They have been in angleton for a long time, and theyre always very attentive and treat you with respect. For the most part theyre pretty competitive with their pricing. But what I like best about them is theyre a small business and Id rather give my money to them then big business

Id prefer to go here for supplies for smaller jobs than to one of the big hardware stores. The folks here are WAY more helpful and willing to help than any of the larger stores.

My wife & I were not greeted as we walked in NOR did anyone ask if we needed any help. We will drive to the Lake Hardware store in clute from now on as that store is a 5 star on friendly service.

Got it (Dremel sanding things, 60 grit, $3.75 or so.) but I (being one handed) havent used any yet. This is the very first time I have used my Dremel wannabe and bought real Dremel parts/stuff. Ill give the sanding things a few words whenever.

Its okay for basic items. Expect to pay more. I would still rather go to Home depot. But it is convenient.

Employees NEVER wear their mask. Very unsafe in there. Can’t even ask them for help because I obviously don’t want to get Covid from them. On top of that they’re rude as well. Try to support local businesses but this one is a no.

Great old fashioned hardware store! Theyve got most anything you might need to make home repairs or complete your project. Contractors, city maintenance, school district mtc & etc all come here to get what they need. Real people, helpful, friendly service! You cant find that at the big box stores. Best fastener hardware selection in the county!

I dont know if its just me but it seems like everyone there is rude. Go to pay for something the guy is on his phone. Rings me up tells me the total I pay. Then instead of handing me the receipt he kinda let it go more of a throw. I will just go to Lowes or Home Depot for now on. Try to stay local and help the small business out but this was my last straw. This has been multiple times of bad service not just what I mentioned.

Looking for seats for faucet for old crawfoot bathtub.They had them.The lady that helped me knew what I needed and was most helpful and the time she took with me. I ask if I needed to put any sort of lubes on fittings? She took me a to a very helpful man. He took the time draw a scratch and explain to me what kept happening.So surprizedIm so satisfied.Then I left my c card on counter ......l had already left and discovered I had lost it.So I back tracked where I had been. Lake hardware was the last place. The kind young man had found it and put it in his register. By the time I got back to find out if my c card was there they were closed.!Then there was movement by front door and thank goodness 2 men were closing up . I ask if they had found a c card? I figured Id have to come back the next day to get it if they had it!By now Im panicking, know I wouldnt sleep a wink that night.BUTThe two men said yes we have it and let me in and handed it to me!!!!I had tears rolling down from relief and mainlyThe Wonderful Experience I Had Friday with Lake Hardware Employees.Thank you all very much.Its hard to find words for the time I had and the kindness they showed.SincerelyTeri Krenek
