This is our go-to place for most of our tire needs. Could be kept cleaner, especially the bathroom! Satisfied with tires and service.

Absolutely unacceptable service. We made an appointment to get some wheels and tires swapped out and left a detailed note saying we need the TMPS sensors swapped. Fast forward two weeks I go in to get the service done and he “doesn’t have the parts needed”. I would understand if this happened on a walk in but we made an appointment with detailed notes. Don’t waste your time with this pathetic excuse of a service station.

Staff great and store clean. Went in to get a tire plugged very expensive. With tax $20.13. That is ridiculous.

I have been getting my cars serviced at Firestones across the country for years. Every location is consistently good.This location. Had an appointment on a Saturday morning at 9am. I was out in 30 mins for a tire and rotation.

Good people. They have been honest with me. They work to fit quick jobs, like flat tires, in between their appointments so you arent stuck at the shop for hours.

Drove from Clayton to Anderson to get my puncture fixed as it was the only Firestone opened on 5th July. Team accommodated our request to fix however reviewed the tire and mentioned that tire needs to be replaced. Paid $150/- after discount on a Bridgestone tire. Reducing 1 star as the mechanic did not put the replacement tire back in its place and it wasn’t mentioned to us as well.

Without question, Firestone Complete Autocare will be my primary source for my automotive needs! I initially came to get my oil changed, but the technician noticed that the wire was exposed on my two front tires and suggested I get them replaced. I believe they truly care about the safety of there customers and they arent just trying to sell you something. Excellent customer service A++! Oh, and they changed my oil and tires quickly, didnt have to wait very long at all!! I can only imagine how much quicker it would have been if I didnt have to get new tires!! A++

Took my car here for an oil change. They charged me and didn’t even do the oil change. Then I brought it back to get it done and they had attitude. (Still had the Honda filter on it) THEN they didn’t even put the filter on tight and slowly the cars been leaking oil from the filter since. Completely dissatisfied. They had the audacity to say the car “burnt up the oil missing” even though it’s been drips in my driveway and the filter was covered in oil. Id highly recommend avoiding this place.

The Anderson location was fantastic. I was in and out within an hour for my oil change. Staff was polite and it wasnt overcrowded. I would recommend this location.

Originally arrived for appointment and they didnt have the correct tires. Even though it was a 3 plus hour delay they took good care of us and hit us the tires from another source....but not Firestone. Tech let jack slip it out of his grip and put a ding in the side if our rig. So, not ahreat experience but not all that bad.

Called up and was told that they will not install any outside parts. Simple little MAP sensor that is difficult for me since i do not have the tool. Only if they sell it to me. Very inconvenient.

I brought my car in on Sunday for an alignment with out an appointment. I was greeted right away and was told it would be about 2 hours. Before the 2 hours was up they called and said they were done. Also did a courtesy check and said I could use a cabin air filter. Great service. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

One of our vehicles uses a special size tire and we ended up having a flat on a Sunday. We are very happy to say they took special time to go to the warehouse and pick up the tire we needed so we could get it fixed. I called four other places and no one would help us out. We have a new place to buy tires from!

Good deals on tires, alignment, oil changes and some other things

They told me I was approved for a 6 month payment plan. After a week of working on my vehicle I come to pick it up and they tell me I WASNT approved and needed to pay almost $2000 in cash or they would auction off my vehicle!!!! Do not under any circumstances trust these people with your business!

They canceled my appointment and didn’t tell me why or called me. I shouldn’t have to beat down the doors to get service when I’m a paying customer. Go somewhere else!

Does the work right the first time! Great place to have your tires and auto worked on. Skilled automobile techs. I Never had a complaint.

Courtesy should be your number one priority. There are other businesses that offer the same services. This was not my first visit but it is my last.

Took my car for an oil change. They gave me a courtesy check for my car and wanted to charge $60 for an 8 dollar cabin air filter...now my cars check engine light is on and throwing out an oil pressure code and they want to charge me $100 to run their own code checker that I can do for FREE up the road at advance auto. This place is a joke and Im absolutely LIVID because I THOUGHT theyd be professional and trustworthy.

I made an appointment today for 1pm. I showed up at 1250pm and was told that I didnt have an appointment and it must have been canceled. I checked my email and the appointment was canceled 15 minutes before my appointment. He was unapologetic and flipped his screen around saying see you have no appointment. I will never go there again and yes I filed a complaint with the region manager. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.

I have had dealings with Desi Elliott before and I was super pleased. He recommended tires for my truck and they are great.Today, he went the extra mile. To make the story short, I bought tires at the Lexus dealership in Greenville and only got 28,000 miles and Lexus Was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL!!!I went to see Desi and asked him if he could help me. He got on the phone with Michelin and helped me get a 45 % credit toward new tires , which I bought from him.I truly hope this man gets the proper recognition he deserves. I can assure you I will buy my tires from him from this day forward!

