I had a remote starter installed a few years ago and have not had any issues with it.The only problem I did have was I had my vehicle repaired & they unhooked it but never told me.I thought something was wrong with it so I stopped in to have them look at it & they hooked it right up and at no charge.Im going to have them install a backup camera next week.

I took my 2012 Chevy Tahoe to install apple car play these guys did a good job they were the cheapest and they did it the same day and I also tinted my 2 windows and they were done perfectly 👍👍

I payed for a full car window tint, so far so good. waiting to see if the bubbles and watery look will go away. i have a few liquid stains on my seats and liquid marks on my leather interior from the film applicator spray. I will update this in 6 days so that the tint has time to cure.

I had previously got 3 cars window tinted here 6-7 Years ago, and they still holding up. I decided to take a 4th car there recently, not sure if they sold the Biz or just the customer service depleted over the years. I walked in at opening and told a guy name Ali, I need my windows tinted all 5.I was quoted over the phone $240. He sai yes yes. I specified I jave no appointment, but can schedule one if his busy, he said not busy but leave it all day. I said no I cant leave it all Day, but can come back. Raison why I didnt want a rush job in between other cars. I stated ,I was a retuning customer, and had good reviews for them on Google, and things went south from there. Ali replied they dont car about google, or what people say on there, with a rude tone, then said he doesnt own Google. He continued, his business model goes from words of mouth. I replied ok. Then he says you leave car, I said non, at this point I was reconsidering do I really want to do business with a guy who doesnt care about reviews? He said he can schedule me now, I said non I will call you. He also did call someone on cell to confirm the quote I gave him. Customers arent king here so proceed at your own risks.

Great great great customer service. They made my S63 look sharp and did it on the spot after pulling in. To top it off the owner allowed me to drive a loaner while they worked on my vehicle. After that they even went the extra mile to have it delivered.I would not go anywhere else from now on and I’ve been at top notch shops down Chicago and these guys did it faster, better, cheaper without having to drive to Chicago to find a place that really knows what they are doing. These guys can get you or find you anything you need for your ride. I will definitely be back to continue customizing my car. No doubt they’ll go the extra mile for you too. Good luck!

Paid 220$ to get a new deck put in.. Haven’t had ANY SOUND from the radio since they touched it!!!I took it back up there they said they want another 75$ to fix it after they claim it was working! Very Unprofessional & rude!

You customers that are complaining are a bunch of bi*chy crybabies, first off if you want something done right the first time it will take time, if you think its so easy to do, you wouldve did the job yourself! Ive been going here for YEARS! Theyve always done an EXCELLENT job from tent, to sound systems to alarm/automatic starters. I Highly recommend!

The Worst.My 2001 Mustang Conv. Mach 460 sound system lost power in the amplifiers.When I called they told me $30.00 for a complete system check, which could take a half hour. I said Id be right over.But, when I got there they said $35.00 per 1/2 hour. Then they said theres no guarantee theyd even find the problem, even after 2 hours which he said it would take because he didnt have the Ford connectors ready and it would take time to wire up a plug. Time I was apparently going to pay for.When a shop changes their story and charges you more, before they start, its time to go elsewhere. I told em straight up that theyre just trying to rip me off and I left. Hope they dont service your car next...

I had a stereo receiver installed. They got the job done with the cheapest quote between all Ann Arbor and Jackson combined, however... Within a month the power seems to cut out (but immediately comes back on in about 5 seconds each time), they had told me that they did not hook the antenna wire back up because it really wasnt needed ( my fm/ am radio signal strength is only about 60% of what it was before now), the dash kit they used was not made for my car and is slightly loose (they asked if this was okay in the MIDDLE of the installation and I okayed it, my mistake) and the one thing that really bothered me was the fact that there was an item taken by them while they had my veichle in the garage. Something not too valuable, but that I had used on the way there, placed in the door cubby, and I noticed it was gone on my way home.

They always install my radios for years and Im going to keep coming back. Good service at a good price.

These people do not value there customers time. I went to get a tint and remote start installed. I waited way to long. I will never deal with these guys again ever.

Im not sure why they are in business... I called and asked about getting a remote starter installed on my call. The guy asked what type of car I had, I told him, a VW. He then asked what year, I replied 2013. He followed up with Yeah, I dont really do VWs to be honest! I was confused... so why continue asking questions about my vehicle when the first answer was a Volk Wagon... it was wired and so was he!!! that conversation was a red flag to avoid this company!!! you should too!!
