3.5 hours for scheduled tires and 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I’d drive out of my way and pay extra in order to avoid this place. I’m definitely not making this mistake a 3rd time.

Oil & Filter change. Mechanic was extra informative telling me some oil spilled on the underside. Not to worry, nothing is leaking and he cleaned up. Thats doing the extra for me! I will go back.

Good service manager was very nice. They kept their promise of the free tire rotation. The tires I bought there a year ago have been excellent.

Great people here. Went to get my brakes changed, but turns out they didnt need to be changed once Jason took a look at them. Thanks to Jason and Brodie I saved about $160. Most places wouldnt have hesitated to charge me the full amount, but these people are different. Definitely recommend and will be going for future services.

Drive in with a camper tire in the truck. Had to leave camper on the side of the interstate (second flat of the day). Was originally told it would be up to an hour wait. Philip stepped up and took care of it right away. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Awesome experience.

Stopped in on several different occasions with my company vehicle. Almost every time there has been no “mechanics” there to do the work. The one time there was the clerk could not figure out how to process a National account. I gave them more chances than I should just because there is a Tractor Supply next door and it would give me something to do while I wait.

Roadside warranty really comes on handy when a new expensive tire is not repairable. Very thankful for the great service with my bad luck with a nail

This is not a true review of NTB, but they dont have a designated area to have your free tire inflation checked by employees like at Discount Tire. So, in light of not having a habit of going to NTB for air checks, my steering wheel and wallet turns into the Discount Tire parking lot from long habit.

I went in for an oil change, which they did. They discovered that i had a leak on the drivers rear wheel differential and if not fixed would lead to a major problem. I was going to florida but because of this i will put it off temporarily until repaired.

Needed a last minute oil change and trip check. Called 2 places, one did not answer. Called NTB. The lady that answered was so friendly. Told me to come right over. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. They did not try to oversale me but did find a few issues I already knew about. Will definitely be back.

They left my radio on so battery was dead when I went to pick up my Jeep which in turn messed up my expensive sound system. Other than that shout out to the girl with the big truck who used her own vehicle to give me a jump start in the rain you’re the real mvp and deserve a raise!

Bill was great and very knowledgeable. I had just left a local dealership and had been told I needed some high dollar repairs. I went to NTB and Bill said they would check my car and let me know. My car was absolutely fine. Glad I made the extra stop. I highly recommend their service at NTB because of their honesty. James came out form the back to be sure I knew my car was fine and to reassure me of any questions I had. Great customer service Bill and James!

We had a great experience today with Bill, the manager, at NTB in Anderson, SC. We walked in with no appointment & asked if they could do brake work on our pickup truck. He worked us in & we shopped at the neat stores located next door. Professional service & reasonable prices!! We will use them again!!

Excellent service. I brought my truck in for a standard oil change and unfortunately had a stripped oil pan bolt (not caused by ntb). The service team pulled tools from their personal tool box to solve the problem without having to replace any parts and without additional cost to me. I will be returning in the future!

Do not recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars I would.. They did not tighten up the lug nuts on my boyfriends truck. He was going down the road and heard a weird sound... his tires were wobbling and about to fall off. They also failed to tighten his pitman arm. Definitely won’t give this place another dime.

Most pleasant experience with a tire company. My rental truck had a flat tire. Thankfully I chose the best tire place. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They patched my tire up. Rebekah(Receptionist) and Brian(Service Manager)have the BEST customer service.

I drive 45 minutes to get tires after tslking to someone on Facebook market place. The man lied about the price and only showed me more expensive options when i got to the store. Whn I arrived I asked for joe the man the listing was on. The man at the desk said that nobody worked there named Joe but a guy came from the shop when I asked and he was the one I was talking to on market place.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated at NTB on Clemson Boulevard. They were very courteous and professional. They have the least expensive oil change in the area and the best customer service. From the welcome to the exit, they were wonderful! Thank you so much, and Ill be back in a few months!

