Think some of sales people arent fully knowledgeable of what they are selling. We were told the car they sold us had an option that my wife really wanted, (auto park) salesman assured us this car (2021 Ford Edge Titanium) had it. (I didnt test drive vehicle as I had just gotten out of the hospital with knee replacement surgery) called several times and even stopped in and salesman kept telling us there was an issue with it and it was under warranty to get it fixed. Came to dealership again (gonna make appointment to fix) salesman meet me and again he tried to get it to park, it wouldnt. It was now 3 months later when we were informed that the car does NOT have this option!! Asked what they were gonna do to fix it? Manager came and talked to me saying that we would have to trade cars!! They had 1 in stock, but not what she wanted. Think they are delaying this so that it isnt affordable to trade. Also had another issue, called lender and spoke with them, but that would be a last resort. Really hoping dealership will fix this issue. Giving them the chance!!!!! Will see what kind of dealership Dewey Ford really is??!!

Came for a Certified Ford and got one with lots of items not up to code. I worked with Mike Allen and was told he would answer all my questions and told him I wanted to move forward with a purchase on my one day off. Came today and come to find out was given the line it will buff out plus the rims were peeling and paint starting to bubble up and that’s not we discussed at all and was not shown all the scratches and even parts where it’s in the clear coat on the truck was was hidden after they washed it. This is my 1st out of state purchase and will be my last. Mike Allen and Todd the used car managers told me to bring it back even after I started driving back home to discuss the issues they should of been told up front.

Needed an oil change and tire repair on a company vehicle. Was told it would be 2-3 hours, fine I don’t have an appointment and I’m not going to get it done faster anywhere else. Four hours later they get the vehicle in to get STARTED! Two hours later I’m finally on my way. I get everybody is short staffed and everything takes longer but if it’s going to be 4 hours say it’s going to be 4 hours. If it’s gonna be 6 hours tell me. Had to get a new tire but the kicker was that they didn’t even bother to put a valve stem cap on. It’s been 7 years since I’ve taken anything here for any kind of service because of a similar issue. Will not be back again.

I received a fair trade value on the vehicle I was trading in. The truck i researched on their website was available. The salesman was courteous, friendly and punctual. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

I thought I had a great experience buying a vehicle from here. I guess I was wrong when I bought the car there was 2 things needed fixed it 1 out of the two got fixed. Than I only get 1 key with the car and I would have to pay for a 2nd one. Now I’m trying to get my door code they are saying I got to pay for it. If I would of known all of this I would of not bought a vehicle from here sorry but not sorry. My driver door looks pushed in but they said it was fine. If you guys going to sell used car have everything ready just because it’s used and the previous owner didn’t trade in the second set of keys or give the door code doesn’t mean the buyer pay out of pocket. I have never experience this problem buying a used car from somewhere else.

Dont fill out a bad review for Ford..they do not post..Do not take there for service. I made 2 appointments and still they did not do what I asked to be done. Especially dont make appointments unless you plan on waiting all day..I only needed a tire rotation and front end alignment and it took 2 1/2 hours...ridiculous..and they didnt even do the alignment.Isnt this why we make appointments. I will take my car to a different Ford Dealer for service. The photo I posted is the response I got back from Ford for the review I sent them in the survey they sent..

The service department is very unreliable. Bought advantage package when I bought my car called to make an appointment, had the appointment scheduled, called a few days before my appointment to verify and they didn’t even have me scheduled. Ask if they could work me in and of course they didn’t. I took the day off of work to get my oil changed. I told them I didn’t care about the car wash I just wanted my oil changed and still would not work with me. If I could give them zero stars I would. I even considered buying another advantage package, but I will not. I would not recommend their service. I will never go back

I just bought a 2018 Fusion. Dewey had friendly honest sales people. I didnt feel pressured at all. Im a warranty guy and their extra services were priced right and covered about anything you could ask for. When they say its certified they mean it, down to the windshield wipers. Fantastic experience! I would highly recommend anyone go see them if theyre looking used and especially new.

