Was in the market today. Had a very nice quiet experience and the man at the cashier (he might be the owner?) was extremely nice and polite. I picked up some current tea and when I took it to the counter he assured me that it was really delicious and high quality. When I got home I brewed some of the tea and it was delicious! I will certainly return.

Great store with large selection of imported groceries plenty of cuts of deli meats and cheeses. I especially recommend many kinds of the smoked fish is that are otherwise impossible to find. One of only few places for salmon caviar well as great European chocolates. Store puts great thought in to providing such a large selection within the constraints of the store size. Greatly recommend this to all food connoisseurs and those missing food from Russia and Eastern Europe.

Excellent quality Russian food at very reasonable prices. They have a great selection of Russian and other Eastern European deli meats, cheeses, fish, breads, dairy products, wine, beer, sweets, canned and dry goods. They even have red and black caviar. Its pretty amazing that they can fit such a wide variety of food in a relatively small store. The employees are very friendly and will recommend things to buy when I just cant make up my mind. My wife and I have been shopping here for 6 years and keep coming back because they always update their selection with new products.

Primarily eastern European groceries and specialty foods, but also has a great sweets selection. They come in boxes, great as gifts. Staff able to help in English or Russian.

It takes a long time to gain a faithful customer. It also takes about a second to lose one. The owner seems to have missed this particular marketing class session.Russian/Ukrainian stores in Detroit Metro are far from I would call ubiquitous. I count about half a dozen, most in Oakland County. To the best of my knowledge, Euro Market is the only one in Ann Arbor. To a captive audience, its the only place to get the food for which we harbor much nostalgia without driving an hour out of the way. We usually come here a couple times a month, as the selection of deli meats and cheeses is serviceable and its convenient enough to overlook the fact that the selection is generally rather poor in comparison to the stores in West Bloomfield, Farmington Hills and Oak Park. After tonights experience, I no longer feel the need to do so.Walked in tonight at around 7:20 (40 minutes from closing). . Asked the owner (who usually runs the shop) for some salami, sliced. He obliged. I kept browsing for another five minutes. When I approached him to ask for some cheese, he looked at me as if though I was from another planet and said we are closing. I thanked him and walked out.I left a country whose service sector considers its customers to be nuisances. I am not going to put up with this treatment in the U.S.. Vote with your wallet. Stay away.

The store is somewhat overpriced. I usually buy things, like rye bread, smetana, pickles, and these were clearly above what I have seen in other russian supermarkets in North America and Europe.New York intl in Southfield seems to have more variety and is cheaper by (on average) about 10-20%.You may like this store if you are new to russian foods.

Prices are slightly higher than in the other Russian stores. Store itself is pretty little but clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. Selection of foods are not that great, but everything was fresh. The store is small but clean, the selection is small and prices are higher than in other Russian stores. The owner is very polite. A lot of sausages, few fish and cheese.