2 hours away from home, on a Saturday afternoon 4/18 during the Covid-19 shutdown, in need of a tire patch for a flat tire I limped a Ford F-150 from 30 minutes out in the woods into Anderson. Googling tire shops near me while en route, we found that most small shops were closed and another local shop gave me the impression over the phone that I was a burden to get fit into their afternoon schedule. Then I called NTB (I had never previously called nor had been to an NTB) and spoke with Bill Harris whom answered the phone. At the time I didnt know he was the general manager, but his demeanor sounded like he cared; he sounded like someone who was an owner. Long/short, the tire couldnt be fixed as I had 72,250 original miles on the Goodyear Wranglers (wear bars were showing badly). Thus I decided to go ahead and replace all four tires. Wanting the same Goodyear tires I was informed by Bill that he did not have them in stock but he did give me several options (two of lesser quality; one of equal or better). I chose to have them install the better tire, a set of Michelin LTX A/Ts. Bill felt the were actually a better tire than the Goodyear tire and I would have to say that after putting 500 miles on the set since install I would entirely agree...these tires are FANTASTIC. Highway smooth, yet more tread than the Goodyears and they eat-up rip rap gravel rural roads with ease. If you are ANYwhere in the upstate and need honest service, quality products and workmanship, I would strongly encourage you to call this NTB store on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson, SC. Ask for Bill and listen to his advice. Thanks again for helping a guy out when I was in a tight spot.

Tire prices were awesome. Counter staff (Rebecca) was incredible. However the tire changing staff needs improvement. Very slow and wanted to talk to each other too much wasnt getting the cars out very quickly. Not as knowledgable about the steering components as he suggested he was. Needs more experience in this field.

This place is awesome !!! I had the best experience that I ever had getting an oil change. The manager Brian Wilder was the best. If you really love your vehicle I highly recommend this business for any of your maintenance.

Love the customer service and what they offer. The inside of the store is laid out with sitting area with t.v., work station with internet connection and high top tables for additional seating. They did a great job and very efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had an appointment time. I got there a few minutes early thinking I would have to wait for a rep. That never happened. As soon as I walked into the shop, I was greeted and the paperwork was started to get my alignment done. Once that was done, they drove my Jeep in and started the alignment. Fast service!

Such a long wait! He told us it was going to take an hour... came out and said something was broke and that they couldn’t finish their job unless getting that issue fixed. The thing is that we just came from firestone getting new tires and came straight here and they didn’t mention this problem at firestone. So we ended up having to pay for the alignment and then having to pay for what they broke! 🤬 Not coming back

Final update: Bill finally got the problem rectified with my rims. 99% of the problem was not his fault. It was the outside shop (Wheelhouse), whatever you do dont let them touch your rims.Thanks to Bill for staying on top of them, keep up the good work.Update: Bill is trying to rectify this problem that was made worse by the repair shop (not theres). He is going all out toget it done right.Tire prices were decent, bought 6 tires. When I got truck back found alloy rims where gouged. They sent truck to have rims repaired. Over two weeks later just got truck back. Rims outer edge no longer shiney while inside is. Have now got numerous dimples in one rim. Didnt notice them till I got home where I could get down on the ground to inspect. Very disappointed with the service.

Took car there for oil change after leaving noticed I had a oil leak in which it wasn’t leaking before going there but they said it wasn’t there fault and didn’t want to do anything about it

My wife has taken her car back several times . First they put the wrong tires a cheaper brand than the run flats we ordered , they did not do the alignment we paid for the 1st round , after 2 trips of that mess we started loosing air in tires so far nothing has been done but a tire ordered and in no rush ! they send her back out in a car they know has problems from their product , and have treated her like a fool . Blamed the sensor on it loosing air . we have had no issues with tires or sensors until they touched it . Save the hassle go any where else .

Dont go to this place if you want your vehicle to last they have people who train working on peoples cars I dont recommend this place to anyone!

I bought 6 tires for my truck from them and had them installed and they broke a wheel cover that I waited 2 weeks for replacement that they ordered from the dealership and also their mechanic who learns by working on peoples cars did an alignment too that wore the tire edges out and I purchased them with warranty and they said it would be best to take 2 from the rear and put them in the front and the fronts in the rear so they will become even and the ones from the rear to the front wore out too so I took it to the dealership and they said dont take a heavy duty truck to such places and the dealership did an alignment that solved the problem but Im left with worn out edges that makes a noise when I drive and they said to take my truck elsewhere cause they dont really have well experienced mechanics finally admitted that there mechanics come and go could have told me that first and I wouldnt have wasted my money so people read reviews before going.

Had a flat tire on my way to see my daughters game and they had me in and out before the game was finished. Thank you guys!!
