So disappointed in my last visit here. Wont be back. When I got in to leave I noticed 3 lights warning lights on. I went back and told the lady at the counter that i had 3 lights on that werent there when i arrived the first time. Two lights were my traction and the other was the service engine light. She immediately said they dont fix service engine lights. I told her several times that the three lights were not on when I first arrived for my oil change. She showed me on their paperwork that the engine light was on when he got in the car. I told her that wasnt true. After asking several times she finally agreed to let the service man come look at it.He got in the car started pushing dash buttons at random, said he didnt know and then answered the counter lady that yes he had reset the oil monitor so she pulled him away calling him babe.I was so frustrated!I called my husband and went to Advance Auto. Turns out they didnt reconnect my MAF sensor and left the air filter casing open. No wonder my car was idling rough.Too bad they thought I was trying to rip THEM off that they wouldnt even check their own work, truly didnt seem to care and obviously didnt do the paperwork in the beginning like he said and was suppose to.I felt like if I were a man they both would have listened to me. I know my car and all they had to do was pop the hood and look.I reached out to managment via the corporate line and apparently they dont care either!

Good service, have been many times. They have serviced several work cars of mine. Found issues and fixed them quickly. Never have had an issue going here. Staff may change but quality of service never has

Absolutely the best service! Chris didn’t cut any corners and took his time to repair my car properly when it broke down on the highway, even though it kept him and Alexis an hour past closing time on a Saturday. I cannot thank all of the staff here enough for getting me home safely! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I definitely recommend this Precision Tune Auto Care. I do not live in Anderson, but I had transmission trouble one my way to NC from Atlanta, and Brian the owner and manager was incredibly helpful and got me back on the road as soon as he could. He went out of his way to replace the transmission with a used transmission and replaced the clutch with a brand new clutch for free. At every step of the way he explained what my options were and gave honest advice to help me get my car up and running and in safe, reliable condition.

They did an awesome job fixing my brakes and rotors. They got it done in a timely manner so I could continue on with my day and their staff is the friendliest. They are so helpful and make sure you understand what you’re getting before it’s done. This is the only place I will take my car to from now on.

Brian is awesome! He remembers my name, my car and helps me in a professional and timely manner! He is fair and does not over charge and is very personable. because of him I am loyal to Precision and I take my Corvette there for service! I appreciate his help! When my car would not crank because the battery died he gave his associate his car to take me to jump start mine. I appreciate his sense of community since he did not have to help me! Let me start off by saying that one star is much more than I want to give. I went in today for a simple oil change. They provided the service and they normally would park my car in the front of the door when done but was driven to a parking space. I got in my jeep to leave and when the car was on I noticed my tire pressure light was on, the PSI read 6. I get out to look, my tire was completely flat. I tell the attendant. To make a long story short, the manager, Brian became completely irate and disrespectful telling me to that they would reimburse me but they dont do tires there. I get that tires arent their specialty, cool. But to tell me not to come back in the belligerent manner which he displayed was completely unacceptable. No worries, though, I wont ever return and Id encourage others to spend their money elsewhere. Brian shouldnt be leading anyone with his attitude and quick temper, he should definitely seek anger management. Again, one star is too much!

I am impressed by how the guys there make me just your simple every few months oil change customer genuinely feel important. No kidding, usually no longer than it takes me to get out of my vehicle and walk inside my paperwork would already be in someones hand on a clipboard of course Lol Id most definitely recommend Precision Tune to others.

I went in for a high mileage oil change. According to signs inside that includes Bob quarts of oil oil filter high mileage treatment comprehensive vehicle inspection and tire rotation. I had already brought in a quart of Lucas Oil stabilizer making that a total of 6 quarts available under the price and my vehicle takes 5.3 QT. I was charged for an additional quart of oil, they did not perform the comprehensive vehicle inspection or rotate the tires. Have tried reaching out to them regarding this and have gotten no response. my guys always always ask for the invoice before you make your payment to see what they are charging you for and check your vehicle to see if they have performed things like tire rotations.

Had to have Brakes and Several other Items corrected on my Car. Not only did the staff here keep me informed of every detail they were able to make sure I was happy with each and every step. I am glad this is not just a Oil Change Shop like it seem to have been along time ago. The Manager really knows his stuff and how to make sure my car was cared for. Other people on here complaining about oil changes need to understand this is not just an oil change station anymore. Only issue if this is one is that the parking lot is a little tight and had to park next door. But I guess that could be a good thing if you have that much business coming in.

