On 05/16/21 I stopped in to get two propane bottles filled. I backed up to the gate and called the store so someone would come help. Minutes later a woman came out and told me they couldnt fill them because it was raining. So, I drove to the Alvin store and they were happy to fill my propane bottles, I would have understood if it was lightening and thundering. While at the Alvin store I bought 14.1gal propane, a Teddys orange cream soda and 3 shirts.

Always easy to order online then go and pick up. Always friendly employees!

Great place had everything I needed

Great experience with the employees, very helpful and polite. This place has a variety of Dewalt tools that other places dont offer, which i really enjoyed.

Tractor supply has a bunch of Chinese junk. I dont like communist products in America send it back to China. Make America great again. Send it back.

They have the best priced propane around. This store is close and has everything we have looked for from pet meds to stall mats.Convenient and usually well stocked until Covid-19.Have had to get rain checks and wait for restocking, but works out.

I have always lived this place but today was a very diffetent story. one register open and the cashier was unable to find a price on something for the customer she eas waiting on. The line grew longer and longer. The cashier never looked up to see all of us waiting in line. So, I decided to wak tiwards the back to see if I could find anyone. I did. I found three emplpoyees standing and talking. I asked them ti please send someone up front to open another register. The female employee told me that they would. A young man came up front but instead of opening the registerand waiting on all the customers in line , the girl upfront called him over to help her; leaving all of us standing and waiting! We put our stuff down and walked out. I am pretty sure we were not the only ones! This was so ridiculous as I counted three other employees in the store that I could see. We will not be back! You lost some good customers!!!

We went in to purchase vaccines for our pup and the lady that assisted us was very helpful and nice.

Staff is always freindly but sometimes there is only one person at the register. Unless they are super busy this isnt a problem, but if you need help it may take a while. One of the few places in town where you can pick up FR work clothes.

The reason Im posting this two star review is upon checkout the cashier didint have the item number to ring up a gate I was there to purchase. Having to manually bring the numbers to the cashier was not what a customer should have to do. The staff that helped me load the gate was great but I believe a change should be made so that customers do not have to run around in circles just to purchase what they drove to the store for.

Easy in easy out has everything you need for chickens, horses, goats, cats, dogs, ducks etc.

Employees are friendly and nice, it is very easy to place rain-checks on large orders of feed. The store layout is the best tractor supply I have been to. They will load your truck in a big pull through section behind the store versus the side loadout like most tractor supplies

Love all the country decorations they have. And the prices on pee pads for my dogs is way better then Walmart. And the employees are all helpful and polite.

I enjoy shopping at tractor supply stores I can find everything I need for my pigeons. Very friendly service and very helpful staff and if they dont have what I need its always in tomorrows track delivery.🙂

Well, the service is great! A customer service rep. Is called Id you cant find your item on the shelves.They reorder foods & supply that are purchased regularly.

Found a good/great deal, bib front coveralls. Know not who made them, therefore three stars. I just went in to check out pet things. About average. $39.99+tax for the overalls. Next month I will probably go for coveralls.

I love TSC they are always clean and organized, but this one specifically has such friendly workers. It is easy to get in and out if you are in a hurry and there is always someone available to help you if needed. So far they have always carried everything Ive needed for basic farm and ranch needs.

Had an emergency on the ranch lastnight and called last minute that I was on my way to get supply. As soon as I walked in, they immediately rushed to my assistance to aid in the search for the medical supplies I was seeking. I am very pleased to say my livestock made it through the night and are feeling much better right now. Thank You to those how helped!!

TSC inventory strategy is weird. They sell everything to do with a shallow water well, tank-pump-piping-etc.. And dont have air volume regulators in stock. Went to Home Depot, they had 2 or types for sale.South of Houston they have a mildly limited inventory of organic chicken feed. I go there to get Purina or Dumor organic layer crumbles. One time they have it, the next time they act like theyve never heard of it and cant imagine why youd want to buy it.Ive had friends and family north to northwest of Houston tell me they always have these items and more on the shelves.Really bizarre...

Employees have very little knowledge of merchandise. The same old store . No one to help customers , employees seem to hide from customers.

I called to ask about corral panels, the lady was rude and short with me when I asked about different sizes. When I told her I just bought all of the 12 ft that Bay City had, she told me that Angleton store is different than LJ, BC and Alvin. How much sense does that make?!

This store never has what you need, always understaffed, and the store staff that is there is very unknowledgeable on products or store operations.Youre better off going to another store that has the product you want or order it online.

Out of stock on kong dog football and my 3rd trip to angled in store looking for it! Offered a raincheck but no one answered request at customer service desk. Store is in disarray each visit and many out of stock items! Poor example for tractor supply

In the animal feed department, there was chaos. I had to move a huge dolly and debris on the floor which had to navigate around it. There occurred during high volume customer traffic.
