I am a repeat customer of Collective roots solely for the avacado toast and Bacon and the employees and owners humanity. If you want a low pressure human interaction locally and someone to be kind to you and make you a fresh quick yummy local bite in the morn- this is what you need.. Or you have an EBT card and want some local produce. Or if you need a space to sit outside and drink tea and journal- look no further. Collective roots, bruv.

I really like this place. They are super cool people that love their community, and they are always looking for a way to help out those in need. While the shop is small, everything they sell is from local farmers and sellers.They always greet us with a smile and hello anytime we visit.

Collective roots was kind enough to host our family get together. They were friendly, flexible and incredibly committed to making it a memorable day. All the food was incredible and fresh. Can’t recommend this place enough, really one of the best event spaces in downtown Anderson!

I’ve been doing a lot of my grocery shopping here lately. So far, I have loved everything I’ve bought. I love that everything they sell is local to Indiana. The prices are very reasonable when you compare them to other places selling similar types of items, especially in the meat department! I love that their cafe menu showcases the various local items that they carry. The food has always been delicious when I’ve ordered brunch or lunch in the cafe. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This place was super cute and delicious!! Lots of vegan options for a small local joint and really nice people. I 100% intend to go back (and maybe buy some stickers!!) After I ordered someone came back out and said that the wraps werent enough for a whole meal and brought me some Couscous Salad, and assured me it was also vegan. But the wraps were enough on their own! Cant wait to come back!

Great way to shop and eat local at a good price! The kids meal was a steal at $5 and they had several allergen-sensitive options available for me. The staff was awesome and the atmosphere is fun

I was greeted very nicely. I had a wonderful breakfast bowl. I also enjoyed a lemon cheesecake . I am so glad that I have access to Collective Roots.

Just visited for the first time. Love that I can get free folk farm produce right downtown.

I recently had lunch there with some family. They validated the hype and exceeded our already high expectations. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the staff is polite and friendly, and the food is off-the-charts delicious - the sandwiches, the wraps, and the desserts. I took a long time to finally go there, but not much time will pass before I go back a second time, a third, etc. I cant wait until the weather is warmer so we can enjoy dining and socializing on the outside patio.

Such a cute store, thats definitely worth checking out! We had the sloppy Joe sliders and grilled cheese with chicken chili. We also tried two different kinds of tea. Everything was delicious. Will be back!

What a cute little place in Downtown Anderson. The Lavender Black Tea has the strongest lavender flavor I have ever experienced. Refreshing and delicious! Really enjoyed the Spinach and fetta Salad. Super fresh and the almonds are sugar coated!

Always nice to visit! Picked up my essentials of loose tea from Sleepy Jeans and delicious honey from Garys Busy Bees. This stuff is addictive!!

Locally raised meats, fresh vegtables, hand crafted wonders, goat milk body amazements , Fresh Bush Creek coffees, breads, savory and sweets baned on the premise!!! The sandwiches are incredible!