I had recently replaced all four tires on my vehicle at this location and the service was great. However, after getting a nail in one of my tires, I came to this location to get the tire patched. They told me from the outset that it may not be repairable but they would try their best. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, Im told that they were unable to fix the tire. So I asked them to fill it and put it back on the rim so that I could get it fixed at another tire shop.However, upon taking it to said tire shop, we were unable to find the leak. After breaking the tire down once again, we come to find out that the tire HAD been repaired but had also been destroyed by the Firestone employee, in which he rubbed down the sidewall so much that the cords were exposed. When I presented Firestone with this, they were reluctant but did own up to their mistake and replaced the tire free of charge.My biggest problem with how the employees handled this situation is that they lied to me, telling me the tire wasnt fixed when in fact they had ruined it, and tried to sell me a brand new tire, which runs for $350. They also were very unpleasant to deal with once I called them out on their mistake and seemed to be sorry that they got caught rather than for providing poor service. I wouldnt write this Firestone off totally, but be wary when receiving work from them.

Got brakes done there & yet they still sound terrible!! Where should I go next time to fix this?

Very disappointed with the visit, I had left my car because of a slow puncture,Advised that it would be 2hrs, that’s okay by me, I didn’t expect it any sooner anyway.2hours later they called me to advise the tire was in need of replacement due to the area of the puncture on the side wall, I was very surprised by the statement because the tire had been checked throughly to find no evidence of where the puncture could be prior to taking the vehicle in.I returned to the store and the assistant advised they were discussing the issue because the area was right at the corner of the side wall a so called “gray area”1 hour later they returned the keys to me saying they couldn’t find a puncture even after they hand dunked the wheel underwater.Now I’m very puzzled,Went in for a puncture,They found the puncture in a gray area and advised I needed a new tire.Then couldn’t find a puncture and returned the keys.!!!!!!!!When I got back to my garage I checked the tire pressure, and sure enough they had put the incorrect pressure in the tire.The label inside the drivers door clearly states 32psi, they had put in 40psi.Not the work of a skilled person who we are trusting with our vehicles.I didn’t question the assist simply because it was obviously a situation where they had tried to sell me a tire, it didn’t work with me.I have purchased lots of tires from this Firestone store in the past, but I won’t be buying any in the future.I work in the auto industry and know and understand everything related to building these cars, I’ve trusted Firestone with my wife’s car, and my daughters car, along with all of my cars, whilst I am very happy to pay for new tires when needed, I’m not happy about being told I need a tire when it’s not needed, and certainly not happy about them over inflating the tire.

We had a boat trailer tire blow out on Hwy 85 Saturday afternoon. I called Firestone in Anderson to see if they had a tire. Shane told me they did not, and I asked him if he knew of anywhere that might have one. He took my name and number. Shane called me back within 3 minutes and said he had located one in their store. I asked how long it would take to mount the tire if I brought the rim to him. (My husband was sitting on the side of 85 with the boat and trailer.) Shane said to come in the store and ask for him. He took the rim back to the shop, and I was on the road within 15 minutes of walking into Firestone. Shane was helpful, quick and professional. I recommend this store highly to anyone needing aervice.

These guys were great! Had a roofing nail in my tire right before the family was heading to vacay and these guys saved the day. Had my tire fixed and we were on the road in no time! And super friendly staff! Thanks guys!!

If you care about your safety and the safety of your family, do not allow these people to service your car. They failed to properly install the oil filter in my car so when I drove away the oil leaked out all over the highway. My car almost overheated before I could get back to their store. Not only did they not apologize for their error, they had a very nasty attitude and wanted me to pay for them to fix their mistake! Don’t put your family’s safety in jeopardy. Please avoid this business.

My wife brought our vehicle here to check the balance of the tires. She said they were very friendly, service was honest & they gave my 1yr old son a balloon. Maybe that sounds silly for those who dont have kids but it was a nice touch for automotive shop!

Been a regular customer since 2000. Tune ups and repairs are reasonably price and competitive to Piedmont Honda. Great staff that are factory trained and Desi Elliot is the best.

I called them yesterday 9/7/18 and asked about them looseningy lug nuts a little so I can do my brakes/rotors and shocks. The guy said yea they would see what they could do. I get here this morning a d they like no Id take it to your dealership?

I had to drop my car off their because it was sputtering and i was stuck in Anderson without tools. After they changed the filler neck, they told me that it was good to go. i made it about 100 miles on my way home and ended up sputtering and stopping the whole way back home. What usually takes 7 hours to get there took around 10 hours. I ended up figuring it out and changed the fuel pump myself. The worst part was that they charged me $100 an hour for labor. ive never been charged that much for labor. Ive been charged $80 at the most. I also have a friend that went through the same problem. She went to get her brakes changed and after they finished, they squeaked every time she stopped.

Purchased tires in September of 2018. Supposedly purchased road hazard on them. Came in to get a tire repaired the road hazard wasn’t showing up. They honored the road hazard and even gave me a discount on top!

