I had a great experience at Mattress Firm— Dale was extremely helpful and professional. He was super informative and patient answering all my questions without being salesy. He expertly coordinated getting a mattress to our second home out of state and I felt I got a good deal as well! He is a wonderful asset to the company and I will definitely purchase from him again in the future.

My husband and I live in Greenwood SC and decided to drive to this store after seeing their reviews. We like to look at the mattresses without someone following us and we will ask questions if we needed to. The salesman was so professional and knowledgeable. We found a very good mattress and he also delivered it. Very Grateful Customer Service was AWESOME!

The salesperson did a good job of offering products but adjusting as she learned my preferences. She still managed to sell me a lot more than I expected, but I think I’ll like it.

The sales associate Hytham was very knowledgeable about all of the product in the store. Hytham gave great advice which help when I was choosing my mattress. The store was also very clean and my delivery is coming sooner than I expected.

We have been deciding to purchase a new mattress and we set out to start doing some price comparisons of different makers at different locations. We went in and met Sky, who was full of excitement and ready to give us as much information as we ask for. There was nothing she didn’t know or could not find out for us. My wife and I walked had walked and tried out each of the beds not worrying about any price points but looking to be able to feel comfortable in bed on all four sides of our bodies. Shy was a big help with us making of decision on what bed to purchase on top of buying several extra accessories. She was helpful with our payment options.

When my husband and I were walking in one lady stayed on her phone; even though she saw we were walking through the parking lot. She remained seated the entire time we were in the store; when we asked a question she pointed and then continued to shop on the computer and her phone. A few minutes later another lady greeted us with the exact same sales pitch then sat at her desk neither ladies walked over to check on us during our time in your store. Don’t plan on returning to this location.

LYNDSAY The sales person, was very professional and personal. LYNDSAY made the transactions very easy.

So disappointedCame in and saw Dustin Bryan and told him that we are looking for the softest mattress that is not a traditional. He pointed us to the Clermont by Beauty rest and it was AMAZING but for a king it was around the 5k price range. Our budget was around 2k, so he showed us the ISeries 300 and we liked it not as much as the Clermont but it was affordable. When we purchased our last mattress about 3 years ago the sales rep called the liquidation store and gave us a really good price and we asked if the liquidation store had any of these mattresses that we could purchase. Dustin said that we really wanted the warranty and the liquidation does not include a warranty, which we were purchasing a protect a bed protector so warranty was not top of mind. We asked him again to call and he did and they had the Clermont that we wanted and he said best he could do is 3700. We couldnt afford that so we settled with the Iseries and he said he was giving us a HUGE discount ( it ended up only 10% which we were getting anyways for the google review as advertised in store). So we walked away paying 2300 for the protector and mattress he did throw in free deliver and box spring (which we did not want anyways but came with the mattress). My partner didnt feel right about this deal and asked me to call the liquidation store my self the next day. I did and they said oh yea we have the Iseries 300 for 1000! 1300 less than what I paid!!! they said they also had the Comfort which was the one we wanted for 1300!!! that is 2500 less than what Dustin quoted!! Cal at the liquidation store was AMAZING he did an exchange for the one I bought from Dustin to the Clermont mattress and saved me after taxes and all 700$!! and upgraded my mattress! I was so relieved I called but I feel swindled since Dustin played me. I would not recommend doing business with him, guess he is trying to get as much commission as possible, or charge the highest selling price he can DEF DID NOT cut me any deals.
