A nice variety of tools when you need something cheap. Some is of better quality and some is not. I dont expect a lot when buying the lowest priced item. Although doing so Ive had items that lasted a long time from Harbor Freight. The store is setup easily enough to find what you need. Upon checkout I usually dont have much of a wait if any.

Store manager would not honor Inside Track pricing on the HF app because the register didn’t ring up correctly. Not sure why I am even paying for this membership if posted prices and deals are not honored. Zero customer service on display at this Anderson store and I won’t be back!

Great place to buy certain things. I wouldnt buy things like router bits, drill bits, or hole saws there they are junk. Some stuff is alright but I guess it just depends on the frequency of use or the job your doing with the tools. Definitely doesnt compare to Milwaukee or snap on.

Sales associates were great! My husband sent me with a list and they helped me out and helped load my purchase into my vehicle!

3 of the 4 sale items I went to buy were displayed at the front of the store and the 4th item was nearby so it was a good experience!

I go there to update my tools ever so often, this last time was for welding supplies. They usually have what I need, bad thing is I buy more than I went in to buy. Weird how that happens. Ha-ha :)

Great price on good quality tools. Im not a professional with any of my tools but I use them frequently. Harbor freight quality hasnt let me down yet. Staff is great help with selecting the tools I need and helping me get the best deal possible.

Great place to go and buy your odd and end tools and supplies.

Im an inside track club member and I coupon the poor cashiers to death every time I go in. Its worth the investment of $20-$30 a year to save a couple of hundred during the year. I end up saving 50-75% all year long with the coupons and Inside Track club specials.

Nice & helpful the only thing I see wrong on this company is if they can sell items at lower price if club member why cant they sell that price to all

Out of several things that were sale items. But it is a great store for the most part. They advertised free stuff and were out. I went there to get a 20 volt Bauer weed eater and they said they cant keep them on the shelf. I was disappointed.

Nice store with a wide variety of everything for the do it yourself person including tools, handheld, electric and gas powdered. They have a wide selection of everything from shop towels to gun safes.

My favorite place for quality, lifetime guarantee tools, and the price is right. Easy access from I-69 and Scatterfield red. Plenty of parking. They often run sales and once a month they offer a choice of free items with any purchase.

This is is great place to buy great equipment for your home...car...kitchen ect. They dont have alot of plumbing supplies and please dont buy batteries from here. Anything that is SUPER cheap, dont buy. But the rest of the merchandise is at a good value..and lasts a a few years.

Favorite toy store for do it yourself people. Tools for just about everything at good prices. Their predator engines look and work just like Hondas..good buys on wire ties, gloves and other consumables.
