Thanks for wasting my time and 2 other peoples on my account. I had an appointment at 3:30 at your Oak Valley store. I scheduled the appointment online. I received a reminder text the day before and the day of. We all got to the store from our different places of employment and me from my home only to find out. THE STORE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND CLOSED. Please get it together T-Mobile. I called the Maple Rd store to let them know that the online scheduler was allowing people to schedule appointments at the store under construction and Brenden, said, what do you want me to do about it? I am only an employee call 611. I called 611 and was told that the phone system was down. Called back again and it said it would be a 20 minute wait. I am concerned that T-mobile cannot properly service the influx of business from their purchase of Sprint. I drove 20 miles to and from an appointment that didnt happen with no customer service to resolve the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. They recommended factory resetting my phone to fix my camera app but did not offer any help to back up my phone first.Factory resetting my phone did not fix the issue and now I get to reinstall everything back onto my phone including several important apps for my job.Afterwards they just weakly apologized and said I should just upgrade but that I would have to continue paying for this phone that they just reset until the contract is up.Dont let them factory reset your phone.

While the person helping me was very nice and tried to help, he was limited by what the company (now T-Mobile) allows their staff to provide for assistance. I wanted to accomplished two things.... Have my tablet fixed and get a new phone with hopefully trade-ins. Neither was accomplished during this visit. In addition, I was informed that the reason my fitbit no longer syncs with my phone is because the phone I was talked into getting the last time I visited the store, isnt compatible with fitbit. Luckily I arrived shortly after opening so I didnt have to wait in line. Very disappointed with not being able to accomplish anything in the 30-45 min. I was there. Ended up being a total waste of my time.

Stopped out on black friday. The manager at the door took all my information down include account number and name. I was texted when they could allow me in, which was good. Problem I had was none of my information was shared to the sales rep so I had to go through the full restatement of name, account number and what I was looking for. Then the sales rep spent almost 5 minutes looking up specials on Samsung. I was a little confused as Samsung and Apple are the two biggest sellers and how could a sale rep not know your biggests sellers.

Sooo typically I dread going to the Sprint store but today was a much different experience. My son is traveling unaccompanied to Texas tomorrow and his phone quit working. Mason was amazing! I called for an appointment on Thursday for the Apple iPhone offer and upon going there was told the promo expired. Easy then pushed to spend more on another offer. Will stay with Verizon. Sprint tried to scam me.

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and even hospitable staff! Stephanie was very helpful in fixing my issue with my phone and introduced me to the new galaxy s9+, as well as showing me my options at a few different price points. Overall it was a very pleasant visit. Ill definitely be coming back to this store for all of my future needs!

I love this store, the technicians are knowledgeable, the sales staff care a lot about you and fit your needs with the right plan and device. There may be a wait but its well worth it. I also get a great deal on audio,cases and protection, I can even add it into my bill and pay for it in 12 monthly no interest payments. That age of getting a phone for 200 bucks and a 2 yr contract are gone and I know what to expect when I walk in those doors.

They are shady. They will tell you your bill will be about the same then its $90 higher. They will say something is free, but will show up on your bill as a monthly charge. Sleazy and misleading. Smile at you as they stab you in the back. Tell you the contract says one thing then its a different story after you sign and are stuck with an outrageous monthly bill or pay 2 grand in cancellation fees.

Went in to activate a phone and they could not do it because I did not buy the phone from Sprint. Then I went to the Best Buy across the street and they were able to hook up the phone to the same Sprint account with no issues! I thought this was a corporate store.....? Thanks Best Buy! If you are a new customer or upgrading your phone, you will not have any problem. I tried to return my phone which ends 18 months lease, but a manager said that she couldnt accept it due to some reasons which dont make sense. However I returned my phone to the different Sprint store without any problem. I will not recommend this store.

Sprint website very confusing, but the local people sorted it out. All the staff (4) I spoke with were smart, helpful and very polite on the phone and on visits (2). I had a complex situation and they helped sort it out and took extra time and steps to make sure our phones worked and lines were set up correctly. I would recommend and return myself. Thank you.

In the past we have been very disappointed with their customer service, but this time was different. Moke was so hands-on with upgrading me to a different phone. My former phone was having issues transferring data to the new one and he tried everything he could think of to make the process go faster, no rush at all. He was able to answer any and all questions I had. Another person even went to get the model I wanted because they had just sold all available ones. Everyone was so friendly.

Provided a case repair under my equipment protection plan. Replaced broken case with wrong color case (brought in a grey phone, left with a black one, sim card slot still the original color...). Speakers were replaced wrong, and now have a static-y crackle that absolutely was not there previously. After paying for years of protection, and another 150 for the covered repair, This will be the end of my 10 year, 6 line relationship with sprint.

Wanted to talk to a representative about switching from ATT to Sprint. I was asked to sign in at their electronic kiosk but didn’t want to provide my name, phone number, and email information. I told the representative as much and was told that they wouldn’t help me unless I provided this personal data. Horrible policy! Should be 1-star but I think 1-star ratings aren’t taken seriously.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came in to the store on Sunday afternoon approximately at 1:25pm. When I entered the store, I was asked by a super rude employee to wait for about 10 minutes. I sat down and waited as instructed. I waited for about 35 minutes, and nobody was coming around to give me assistance. I just gave up and walked out. Never coming to this location again.

