Wow what a rude individual working the mobile order. Never have had such an unpleasant experience. Waited ten minutes on my mobile order and none of the baristas would even make eye contact with me. Finally some rude woman said, what are you even waiting for? We wont know unless you tell me. How was I suppose to tell this person when they didnt even make themselves available to be asked a question. I was waiting patiently like I usually do while they made everyones drinks. Everyone elses mobile order was called out. Mine just sat there. Clearly was ready to be made. I dont know what her problem was, but Ill never come here again. Luckily Ann Arbor has a plethora of great coffee options, all with much friendlier staff.

The java chip mocha frappe was the best i ever had at any starbucks. Great job. The breakfast burrito i got from here was pretty good too. Kinda crispy(the tortilla) but still pretty good.

Scott is the best barista ever and makes an effort to get to know all of his regular customers.

I give this store 1 star because every time I order something , they don’t give the exact what I asked for.Today , I asked for s’mores frap and they give me something else .When I said this is not s’mores , they said no it is .I don’t how people over there work and not making exact what the customer asked for .I’m done with this place

Theyve never gotten my order right (Im not a regular visitor, so this is only about half a dozen times), no matter how simple I try to make it. I started just ordering online so I know they have it right. But theyve always been great about remaking it, and theyve been very helpful and patient. Its also one of the better tasting Starbucks (how is there a difference? All I can say is, there is one.)

The coffee here tastes really good and was the best I ever had. My coffee was made very quickly and there were lots of places to sit. The scones and croissants are very scrumptious. If you like coffee and want a little snack I recomend going here.

Coffee was good and consistent with what we have in Washington but no bathroom even for customers. I asked and apparently this isn’t just a covid restriction but normal for Ann Arbor!

This place needs a major overhaul. Every time I do a mobile order here the order is either wrong or completely missing something. This last time I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich and when I asked if they had one coming, the response was youre going to have to wait because our cashier is responsible for those and shes really behind. That is unacceptable.

The staff was quite friendly, however it was also unnecessarily inefficient resulting in a very slow customer experience.Unfortunately, sweetener was put in my iced coffee without anyone asking; next time I’ll be certain to specify without. One positive facet of my experience was that the water was good; I’d recommend it without ice.I’ll probably return because this store is conveniently located.

This place is in a very busy part of Ann Arbor and they don’t job handle it well. This is the Service is slow. Recent events have led me to decide to start to go else where. In my Last visit the line was particularly long the building it’s awkward and designed poorly so you stand on top of each other. I order a green tea which takes probs 15 minutes to make for no reason. I get my tea and start working on my paper after finishing my tea. I wanted to use the restroom but there is a code on it. Now It’s standing room only the baristas are busy and I don’t know the code so do I cut in line or wait in it again? Is there really so much foot traffic who come into Starbucks and don’t buy anything for this to be needed? If yes, I have a better solution how about a scanner to prove you are a customer with the star bucks reward. After I wait in line and get into the bathroom and it was nasty.

Amazing staff. Went with a group of friends, Very friendly staff and they got all of our orders correct first time around. Clean place as well.

Coffees great, but food options are not up to most Starbucks I have ever been to. When I enquired about certain dessert options out in the case for sale none of the staff had a clue about any of it. So they went in back and brought out the box it was shipped in to read the label off. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Its small and does make you feel crowded even when their isnt a lot of people, however they do get busy.

Overall, a nice Starbucks! High ceilings make for a comfortable atmosphere and the baristas here tend to be courteous and prompt. Only downside would be the lack of larger tables. Definitely a decent place to come for some individual work, but there is basically only one large communal table to work on if you bring friends or a lot of paperwork. There are occasionally some homeless people here, but hey, its Main Street in Ann Arbor.And besides–everyone should be able to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Black and white mochas are delicious. Of all the Starbucks I have visited the customer service and staff have an edge at this location. The staff has an attitude like they are doing you a favor. No one smiling here or interactinh with customers. Why do I come back? Only location that is convenient to my work.

Slow service, Creamer and sugar station was unkept. Coffee was good as usual.

I went in to purchase a homeless woman coffee and a gift card. The woman I was with visibly downtrodden and obviously homeless. One of the cashiers loudly whispered “watch her” in defense to the woman. The place was packed full and noisy and I was still able to clearly hear this demeaning “warning” from the 3rd or 4th spot in line. This town is so liberal and people will march in the streets over abortion rights for transgender refugees but couldn’t care less about the most vulnerable segment of our actual community. Unbelievable levels of rude.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences Ive ever had. With a toddler in tow and an infant in my arms I ordered an iced coffee but forgot the milk. When the barista called my drink I calmly asked if I could get milk in it, and apologized for forgetting. The barista was beyond unprofessional — took the drink, opened the lid, and just poured milk into the already full container. It spilled all over the sides, everywhere, and didnt even try to wipe it up. I ended up with a wet, sticky cup with iced coffee dripping everywhere, all over the place. I couldnt believe what a ride gesture it was. Had to juggle a baby in my arms and a toddler at my feet while trying to wipe off my cup. Completely awful experience.

Excellent location at the corner of the busy street. Sitting at the window, having a war latte in the hand, looking at the people walking on the street. You will love the Sunday afternoon.

Great little coffee shop. The space is small so this is not one of those shops where you hang out all day but the coffee was great and the staff was friendly.

This has been my favorite location, very nice staff, also, they have good service even when they seem to be somewhat overwhelmed by the rush of people that can happen at anytime (downtown Ann Arbor) however it’s just the smallest one in A2 I believe. So lately, I’ve had to choose the Ann Arbor Saline location near my home.

Got a Strawberry Refresher usually their awesome but not this time. It was watered down and had a lot of ice. Didnt enjoy it at all it went to my son who wanted water. Smh

This Starbucks has tended to change its hours over the years to the point it was a mystery as to whether they were open or not. It would be wonderful to have the former hours which ran til 1 am on the weekends

You need to get a code from the attendant to access the toilets. The toilet really needed servicing. It smelled.

This place has really gone down hill. I guess its the management? On my most recent visits, the people that work there really havent tried to provide great service, if there is a problem they get angry and the service gets even worse, and the quality of the drinks is uneven. Plus the atmosphere really isnt great for hanging out, which seems to be what Starbucks is going for which, you know, is fine for them, but turns me off.

Staff looks like theyve been working for 72 hours straight, staring at me like Gollum from Lord of the Rings. Creamer area exceptionally dirty, without any stirrers and out of stock for other items. Dubious characters abound. People pulling out cigarettes and smoking outside, then dragging their stench into the place. The label above the barista reads to inspire and nurture the human spirit..., however this place reminds me more of the Mos Eisley Cantina.
