I purchased my 2011 Ford Fiesta from Ed Martin almost two years ago, and they have been an absolute joy to work with. My previous car was falling apart and they let me test drive several ones until I found exactly what I wanted. When I call and made my payments they were always very pleasant and understanding! And they congratulated me when I paid my last one. When I’m ready for a new car I’ll definitely come back! Thank you all at Ed Martin for being so dedicated to the customer’s happiness and being incredibly kind!

I went to 4 different dealerships before I found Ed Martin Nissan and Im very happy that the others didnt work out. I had a salesman named Steve Reeves that showed me the perfect car for me. I was blown away by the work Steve and his team did. He personally shined my car up for me and introduced me to the amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Deceptive pricing, the Frontier was priced at $35,491 on the website. The out the door price after all the additional fees was +41k. We expected the sales tax and some doc fees but they added window tinting, and rust proofing. They couldnt tell us what the rest was for. We asked about the internet price and the saleswomen said that those are always wrong. Interesting that the cost is never less than what they advertise. In my opinion they are not to be trusted. That said, I dont think any of them should be trusted. I have decided to buy online as at my age I am tired of wasting time with them. Carvana here I come. Good luck.

The week of July 5th, 2021, I visited Ed Martins Nissan location in Anderson to look at and test drive the Kicks. I decided to purchase one that very day, and went back the very next day to complete the purchase. The lady that was working the parts desk was amazing! The service man however was very rude. It was very clear he didn’t want to take the time to program our key fob that we paid dearly for. He was very verbal after having to re-enter our information into the computer. The new fob is still not programmed correctly and comes up as an error on the message center. The amount of money we paid, I was expecting it to be done correctly. Especially after almost 3 hours! The parts lady even came out and was inquiring why we were still there. How long will this programming last before I get stranded somewhere? I was told if that happens just call them. Are they going to come get me 3 hours away from my job!?

Bought a brand new Nissan Armada from these guys. Broke down after 2400 miles. Major problems. Was in service at another dealer for 16 days. The team at Ed Martin made it crystal clear it was not their problem. Did nothing to help. They will tell you when you buy from them “If you need anything or have any problems, just give us a call.” Total joke. Customer service when there’s a problem doesn’t exist here.

I went in on April 12th looking for a reliable vehicle considering i got screwed over on my last vehicle. A guy came out and helped me search for a good vehicle, and i ended up going with a 2014 Ford Fiesta. The salesman told me it was the best vehicle for my price range ($8,000) and talked this vehicle UP. He told me there was NO issues what so ever, told me all the recalls had been fixed ( which i found out was not true ) anyway, i bought the vehicle and literally THE NEXT DAY the transmission went out! I called them PLENTY of times asking to speak with a manager and i was told every single time that all the managers were with customers and that i would have to wait for a call back (Which i never received) So i kept calling and i finally got someone on the phone TODAY (May 4th, 2021) and explained everything, and they said there wasn’t anything they could do to help me. So now I’m out all that money i spent looking for a vehicle, and come to find out it’s gonna cost me $5,000 for a new transmission. The transmission for this car is more expensive because it’s a automatic and a manual. I also found out that the transmission that’s in it, has been rebuilt and the guy at Ed Martin never told me that. I definitely would NEVER go back and i wouldn’t recommend any one going there. Terrible vehicles, and terrible customer service.

The updates on process completion were non-existent.Nissans availability and visibility of replacement parts was very poor.I missed a camping trip due to parts not availableBruce and Kevin, are excellent. They made sure I was cared for and were understanding and sympathetic. They create a positive where none existedMy truck was cleaner when I got it back than when dropped off, that was a pleasant surprise!

Went to get a new key programmed for my Nissan Sentra, we called before coming in to ask an estimate of the price was told 150, when we got in the key was only 130 but the labor (it takes about 15 minutes to make the keys) was 66 so my total was over 200 with taxes. If we call in before hand to get a price on something give the price with labor included, say that is without labor. And last 66 dollars for 15 minutes of work is ridiculous I would have expected about 25 dollars as that would have put it in the range of prices I was quoted over the phone AND wouldnt be about 264 dollars an hour for labor. I didnt Even have to pay my custody lawyer 264 dollars an hour, and she got me everything I asked for at the time.