I came in to get prices on ordering a new truck and see what options i wanted on it. I informed the salesman I was working with Jason Olson of my situation and what I was doing. I was going around and price shopping every Ford dealer in the area 7 different dealerships total. I had told him that I wanted a print out with all of the options that I wanted that way it was an apples to apples comparison amongst all dealerships. They gave me the paper that I wanted but they also went ahead and ordered the truck with out me telling them to do this. They informed me that if I did not want the truck when it got here they would simply sell it to somebody else. Now fast forward a few months I decided that the timing was not right financially and I was not going to purchase a new truck Jason called me and informed me that the truck was in and asked if I wanted to come take a look at it I told him yes so I went and looked at the truck. I loved it! It was perfect but I was in the middle of refinancing my house and I told him that I needed to see what kind of financial hit I was going to take in refinancing before purchasing a 64000 dollar truck. He informed me that that was fine they would hold the truck for a week to let me get my finances in order. Because I had to write a very large check to refinance I was not comfortable following through with the purchase of the vehicle I informed Jason of this and they sold the truck to someone else. I am now back in the market for a truck and I was on their website and found truck that I liked and I requested information on it. I found out through a friend of mine that when the salesman approached Jason to find out about his experience with me Jason told him to dont bother that he will never buy a truck and is a waste of your time. He also said that I ordered a truck and then backed out on the deal none of this was ever the case I was very upfront with him about everything from the start. I would not recommend buying from them as they clearly do not care about their customer all they care about is sales and if you do not buy from them they will bad mouth you.

UPDATE: Dewey Ford did an amazing job of re-fixing my car and situation. John Bentley Jr did a great job of understanding the issue and personally ensuring it was resolved. My car works amazingly now and overall great service. This would be 5 star if not for the initial issue.Original post: I received a phone call while getting my oil changed that my alignment was off a little bit, and agreed to have them fix. Received a call and I was told that they had “fixed the alignment” as much as they could, but to get it 100% they would need to order bolts but wouldn’t have the bolts until 2 pm but that the car was already ready for pickup.When I came and got my vehicle, I inquired about the bolts and was told that if I purchase them, I would have to pay for another alignment! I was even more upset to find out that my car now pulls hard to the right when I am driving, the alignment is far worse than before they “fixed” it.

Dropped my vehicle off with an appointment for front brakes. Walked past my vehicle on my way in to pick it up. They told me it was not ready after the appointment clearly stated a pick up time I was assured would be achieved. They brought it in while I was talking to them so I could not leave! Now trapped here with their terrible staff.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made the buying process rather smooth and efficient. Our salesperson,Josue Alvarez, was very helpful right from the beginning. There was no pressure to purchase or rush any decisions before or during our visit. He went out of his way to provide us with a video link of the vehicle that he took earlier in the day to provide a better view than the online photos provided. Even after signing the papers and being well after closing hours, Josue stuck around and took time to walk us through some additional features of the vehicle which was nice. I have purchased vehicles elsewhere in the past and this was by far the easiest and most hassle free of them all. I’ll be back when I’m ready to buy again.

Good sales experience I had been looking all over for an Expedition Max with the chip shortage. Shopping all over the place and trying to find one was becoming very exhausting. Out of the blue Jason Olsen called me let me know he had one arrive, still on the transport truck a few hours later we had a deal I was happy with and out the door on our way. Instead, we got an excellent salesman, Ben, who felt more like my helpful next door neighbor than he did that litigation lawyer who missed his calling personality type that we had been dealing with at our previous three dealerships.Plus, the team genuinely wanted to know about me and my family, rather than pushing me through the system or treating me as an obstacle that would busy up or extend their workday.Ive also had a busy time both during and after the purchase, and have been glad to see that theyre accommodating rather than telling me its such-and-such time or else like some doctors office.Its amazing how much you realize youve been pushed around before when you finally get the privilege to work with a place with a system that is actually patient and helpful! The only thing to expect is to perhaps account for a bit more time to engage and complete the purchasing process, as taking greater care with customers takes longer than when dealerships just shove some keys to a jalopy in customers hands and move them through for their next appointment - the only thing Ive experienced to this point, but no more! Came here to get my dad a oil change for his car. Had it scheduled at 12, they came around around 12:45 saying that two cars in front of me still have some things to do on them. Then they also said they haven’t even got my car back there after an hour. Worst place for service. Every time I come here get horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend come here.
