Im getting orthotics and needed new wide shoes. I looked and looked. I finally found someone working there and asked her for help. I could tell she definitely did not want to help me but she took me to a row that had some. She didnt take me to them just pointed and said theres some down there. Yes I found some but would have been nice to have gotten some help.

Looked everywhere for shoes to go with my daughters home coming dress and finally found a pair here. Not a great selection of them but better than anywhere else we went.

Great store with great selection. Work boots and staff need upgraded to a basic knowledge of ASTM standards of crush resistant footwear. I needed boots for work that met 2413-07 or 2413-11. A lot of the blame goes on the shoe mfg. for not having it on the box or if it was, I couldnt find it. Employees had no idea what I was talking about on the specs. They thought it was part of my gift card that my spec was attached to from work. Had to buy the boots and come home to look it up if they were the right kind or not. Would be nice if work boots had a sign for spec ratings or sorted between spec / non spec. Or if the employees were aware of such a thing could look it up on their computer. I wouldnt let my low rating detour anyone from shopping here however. Just know in advanced if you have specific needs before going in.

Because I had a guy fellow me though the store as soon as I walked in and he kept asking me if I needed help I told him no 5 times I would never allow a guy who is 450 pounds help me buy shoe when when the mf couldnt even see pass his belly to see his own feet that like going to a aa meeting and the instructor cant see straight talk straight he acted like I was going to steal a pair of shoes when the shoes I had on wore was 300 bucks Westbrook special edition Jordan on

Very helpful salesperson. Didnt have what I wanted in the store but she ordered it for me and it will be delivered to my house. Thank you Winter for taking extra time.

Awesome customer service! Selection was a little rough but the truck wasnt in and I know thats not on them so Im not even going to complain. I found shoes that fit my needs. Plus the manager helped me with inserts so that was helpful! Store was clean and everyone was polite.

We would like to recognize Glendon who went out of his way in helping my husband who was looking for shoes that would fit my swollen feet following surgery . This did not work out perfectly but he really went out of his way to help. We were so happy with thre way we were treated by Glendon that we went back Sunday. This time we were assisted by Bailey and Jake. They found a pair that fit me within minutes! They seemed as happy as I was to finally find a pair of shoes that would fit my swollen feet. Today we went back and Heather helped us find what we were looking for. She was so sweet and so patient. When we left the man who rang up the shoes opened both doors for us and that is so helpful when I am in a wheelchair. Went back to the store Friday. Once again, Jake was so helpful. Cant imagine going anywhere else to shop for shoes. Back again to buy two more pairs of shoes. Helped by Jake again. He is awesome!

No Boys RYANS WORLD SKECHERS. But they do have some cool boys tennis shoes.

Clean store, good selection. Didnt have my preferred size, but Im an in-betweener, so meh.

Store is clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and offered help while we were shopping. There was a decent selection on shoes, but the mens section is predominantly Nike. Not knocking Nike but was looking for a variety of brands for my son to try out. Left satisfied.

Good prices but need a better selection

After going through the store finally found the exact pair of walking shoes I went in for.Surprisingly they was on sale.The store was neet and clean and pathways was well marked out.Not sure how often the chairs that is provided to try on shoes was sanitized, but plenty of hand sanitizer was available.The online survey is difficult to fill out,because the numbers on receipt is different from the example on line.

If you would even give buy one and 5 off next pair ..but because stimulus and tax time take sale thats been known for years away...

Good lasting and trusted brands at a good price. Cant beat the buy one pair get one half off either.

I bought a pair of leather riding boots that originally cost $100 and got them on sale along with my shoe perks discount and only paid $25 for them! Thats an awesome deal!

I wish there was bigger selection of the under armor btmrand of shoes. It seems that Nike is very dominant with the shoe selection at shoe carnival. The employees are always nice and friendly and very helpful with finding shoes sizes if our size is not on the shelf!

Picked up boots & shoes from there that I had ordered online! Quick & simple pick up, however I recommend trying anything on 1st before leaving the store though!?! I ended up having to go back to the same store to exchange 1 pair & returned the boots that were severely under padded in the sole!?! The store itself... Was phenomenal!!

Would give no stars if could...ordered a pair of shoes online to be picked up in store..waited for over 24hrs for email pick up at store and finally went to store to be told they new nothing and could not help..called customer service..they couldnt help..online help couldnt help..so they just decided to cancel my order...horrible experience buying online..customer service and corporate service just sucks out the door...I will never shop here again..

Workers were helpful but had to order all the shoes we wanted which was kind of a bummer. Plus side is they shipped quicker than expected.

Of course the selection is impressive, but the prices are just too high. And then when I am interested in a pair - the size is too high on a shelf beyond my reach . Theres never associates roaming the floors available to assist you. Its not worth my familys time or household budget to shop there anymore.

Love this place. They have all the good brands and a large selection. All of my shoes come from there. We just bought shoes for myself, my wife and 3 kids. Everyone left happy and it didnt break the bank.

They have some good shoes but the shoes that I found that were nice were a little torn and they had mud on them.

The selection of running/sports shoes isnt the best. Also they are pricey. Ive seen a lot of shoes that you can see where they have glued the bottoms and they are $65. But the employees are friendly and very helpful

A nice store for Shoe Carnival, but you almost always have to buy 2 pairs of shoes to get a discount. The shoe are overpriced if you only bought one pair. This is not the local stores fault.

The shoe selection is alright, but sadly for girls with bigger feet its impossible to get cute shoes here. If youre a girl with a shoe size bigger than a 9, do NOT come here, and good luck if you have wide feet.

Lots of management types wandering around - not helping people; they just looked right through us in line at the cash register. No comments, no queries, no opening an additional register. When I said something to a Team Leader, she acted like I was the one out-of-line. Very awful management of this store.
