not the first time Ive had issues with this cvs. I was spoken to rudely on the phone with regards to the pharmacy. I was snapped at about the hours, that they were closing and absolutely could not help me.The prior time I used the photo section of the store, ordered my pictures online. When I came in to pick them up, I walked up to a woman who had my phones in hand, making rude comments about them and the girls in them.

Signed up for an appointment at the Minute Clinic online, received my confirmation code and showed up on time only to be told that my appointment was not on record. I was told to wait in walk in line which had an hour and a half wait. I had to leave without receiving the treatment I needed. If you plan on going here prepare to be misled and not receive the care you need.

Three months after I switched pharmacies because of their terrible service, they never took me off the automatic refill. They kept refilling my prescriptions even though I had called to transfer my prescriptions and my new pharmacy had called to tell them to stop auto refilling as well. It made it difficult to get the medications I need, and it completely screwed up my medical insurance! I had to call a third time to get them to stop auto refilling even though I had already asked for a transfer.