Horrible! The sales man was rude and my husband is still waiting (3 weeks now) for his trade in to be paid off. Lender was sent a check for the trade in value and not the 10 day payoff quote they were given. Lender has reached out several times to receive no response but “we’ll call you back.” Will never buy here again, definitely not worth the trouble!

When I purchased my Altima, I walked out of Ed Martin pleased with my purchase because I found the sales staff to be professional and respectful of my time. The service department, however, tainted my impression of Ed Martin. The cruise control in my 2019 Altima began working intermittently and eventually stopped working all together. My significant other took the car, still under warranty, to the dealership so the problem could be diagnosed and corrected. He was told that the sensor had been bent and had been scratched.. The service manager said it would not be covered by the warranty because the car had been wrecked. The problem is that I have not had as much as a fender bender which was confirmed when he ran it through Carfax. To get to this particular part, one would have to disassemble the front end of my car, in this case, for no reason at all. I’m left with two thoughts. First, it is a factory defect which the manager would not even entertain, or the car was wrecked before I bought it under the assumption that it was new and undamaged. This is the only problem that I have had with my car, so I will buy another Nisson. I assure you, though, I will not buy it from Ed Martin.

Went theother day to look at two vehicles. Ran home and got my girlfriend to come look. We brought our trade with us, and where ready to do a deal. Not one salesman greeted us. We saw one who was helping someone, he walked by us with out acknowledging us or getting someone to help us. We even went inside to get someone. Still no one came to talk to us. We spent well over a hour looking at cars and no one came to greet us or help us. I will take my $40,000 some where else that has customer service.

If I could I would remove the star. I wouldnt advise anyone that has credit issues to purchase from this dealer. I would seek alternatives. I purchased a vehicle in November, I was advised from my local oil change company the miles was rolled back. The transmission had a leak and the list goes on. Not to mention my credit card was ran without my permission multiple times after I had already removed authorization. Lastly the car was repossessed, for 50.83. When I refused to pay due to multiple overdrafted fees the company caused on my account. When a dealer representative told me they will repo your car for a 1.00 they are not for the people.. Stay Away

Worked With Matt (Sales consultant) and Tom (General Manager) at this dealership in securing a deal for Brand new 2016 Rogue. Both were friendly and committed to make the deal. I did lot of shopping for the same model in 4 states and their price was competitive only next to big place like Chicago. But you never know what can happen by the time you start and go to Chicago to buy a car. I ended up buying the car here yesterday. They gave a good deal compared to their big brother showroom in other places under same name.Few things which are insignificant still it may matter for few,1. No finance manager for Nissan. Edmartin Group shared the finance manager. If you are taking delivery on Saturday like me. Be prepared to wait for longer hours2. Temp plates were missed and i got the keys and started driving only to realize i dint have plates. But it was fixed immediately when i was back at the showroom in 10 mins.3. Small confusion in the deal agreed earlier but sorted out at the end.Im yet to receive the title papers and will update the review based on my experience with them.I will recommend Matt (Sales consultant) and Tom (Manager). They are best.

I would stear clear of the place. Very disappointed. We had been searching for a hard to find 4 runner and finally found one online here, after agreeing on a deal over the phone, we asked if the 4 runner was free of scratches and dents- the sales manager who i spoke with replied that it was but he would double check since the guy who fixes scratches would be there that day. I made it very clear we were very concerned about that. We drove 4 and half hours to pick up a vehicle with only 10,000 miles only to find out the back lift gate was covered in major scratches and the interior was very roughly used, and the tire pressure gauge was lit on the dashboard. Wouldnt you make sure this stuff was all taken care of before hand? Needless to say we walked away from the deal. We should have known better than to take them for their word because the salesman and his sales manager were a bit rude on the phone while making the deal. We asked for an email with the confirmed price we agreed on before we made the drive and they informed us they would not do that- they felt we should take them for their word because they have 7 “reputable” dealerships in the area. So they ended up only texting a price to us... nothing detailed though...sounds professional right? They also said they wont send anyone an itemized price quote so people cant take that quote and shop around. What a horrible way to do business- if you give the best deals and service, and truly care about your customers, they would come back to you regardless. Its ALL about customer service and that was extremely lacking. Would not trust them period.