Between the constant beeping, soumd system playing the radio, an employee blasting rap on a speaker you will walk out with a headache. All I needed was a SIM card, no setup, simply need to purchase it. Ive been waiting for 30 minutes and truly feel like ill get sick before im helpwd.

I waited almost 20 minutes after signing in and being first in line. After I finally approached the service and repair desk, one of the two guys goofing off for those 20 minutes said are you here for a repair? and attempted to help. When asked why he did not help sooner, he replied they (up front) are supposed to tell us there is someone here for repair.This was a total customer service fail and they were not able to honor the repair documentation mailed to me by Sprint.Lousy, frustrating experience!

Every time I come here - it takes at a minimum of an hour - usually 2. They do have a process to sign you in and they do keep to the order, but the hold up is that there are always angry customers in front of you. I have been to the store 3 times and always have to wait because an irate customer is berating an employee, usually due to some misleading sprint policy - which is not the fault of the employee, but indicative of a larger systemic problem.

I purchased 2 E Tabs from here, they were on sale for $99.99 originally $199.99 Sprint charged me regular price, I called the store several times to speak with Marilyn ( she sold us the phones) I left 4 messages over a period of 1 week and explained the situation but for some reason each time the person answering the phone would not help me and they would just tell me they would have her call me. I know they could have helped but instead I will have until next week as she is out sick. UNBELIEVABLE ~!!!

This store is getting worst all the time, The staff are like used car dealers, trying to sell you every thing, and if you try to return something they dont wanna give you the time of day.I have been back three times with an issue of a phone accessory (Invisible Shield) not working right, which they installed on the Note 8. I requested my money back. They said they would not do it.This is not over, When the general manager gets back on Saturday, I will be in contact with him. I will also notify the Sprint Corp too about their service.Been a loyal customer with SprintNextel for 18 years and have 3 business phones in use currently.Buyer beware at this store.

Simply terrible service. After a grueling process of trying to get my phone repaired 3 weeks ago, I came to pick up my phone, which mind you they called to let me know it was ready, arrived and they have a sign on their door that indicates theyre closing an hour early... an hour early that they failed to tell me about on the phone and they failed to update on their google business profile.When I confronted them about their failures they said that there was nothing they could do.... how about you give me my phone???Id suggest getting your phone repaired 3rd party unless you want to wait 3-4 weeks for your repair.Switch to sprint save money but not time and certainly not better coverage. Really disappointed.

Absolute worst customer service. The ladies up front were saying how drunk they got and are going to get, WHILE dealing with a customer. Too busy talking to eachother than helping customers. And when i got my phone screen repaired they forgot/threw my S pen away on accident, and told me Samsung would replace it, which they didnt and they dont. When a store loses your pen they are reliable for replacing it. Which I wasnt too upset about that part. More upset about the rachet customer service from 2 ladies up in the front. Never going to this store again if i dont have to.

Went in because my phone wouldnt hold a charge . ended up buying another charging cable 30 bucks paid and left opened my pkg when we got to our next stop. The end of the cable that hooks into your phone was bent sowe went right back.Walk in and the same guy came up to us i showed him he took it to the back where 2 other employees sat. The one employee had the balls to say it was us and was talking with his hands as he talked. Ive done retail for 10 yrs i can lip read and body language. Hes blamming me so i said i didnt bend it it was broke and he got rude said we dont sell bad stuff im like you need to learn customer service he stood there and fought me afteri called him out.. I WILL not go.back to that store they need to learn manners first!!!!

I waited for over an hour, chatting with a trainee, then when I finally recieved service from one of the workers, he walked away to ask a co-worker a question and didnt come back for 10 minutes. Dont trust this stores reps/sales people. We were totally lied to about mult things in contract! 1st: amt of bill; $50 MORE than what was told. 2nd: Added tablets and was told could drop them at 1yr mark and cant! 3rd: Tablets were not to have phone numbers attached but they do! Now we are stuck paying more for cell phone bill than we do monthly for our car! Just totally avoid this place, a formal complaint has been made but who know how far that will go! Just look at the reviews! Dont be stupid and think it wont happen to you!!!

Looking at all these low stars made me want to add a review. First its not really fair to give a low rating to a long wait when they are busy. I use this store when ever things go buggy on my phone and i am helped right away if there isnt a wait. When i do have to wait, yes a time or to its been an hour but i always prepare my self for that becouse they are helping each customer and giving them the time they deserve. Do you want to go to a store with questions and needing help to feel as if they spent no time with you ?? NO! Be an adult wait your turn with patience and come in with the undetstanding that you might half to wait. My husband bought a tablet from them and first bill was funny . So yes i was not happy but i went in and they fixed the problem . They apologized and it was fine . Keep in mind im a busy mom . They have always walked me thew every purchase but i come in with questions and a goal of understanding that when i leave im confidence in what i just purchased. Never once have i felt as if they lied or just tryed to sell me stuff. Infact buy the time i leave all there help and true concern for my needs make me feel better about my wait . So i rate this store a 4 store becouse yes it could alway inprove but becouse they work hard to meet there customers needs

An utter waste of three hours of my life, and the 20 bucks I spent traveling there. The staff at the counters are quite incompetent and content with chatting with one another, and the technical staff person is a grouchy guy who apparently has some issues with the rest of the staff.
