Took my Rave 4 hybrid in for a lease covered standard oil change tire rotation and multi check. 9:05 appointment but didnt get car back for 1.5 hours. They did wash exterior too but 1.5 hours? Need to schedule more realistic times so they can turn it around faster.

This place is awesome! I always get my Subaru serviced here, and their customer service is fantastic. They take the time to explain what they are doing, and are never pushy about adding other repairs or services.

Theres nothing I love more than being told that my current ride is worth $97 (sales rep thought it was funny....I didnt) to a dealership as a trade in. And the service shop changing my request where I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation where then they told me I only got the tire rotation I wouldnt have made the hour drive to the dealership had I known they were only going to rotate the tires. Poor service and quality. This was my second time at this dealership and my last.

Austin and Matthew. Those were my techs- one newer one more experienced. Both very bright and helpful lads. There was a mixup with the provider of my replacement Subaru Key, but they were quick to get to the root and solve the problem without tacking on extra charges or fees like I’ve experienced at other dealers and mechanics. They also caught an open recall on my Subaru and got it fixed up. After replacing my key, they did a multipoint inspection and literally washed my car. The people here are sharp, cheerful, and ready to help. Thanks Austin, thanks Matthew.

This experience was poor. Paid 137 when stereo wasnt working to tell me Im going to pay 800 to get a new stereo. . Great service. Just dont bother getting diagnostic or for them to find out a problem. For you need to pay there rates.A little disappointed but cant blame them. Just wish I got a oil change instead.

Subaru dealership needs alot of work on customer service! I walked in, litterly stood in front of 4 salesmen close to 8 min. Nobody said a word. I left the showroom, walked the parking lot then came back in. Still stood around waiting to be greated. One was spinning around in his chair. Not joking. I had to go up and say... Hi? Im interested in buying a car.. they didnt have the info book for the car I wanted. The answers to my questions were basically... Uhhh let me look that up. Uhhh uhh not sure, let me find out... I walked out.

Its a shame I have given these folks several tries to improve, yet the needle stays in the groove.Nextdoor at Toyota, sales manager when told my aunt needed armrest, resolution was Stuff a pillow between seats🤪🤦‍♂️!Maybe your experience will be different...but I still see cliche car sales tactics.

Went to drop-off the vehicle last evening with the fob and no forms or envelopes were available so I wrapped a piece of paper around the fob. Oh...needed to use my pen to insert and drop the fob on the otherside of the drop box. Really?

Dunning is the best dealership I have dealt with in nearly forty years of owning cars. I have been a customer for four vehicles over 14 years. They are not perfect, and they know it. So they dont have the arrogance that I have encountered at every other dealer. Instead they listen.

Very clean and compliant with regards to covid-19 and distancing.

We went to Dunning looking for our 3ed sons 1st car on their budget lot. They fully disclose any issues they find during their internal inspection. I am so impressed with their hospitality and honesty. If my son settles on a car from here, I would be very comfortable with it. Our sales rep was Jeff Root.

Dunning Motors and Dusty Orick came through again, this time on a 2015 RAV4 that replaces our sadly totaled 2010 (everyone was OK, thanks). We do not even think of shopping elsewhere. This is our 4th purchase of a Toyota from Dunning. The process was seamless: we searched their inventory online, saw a car that was not even on the lot yet, and were called to make an appointment to see the Toyata Certified car. We drove it and put down money on a Tuesday, and picked it up, detailed, fueled, and ready to go, on Thursday. There were no delays, no hard sells, no bait and switch tactics, just honest folks who knew what we needed and delivered, yet again. We are loyal Dunning customers for life.

Dunning Toyota makes their customers feel very special when their cars are serviced. Im a 3x Toyota buyer there. Be aware: My 5 stars are only for Toyota side. Dunning Subaru gets 0 stars from my one experience with buying and servicing through that dealership.

Horrible experience sales person was trying to sell me a car over the sticker price. All the time telling me it was a great deal. I let him know it was not a drove an hour away to another dealship. Where I got a Crosstrek at the premium level with eyesight option instead of the basic and for less than the price of the basic with no options.

My husband bought a used car here that he paid cash for. He only received one key, but the salesperson told him that hed look for it and let him know when he found it. We had to call back multiple times and after a while he just dodged my husbands calls. He finally had to call the sales manager to get it resolved, 2 weeks later. I cant imagine why he just didnt say he didnt have it.

Ava was a fantastic person to deal with when looking to purchase a new vehicle. My daughter was looking for a vehicle we did everything we needed to do before we headed up to see her since we knew what vehicle we wanted. This cut so much of the waiting time down. Ava had out vehicle we were interested in gased up ready for us to test drive. We came back sign papers met with her boss then we were on our way. All because all the leg work was done while were were at home. Great customer experience thru her.

Annoying sales person didnt understand we wouldnt accept their price. We drove a couple hours and saved a few grand.

After a pothole incident, the Service Dept. initially told me I had 2 bent rims. I had the newly bent one replaced, since I had one previously but the tire was able to be balanced. I had to take it back since I was still experiencing vibration after a day and a half. To my chagrin, I was told NOW I had 3 bent rims that had to be replaced!!! How is this possible? Beware of Dunnings Service Dept!!! Make sure you ask for a test drive with an advisor. They have lost a customer of 15 years due to their suspect analysis !!

Much more expensive than other Toyota dealerships. $165 just to look at my car, doesnt wrap that into any repair charges. Then couldnt find the problem. Nope, should have known better.
