Charged us to activate a phone and I-PAD that cannot be used. Spoke to Vicky demo Northside indy, who told us she has no supervisor, only option we were offered was a refund of the taxes only, to close the account, buy new devices at regular price and pay to activate it. She continually interrupted us and would not allow us to speak. When I was able to talk she told me to quit making comments or leave the store. So I paid $185 to get 4 devices activated and 2 of them will not work. Very poor service. I will go elsewhere for phone service.

I really wish that you would either change the hours or get people that will work till the actual closing time. This is why I left this service and company the first time. I decided that I was going to give you guys another try considering my boost service is always shotty at best but I call just a min ago which says you are open till 8pm and not a single person answers the phone! So I guess Ill be looking elsewhere.

We were customers since 2005 in California and for many years in Indiana. Never again. My husbands phone died and he tried to get a new one. He has been fully vaccinated but they ignore the guidelines and told him he cant get a new phone unless he wears a mask. They dont care about loyal customers. If they were the last phone company on earth the way they treated my husband today, we would just go without a phone. Thank God there are many other companies out there.

I went into the store and sat 45 minutes for a quick resolve problem and the salesperson was helping another customer that required way too much time and no other salesperson there so I left

HorribleThey never open on time we waited 2hours after they opened to pay our bill. Missed a appointment because you cant use GPS if your service is not on. So inconvenient... Get it together Metro or Im asking everyone to switch carriers. Thank you. This is the 3rd time this has happened . 😡

This place is a joke. A racist lady manager. Went in to switch service to recieve the A20 they were running a special on. She refused to give it to me when i met all criteria. I called the Muncie location and they were baffled as to why she wasnt letting me have the special i was asking for. Then she starts laughing at me when i start to get upset. I dont recommend the most desperate of looking for a phone to step foot in the Anderson location. Horrible experience.

Miss Griffin was extremely kind, helpful, and respectful. Her directions and on hands tutorials of my phone were on point. When my time is up I will b back for upgrades and a better phone.

Bad Bad people here.Wanted to charge $66 to activate my phone at Store.Cash only.I called MetroPCS and activated for $38. Which included a convenience fee of $2.Beware of this location.Go to Muncie location if possible to save almost half.

I want the store staff to be more up to date on the phones they are selling! Im a customer that got sold a phone that I was told by there staff, saying the phone ran a 7.0 when I got home the phone ran a 6.0 no biggie Ill continue to do business with them I like the prices- much love God bless

I had recently purchased a new phone and I really liked it. The only thing is that it was to big for me to hold on to properly because of my arthritis I had already dropped it several times and cracked the screen something terrible. This phone also had a wierd problem I have never encountered before, a few of my friends and family were texting and or calling me but were getting another person, for some it was only hit and miss but for my friend Ms Deb, she wasnt ever able to reach me, always this other person. As you can imagine this person was a bit irritated to say the least. The manager was very helpful and worked with me to find a phone that better suited my hands, and my needs. I did get a new number but they also gave me a 2 day extension on my old phone number so I could notify all my important contacts. I really appreciate all the effort Courtney and her manager (Im sorry I dont remember his name) put into helping me resolve these issues and at a fantastic rate I might add! Thanks for taking the time to read my story.

This is just ridiculous. I waited from 9:45 until after 10:30 waiting on this location to open. Online said they opened at 10a.m. and on the front of the building it says 10a.m. 10:30 and the employee finally shows up. Horrible.

They suck, wont refund over 7 days, and that is bull. My friend had a phone from them for only 6 months and started acting up. It would call on its own, download on its own, remove things on its own. then the chip went bad. I had to pay to have a new one sent to there office, and now within 2 months the new phone is doing the same thing. They will not take the phone back or give my friend any money back, BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The metro package sucks, fights with Facebook and Facebook games. DONT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY. Anderson Indiana.
