WARNING- communication with the owner and office manager is very difficult. I highly recommend getting all the quotes in writing because after paying for everything but my countertops they added stuff on my bill. I’ve tried to contact them to resolve the issue which ended in the owner leaving me a voicemail stating he should of charged me more. I’ve left 4 voicemails since then and haven’t received any response. Save yourself from a lot of frustration and use a different cabinet store!!!WE JUST WANT TO PAY OUR REMAINING BALANCE AND BE DONE DEALING WITH MARK AND BEVERLY!!!

Pretty frustrated. Had countertops installed this past year and have an issue with one of the corners. Called to speak with the owner and instead spoke with his office assistant (Owner was in the background). They said they would look me up and call me back in a little bit. When it got close to closing, I called them back wondering if they had found my account in that time, which was a few hours later. The lady answered and said that he would get in touch with me the following week to schedule a time to look at my counters. This was about 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. This is definitely not the way to get or keep business.

The cabinets were beautiful; however, the experience has been and still is very frustrating. From repeatedly misplaced kitchen plans and forgetting what had been discussed during the planning stage, to showing up several times without all of the parts to my cabinets and having to reschedule for another installation appointment, it has not been a satisfactory experience. We made payment in full, one year ago in August and we are still missing a cabinet drawer in the pantry, soft-close hinges on the pantry, and a base cabinet door left uninstalled. We have called repeatedly asking for them to complete the work and have listened to many promises over the past year to eventually complete the work, but there is always an excuse as to why they cannot actually schedule an appointment to finish my kitchen. Despite the quality of the cabinets, I would not recommend hiring them to undertake a major job. I certainly will not be using them again. I think waiting a year after full payment and still not having my kitchen completed is more than anyone should expect when hiring a professional company to design an entire kitchen. I feel as though the entire process has been a struggle.Update 10/27/20: We are now taking Direct Kitchen and Bath to court because they will not complete the job they have been paid to do. I strongly advise not using this business.

Nice people to do business with. Nice selection of bathroom vanities and tops with good prices. Plan on getting a estimate from them on kitchen countertops.
