My husband and I were in search of a new mattress and wanted to upgrade to a king. We walked in and we’re greeted my a very nice man who’s actually the owner. We tried almost every bed in there and decided on a sealy. The owner was very knowledgeable and also gave us a law enforcement discount. I highly recommend this place! Drew knows his stuff. He listened to what I wanted and directed me to just the right mattress for me. He also was attentive to my price point. I will refer all my family and friends to Matress Expo!So I was so happy with my new mattress that I decided to upgrade to the adjustable base. Drew got it right away and the install went above and beyond when my four posted bed needed special attention. U wasnt sure about the massage part but after trying it I dont know how I lived without it. Great on the back and the feet.

Out of all of the mattress places we visited today Mattress Expo was the one we went with. The atmosphere was so friendly. We didnt feel like we were being sold, we didnt feel like we were just another paying customer. All the other places heard us say we were looking for something inexpensive and their whole mood towards us changed. Mattress Expo was on point, ready to show us what he had, got us the best price for our money! Loved the experience! New favorite mattress place! Highly dissatisfied. I have neck and back problems already and I dont need nothing to soft or hard. The mattress I got is too soft and Drew wouldnt work with me for nothing. I mean u would think he would, I was buying two bed sets which included the frames, box springs, mattresses, mattress protectors. You would think he would work with you. Mattress I got from there doesnt do anything but make me hurt more.

Its a store that sells mattresses. How do you even rate something so boring? All jokes aside, I do wonder if they have bedbugs though. I certainly hope not but hey with that many mattresses confined to one space I wouldnt be surprised. So if yall decide to buy a mattress from here, you should have it thoroughly checked out because you already know how defensive and in denial this place will be if you complain to them about having bed bugs.

We purchased an adjustable bed where the feet and head raise. My wife has had numerous back issues over the past several years and could not sleep at night due to pain. She always had to change positions every 1-2 hours. Now with this bed, all she has to do is push a button. She is so much more comfortable with the legs raised at night. That takes pressure off of the back. We are very pleased with the service at the store, the bed arrived quickly. We would recommend them highly.

When you only buy a mattress every five years or so, you want to be sure about your purchase. The staff here was amazing. Listened to our sleep issues and recommended a mattress to fit our budget. After going to every single mattress dealer in Anderson South Carolina and Greenville South Carolina I finally stumbled across mattress expo and wow what an amazing experience! I have never been treated so well and respected as a customer from any other business as I was with mattress expo. There was no pressure to make a sale only the truth with advice at the highest level. If you are reading this message you probably know exactly how it feels when you walk into the competitors store with high pressure and it immediately turned you away from wanting to make a purchase but with mattress expo it is the complete opposite and I am proud to say I am an owner of a mattress provided by this company! I highly recommend them and if youre looking for the best of the best at the best price you could possibly get I would say go to mattress expo over any other location in the upstate of South Carolina! They reviews for this company are absolutely accurate and the owner of the company stands by his word! The most amazing part about the experience was having the bed delivered for free. Not only did they deliver the bed for free but the driver helped me set up my new bed frame that I had purchased that was STILL IN THE BOXES! It took us 2 hours to set it up and without him it would have been a nightmare...Tell me what other company would do that for its customers all for free? NONE!! Enough said just get to mattress expo and be glad you did!

It was about a week ago on Tues. My wife and I stopped by because we saw the Temper sign. We walked up to a black gentleman with a black thing on his head and smoking right at the front door. When we went inside the store looked like warehouse. We knew what we wanted and the salesman tried to sell us another brand. We wanted the Temper Adjustable Split King. We were not impressed with the salesman knowledge. We decided to go back to Mattress Firm and bought. We spent $9865.00 and are already sleeping wonderfully. Mattress Firm even gave us free financing for 72 months. I cannot recommend Mattress Expo to anyone.