Firestone 3199 N. Main St. - TRIED TO RIP ME OFF BIG TIME!!!I DO NOT recommend them for Complete Auto Care unless you have money to just throw away.Had my car towed to them on a Sunday 6/9/2019. Car sputtered and stopped on the open road. Day #1 They determined that the gas gauge was NOT stuck. They kept the car until Monday when the Master Mechanic would be in. Day #2 LATE Monday afternoon, they finally made a diagnosis that it needed a new Fuel pump and assembly. They wanted to charge me total over a THOUSAND DOLLARS! (Mind you an OEM Fuel Pump is only $170 before their dealer discount), and an assembly not really needed. Even with labor should NOT have been over $500 total. They wanted over $1,000.Firestone tried to gouge me on the price! BAD PEOPLE! ... I did not let them fix my car. The Lord knows what else they wouldve added. I just paid the $107 looky look-fee, and had it towed elsewhere.

The reason the 2 star is because this last time I went I was told the spray bar was fix I want hear nothing thats not true and than I told the front guy to tell them to check a noise by my tire and that didnt happen and the noise didnt start until I got new tires🤨.

My wife went in to get a tire plugged. They then convince her that she needs to buy two new tires. I called and told them that I check the tires regularly and that I know they have plenty of tread. They assured me I was wrong, and then stated that they would leave the two bad tires in the trunk for me to look at. I asked them to please do so because I was sure they werent needed. Wouldnt you know, the tires were not in the trunk when she got home. These guys definitely ripped off my wife. I will NEVER go back. I would not recommend doing business here at all.

Needed new rear tires in the middle of our trip from Florida to North Carolina. They had us in and out in about 30 minutes, and back on our vacation schedule. They were very helpful and friendly! You guys are the best!

I would never recommend this place to anybody. I went to their location for routine tire maintenance and was told by their technician that the bearings in my wheel needed to be replaced, a price of $300. I asked how urgent this work was and they told me that the bearing could break any day and that I should have it replaced within the week. So, I went ahead and opted for the repair. They didnt have the part on hand and had to order it.So, I was asked to come back the next day when they would have the part available. I came back the next day at the given time and they didnt have the part available. I had to wait 2 hours before they drove down to the corner parts shop and bought the part from them. A little while later, the technician informed me that they didnt have the tools necessary to install the new part. So, my time was wasted. I took a return and took the car to a dealership where I told them to make the same repair. The technicians at the dealership informed me quite promptly that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bearings. 6000 miles later, my bearings are still going. Dont go there!

If I could give fewer stars I would. Got a bunch of work done. Power steering pump, idler arm, Pittman arm and gearbox. Took it back a couple days later because it wasnt driving right. They said parts needed to wear in and everything looked fine. Guess what car still doesnt drive right it has been over 4 months. Bad thing is we get a corporate partnership deal with them.

Ever time Ive been to this place I have been disappointed. Weather I make a appointment or not I always have to wait twice as long as expected... Sad part is I have an alignment for life there. I got this service in a different Firestone in a different state and always had great service... Here if I drop off a vehicle it takes a whole day or longer no matter what...if I knew they were this bad I would take it somewhere else.. But I feel stuck ....Im about to say the hell with the hundreds of dollars I spent in the service I should get and go somewhere else.... My advice dont go.here youll just be disappointed!!!

Lifetime all wheel alignment at a good price

On the Interstate with emergent car problems - dashboard lights flashing. Found this Firestone by getting off the next exit. Arrived at 5:58 pm and explained the problem to serviceman Scott who quickly assisted by checking for failure codes to attempt at determining the problem. He spent 30 minutes trying to help me with the problem (28 minutes after shop had officially closed). Although the problem wasnt fixed, he did all that he could to give us some sort of help. Im so very appreciative!!

Had a flat and limped in ten minutes before closing. They changed my tire and Im impressed and happy with their service.

Dont waste your time going there for brakes. I was guoted 160 bucks and that was fine for pads and rotors turned.They give me a call and tell me both rotors are shot and cant be turned.Well guess what I do most all of my Auto repair myself and go look at my old rotors and both could be turned.They said that they would show me with the Micrometers and I said great Im a machinist.Well that didnt happen.So the Store Employee said fine he cancelled the order for the other rotor that was 137.99 for one that you can buy for 55.00 bucks at AutoZone. I could go on and on about this uneducated place.But the bottom line is instead of paying 499.00 bucks I got outta there paying 257 bucks that was still to much for the time wasted here.

I would give -5 stars.... Changed 4 tires and purchased insurance... couple months later i had an issue w one tire; guess what they said??? its not covered as my tires arent rotatable...! really? whyd you sell me insurance if you knew that!!! Fraud

Absolutely horrible service, had a axle I needed warrantied, it took them 8 weeks to finally get it and get me in despite calling frequently to get it ordered , when it finally broke , I had to beg them to tow it to their shop, and they had the nerve to try to make it my fault they didnt order it in a timely manner, then when it got there they told me the car wasnt running , well I assure u it was running fine when the axle broke and I limped it at 1/2 mile and hour to my drive way, and when it was put on the truck . They kept my car for 5 days telling me they dont really work on minis , ur mechanics u better be able to about diag and fix anything , manager was way way rude to me. Acted like it was all my fault , there was a issue they spotted and wouldnt throw a bolt in to fix it etc. Just bad service all around , Im a former employee but Im also a customer and expect the same service anyone else would get, well I was treated like a 2nd rate citizen. I will not go back there, I recommend no one else does either.
