I thought picking out an engagement ring would be such a hard process. Nope! The wonderful ladies at Kays helped us on a Sunday evening even after their posted store closing hours. All to make sure we had what we wanted! On top of that they put a rush on my resizing to make sure we had it back in time for vacation. Theyre all so wonderful to work with!

Rebecca is awesome!!! She always is very welcoming answers any questions I may have. She made suggestions that were within my husbands and I buget. I walked out with a beautiful huge wedding set. That I absolutely love!!! And upon returning to have my ring cleaned and serviced after six months she was just as inviting as the first time. Couldnt be more pleased with the service!!!

Jenny helped us so well to find the perfect band for my fiancé and me! She had a line of people who she constantly kept in contact with, letting them know she knew that they were there and would be with them as soon as possible. Even with the line, she did not rush us and probably showed us 8 or more bands for her and another 5-6 for me. It was a wonderful experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better one! Dog destroyed box for necklace I got my mom for her birthday but manager wouldn’t let me have another box . So employee recommended I go to a different jewelry store and it put it in that box. The point was I got my mom a necklace from Kay not a Kay necklace in another jewelry box what kind of customer service is that. I will not be purchasing anything from Kay again. Good job manager

I have always bought all my jewelry from Kay’s, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Nancy at Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville IN is the best manager I’ve ever delt with. She is always helpful and I’ve never felt rushed or pushed into buying something by her.

Had an issue with kay card ,the card holder took 1500 when I had no purchase. The Anderson Indiana manager was amazing, she called and fixed the whole thing after several attempts from myself and nothing but issues. She fixed the issue and got a ring out of my prize rang for a 1000 off because of the hassle. Even called uper management to make it happen. The staff made my special purchase so easy and got more than I thought I could. Thanks so much!

I have many pieces of jewlery from this location. Been coming here for years, all other times have been treated wonderfully. Today however was very upsetting. Came in to pick up my ring that was purchased 2 weeks ago (needed resized) & buy protection plan. Ring was not right at all, and the price that was quoted for the protection plan was $40 more then previously told! Ok things can happen, I get it, but for this one woman to sit there and try to convince me its fine (you could CLEARLY see it was bent badly, not round at all, plus was the wrong size) then she takes it,puts it on this thing and start hammering it! Ok if you need to do that, I guess its ok? But the way she was beating it! Then has me look and try it in again, its now has scratches too and still not right. She was pretty rude to put it nicely. She didnt seem to care at all that my Husband and I were not happy. (I was almost in tears) For her to treat me like she did was absolutely unacceptable and not at all what I would expect from a jewler. I have NEVER felt so bad inside that store before! This ring is to be my new wedding ring (been married 20 years) and is VERY important to me! A few minutes prior to this, my Husband purchased another ring for me (engagement ring) and needed it sent for resize, we are a little worried on how it will be taken care of. We are planning to renew our vows later this year so yes these rings are important. Another manager did get involved and did her best to make the situation better. Thankfully she did get involved and we decided to still are purchase both rings as well as other pieces of jewelry we already have on two payment plan accounts. (One was started about 2 weeks ago and the other started today minutes before all this happened.) I truly hope things go back to the better next time Im there. This was extremely upsetting. Im still upset about all this and now worry about both the rings that are being worked on. And before anyone asks, no we did not recieve any discount, credit, or anything else for all the inconvenience and such.

Worst customer service ever... it’s not even worth getting into the huge ordeal that’s gone down. But it’s not one incident, it’s several. You couldn’t pay me money to get jewelry from this location ever again.
