My experience with this business was great. Very friendly and they even gave me a ride home so I did not have to stay and wait and picked me up when my car was ready. I dont know of any car service center in town that is as helpful. I am super satisfied with the service to my car. My car is running like it is brand new again. The price for my repairs was also much cheaper than anywhere else had quoted me. I am super satisfied with this business and would highly recommend them. I will be using them for all my car maintenance in the future. They are also very kind and polite

Jim and his staff are always friendly and professional and get the work done when promised. They even stayed after closing to finish my brakes because he knew I needed my truck for work the next day.

Took car in at 10AM and was told they would have it ready in the afternoon but when I called they had not even started on it by 3:00 PM. Called back the next morning at 11 AM and was told they had not started on my car yet. They called me 20 minutes later and said they had my car fixed so when I went to pick it up I was charged $100 and I supplied all of the parts myself. When I asked why it was so much I was told they charge $100 per hour but remember they worked on my car for 20 minutes so you do the math.

Really good customer service and care. Jim definitely put my mind at ease. No appointment on my repairs, holiday weekend, and parts needed had to be ordered. With all that it still was done in a timely fashion. Thanks very much guys

They replaced the front and rear brakes in a timely fashion. Brakes are now functioning properly. Their prices were reasonable and they were very professional in the way things were handled.

Had issue with leaking ac lines. They were able to fix my problem for less than any shop in the area. I dropped it off in the am and had it back around noon. The owner is was honest and fair. I appreciate doing business with people who are truly concerned about the customer.

I have used this shop in the past when I lived in Anderson. I moved to Noblesville about a year ago and went to Anderson to buy a car today. I called to see if they could check out the car prior to the purchase and they got me in very last minute and helped me out. These are honest people and do good work! I plan to drive from Noblesville in the future just to get my car work done here. Cant recommend enough! It is hard to find an honest mechanic, and this one is honest and does great work!

I had terrible wobbling and vibration in my front passenger tire meineke and the crew helped me solve this issue by replacing rotors and balancing out my tires in perfect time. We broke down on the highway on a Friday night. After looking at the reviews, I felt that we could trust these guys to treat us fair. And we were right! The took care of everything the next day and got us back on the road safely and without price gouging. Upon return home, my mechanic looked over their work and said it was perfect. Replaced brake lines front and rear, and brakes rear @$941.33 giving a discount of $51.90 on brakes, and $44.99 on pads. I was enroute to Anderson , Indiana, replicating Santas gift delivery & had brake line failure 47 miles from Anderson, at just before 5pm. I had the car towed to James Meineke#980, after calling my daughter and asking of the closest Meinekes to her home, and called James, who assured me they could service the vehicle, and as they would close before , just fill out the information asked in their drop box envelope, and leave the key and contact #. It was after 8 pm when the tow company had the car there, and I dropped it off, and left with my son in law who met me there. At 8 am I called and the assured me theyd inspect the vehicle and attend to its needs. I was quite satisfied that they dealt with my issue as they did, and my car was completed by 6pm.

I called and David gave me a quote. I went in the next day and the customer service was amazing. Best place to go to hands down. Reasonably priced and very professional. I will return for future services on my car.

We had an emergency, our air-conditioning went out on our vehicle. We spoke with the manager, even with a full day of work, he worked us in. The work was completed as promised and we were on our way.Very professional personnel. I called looking for a used car inspection. The representatives we nice and friendly! They really worked me in and gave me options. But when I came to the car inspection I wasn’t confident in their findings. He said everything came back in good condition but I had a broken cap and needed coolant. Then he told the owner of the vehicle a different name for what cap was broken. The were in 2 different parts of the car. My concerns were that he didn’t mention the visible issues on the car. I kept asking questions and it was like I was pulling it out of him. Great customer service but I can’t really speak for their work.

Had a leak in my exhaust system’s flex pipe, dealer said they would have to replace the entire exhaust system, another well-known brake/muffler shop in-town said they couldn’t find the part needed to fix the leak, I took the vehicle to Jim & team, they were able to diagnose & fix problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. Bought a used car for my daughter. The car needed brakes. Drove to the nearest Meineke, mainly out of location convenience and dropped the car off. Spoke to Jim, the manager, who was very cordial, polite and friendly, understanding of the issue. He gave me the best and worst case scenario without even inspecting the car. Told me he would get to the car first thing in the morning. Although the worst case scenario rang true for this car, Jim was honest and up-front with me. He lived up to his word and the car was properly fixed by the end of the day. Since I was only visiting the area for a couple of days, I was pleased to find a trustworthy mechanic that my daughter can use in the future if necessary.
