Cute and clean establishment. Ice cream puff sandwich was pretty tasty and the mango sorbet was on point. Their flavors were delicious and hard to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

A little hard to find because Google Maps doesnt have it labeled, but worth the hunt. I had an ice cream churro cup and my daughter enjoyed her puff immensely.

This place has such unusual ice cream flavors, but each one Ive tried has been good. You can get whatever flavor you choose on a fluffy donut or add a churro to it. Its the ultimate treat and the place my kids beg to go to when were out for dessert.

Edit: we had the puffs today. Delicious! Changing review to 4 stars now that I’ve been able to taste it.I want to give this place 5 stars but it’s a little hard to do that when they don’t have the item they are known for...you know - the one the place is named for - ice cream PUFFS. Just drove 10mi to treat my kids only to find out the puff shipment didn’t arrive today. Total let down. What’s next? Subway is out of sandwiches? All I’m saying is call ahead before you go!!

First time here. Loved it. I had the Sea Salt on a puff and it was yummy. My family said I was going to get diabetes. Friendly service. Clean place. Nice atmosphere. Cant wait to come back and try a different flavor. Make sure you sample before choosing. Ice cream is very sweet.

I was gobsmacked to learn that they serve Gunther s Ice Cream, here. Ive been to Gunther s iconic Ice Cream Shoppe in Sacramento, CA. where they hand churn their unique flavors & creamy deliciousness. Its nice to have Gunthers fabulous flavors, right here in Anderson, CA. a perfect stop on a triple digit day, to cool off!

Heard of this place and finally got around to trying it. Clean establishment with friendly staff. My mom and I shared an ice cream puff. We had the Everything But The which was caramel ice cream with pretzels and fudge. Delicious ice cream flavor that wasnt too rich and held up well even with the added sugar from the donut...I probably wouldnt eat one myself but it was good. I think the prices for the other creations are kind of expensive. However the price for toppings is only 75 cents and its unlimited.Im from Red Bluff so I wont be going out of my way to try this place again. But if Im stopping through Anderson and want a dessert, I would consider this place again.

This place is amazing! The customer service was over the top. They were very helpful with explaining the menu and making sure our party guest had everything they needed. Their shakes are really good but Id skip the over the top donut and churro versions. You have to be very specific about any mix-ins or toppings you want because they dont ask you before they start. Not to be that person but their pictures vs the product you get is not accurate at all. I expect that from large chain places, but was surprised that was the case for a more boutique dessert place. They were sort of just thrown together, but the shake itself was really good. The girls working seemed annoyed by asking for samples (I had two) and answering questions.Tables were sticky and the places where the boards came together were filled with gunk. Id suggest getting your dessert and taking it elsewhere.

Someone recommended we stop by for their famous ice cream puff and it didnt disappoint. Their flavor variety was top notch! Well definitely be making the drive from Redding for another one in the near future.

Wide variety of tasty ice creams and fresh churros definitely give the fruity pebbles churros a try! Would have liked more non-dairy options with mango sorbet being the only choice at the time, other than that was a great visit.

Went with wife and kids. Appears we interrupted the workers talk time and they were annoyed at us. The real issue was the foul language over heard from one of the girls. Ice cream just ok, not a very enjoyable family outing. We do not recommend this place to people with kids.

This was my treat that Ive been dreaming of for about a year lol... I had elmos revenge it was amazing red velvet vanilla with cookie dough and oreos. My bf had birthday cake batter it was also very good. Cant wait to go back and try the flavored churros! 😍

They lacked hospitality, I was turning in a resume and was also going to buy an ice cream. I had called to ask the manager if it was a good time to come in and he said yes. I came professionally dressed, and I was very polite. As I walked through the door I could tell the girl behind the counter and the girl on the floor were both going to lack personability and were not welcoming in any way. On two gentle attempts to speak to the manager, they did not allow me to meet him. They didnt say more than one sentence to me and raised their eye brows in false sympathy for the lack of communication. I was looking forward to getting an ice cream and making light conversation with them, but as a potential employee OR a customer, it was hand in hand a bad experience and I left feeling unwanted and uncomfortable.

Great little ice cream parlor to visit

From a friend; the story of this incident has to be shared.Tonight I spent the evening with my 14 year old daughter at a painting class, and after decided to go get ice cream at The Parlor in Anderson. We have always enjoyed going to get ice cream there because be love the flavor selection, and who doesnt love ice cream with a donut? As we were sitting eating our ice cream inside I started to listen to the music they were playing and I couldnt believe what I was hearing, they were playing very offensive rap music. The song was talking about F***ing B**ches, N**gers smokin Sh**. So as some of you may know, I sometimes have a hard time keeping comments to myself, and had made several comments about how this was not appropriate music for a business, and that I thought this was a family environment. None of the staff cared about how they were offending customers, not only me but another couple also. So my daughter and I quickly ate our ice cream and left as quickly as possible. So needless to say the owner and/or manager will be getting a phone call from me tomorrow.
