Delux Drapery was very easy and professional to work with. Our designer, Corrine, helped us immensely and showed us tons of options before helping us choose the shades for our home. Once our shades arrived, installation was very easy and quick. I would recommend Delux Drapery to anyone needing drapery/shades or professional design consultations. Overall, we are very happy.

Corinne was very nice and knowledgeable but the installation was absolutely horrific. I attached pictures - hopefully you can see them. I bought mechanical blinds for my parents so they could use a remote to open and close them. Not all types of blinds come in the width we needed and the one we chose was over $2000.00. The person who installed the blind did not even hook up the battery pack that we paid almost $300 extra for. He did however hook up the wall plug. Let’s just say if my mom decides to hang a valence instead of curtains or go without curtains all together we will have to patch holes that should not have been put into the walls. I could not be more angry, shocked or disappointed with this partial “installation”and the gross negligence to detail.

We had the best experience with Delux Drapery & Shade! Siga was so thorough and was gave us great tips. She also made sure we had all the information to make the best design choices. Installation was a breeze and they worked with us on our timeline as we built a home and there were delays. We cannot say enough good things about the entire process!

We really enjoyed the entire shopping experience. They are always knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Corrine took her time to explain us various options, did all the measurements and put us in contact with the installer. The installer did an excellent job putting up the blinds. We are extremely satisfied with the new look of our room. The place is by no means cheap, but you get what you paid for.

Delux Drapery is the only place to go for any window treatment. Curtains, shades or blinds, they have the expertise with them all. The designer came to my home to measure and make the details all work out. She was great! Installation was fabulous. The gentleman was quick, efficient, clean and very nice and friendly. I plan to go back for more window design ideas soon.

First I called, then we visited the show room and had a chance to see the materials and the colors and discuss the options for our needs, then we scheduled a visit from the designer. Very happy with every aspect of our experience with Delux Drapery. Their selection is great. I told them what I was looking for and Corrine brought out a great selection of shades. They fit perfectly and the installer was efficient and very skilled. We just finished phase two window coverings and will start phase three and pillows soon.

Very pleased. The showroom showed me the huge range of possibilities. Corrines consultation in my new home was most helpful. They even provided temporary shades for privacy which I used until my new shades arrived. Installation went very well, as did the little inservice on how to use and care for new shades. We added sheers and draperies to 3 new windows. The installation was poor, and each widow finish came with its own flaw. Bad rod on one, narrow shear at another, and mismatched screws on the other. Their response to our request for acceptable fix was more excuses. Very disappointed with the experience.

I went here for window coverings after having a very unprofessional experience with another company in town. They were very helpful in the store and sent a designer to my home with samples. She took measurements and was able to give me a quote and take my down payment before she left my house. Installation went smoothly.We also went to Delux for help recovering a living room chair and dining room seats. They were helpful in the store, gave us a heads up that the upholstery material was going to be on sale in a couple months. Once we finally ordered the material they picked up the chair and finished it and returned it to our house within a week.Everyone we dealt with was nice, helpful, and professional.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to set up time to consult in your home. The summer was apparently quite busy this year so my order for curtains was quite delayed. However, when I called about that, I received a prompt response. The workmanship is always very good as I have used them over the years. Grea service good advice professional installation

A very good experience for a small purchase. Corrine walked me through the various options for covering a new sliding glass door and her in-home visit helped solidify the color choice. The installation was done sooner than I expected and very professionally.I normally shop chain stores but I wanted to support local around the holidays and I am glad I did.