Stopped in this morning and asked if I could make an appointment for a brake inspection. They were pretty busy at the time, so I wasnt expecting to be seen right away. The man behind the counter gruffly replied I cant see you today. Somewhat taken aback, I said, yes sir, I understand, I just need to make an appointment, please. At this point he THREW a business card across the counter at me and informed me that you can call to make one, Im busy right now! before turning his back and walking into the shop area. He was VERY rude... so I walked out and spent my $200 at another place. If this is how they treat returning customers, Ill never go back! Its a shame, really, because my previous experience with an oil change there was okay... their loss!

I have been getting my vehicles serviced or repair the Anderson SC Precision Tune for going on 9 years. I definitely highly recommend their services. Fully capable and competent staff and management.

The manager Alexis was so rude and will not take my extended warranty just because it was too much of a hassle! My adjuster called precision Auto tune care to discuss a price and she didnt even bother to give them a price before saying we can not service your car they person have can come pick it up have a great day and hung up the phone. So unprofessional!!! She was so rude!

It took me 20 minutes for my car to start this morning.... indicating a problem,,,,, took it to Precision tune and they charged me $25.00 to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car.... hummmmmmmm,,,, very interesting... the up side is I got to observe Tiffany at work. she appears very knowledgeable about her job... she was attentive.. and could multi task extremely well and had a personality ....say what..... actual customer service skills!!!

Bad news.. Went to take my car in for oil change and tune up had a pair of raybands in my car with cover and cleaning cloth in them. When I left the place the glasses were no where to be found. Sad thing is I know someone took my glasses but can not prove it. Because I did not see when it happened. Never going back again...

We have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan that had an issue with the plug in the oil pan. Brian suggested that I could buy an oil pan and gasket to save money, which I did. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and communication for the whole process was great. I especially appreciate Brian, the owner, showing me the problem upfront, so I knew what was needed to fix the problem.

I dropped my car for just coolant leak they asked for about $200 later they called me and said there is oil leak too and bolt under thr car where oil is leaking, its threads are worn out and he need to change the pan too( for what that I dont understand, and he didnt show me any parts he changed) and he charged me $452, which is my half months pay. When I picke my van the steering wheel was so stiff that as I came on the road I almoat had an accident. I called them and they asked to bring it back , I took it back next day because they were cloaed for the day. Next day they refuse to take responsibility instead they said we havnt touch steering wheel and they asked for more diagnosis fee. They ruined it so bad that it was totally unsafe to drive and I had to immediately take it to Toyota dealer. Would never recommend Precision to anyone.

How could ANYONE go any where else but Precision Tune?? It’s cheaper, the best place if you are in a hurry. They always work with me. My whole family goes there!! It’s a no brainer , people!! Lol

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do much more than oil changes; for example they repaired my windshield washer jets on my Dodge Ram for a fraction of the cost of the dealer.

I went here twice. both times i paid for a premium oil change which included fluids topped off. didn’t check the first time but rescind time after i leave i just happen to look at my fluids & they’re all about empty. i called them & explained i paid extra for a top of, air, etc, they say just bring it back & we’ll fill them up.my answer was no.. after i already paid for them to do that.. Something that simple is still considered theft. You should give the customer what they pay for 100%. Who knows what else they skimp on. Not trustworthy I wouldn’t go back.

They are fast, friendly, and quick. They do not try and upsell you. They make sure you know what is happening with the vehicle, explain anything you may not understand, and let you know what your options are. They have gone above and beyond for us as customers and we are glad to keep doing business with them.

They had a free special to tell me why my my check engine on. They told me that the results needed additional diagnostic work to decipher. $98 later they told me it was an Oxygen sensor. Ive since found out that when reading the computer codes, this would have come up right away and any auto parts store will do the check for free.

I had troubles with my car, and took it here and thought everything was fine until informed by one of their previous mechanics that they cut corners! They replaced my alternator but didnt reconnect my fans to cool my motor!!! I could have been killed due to their negligence!!!

I really enjoyed my visit at precision tune. I was in and out in 30 min. Im very picky about who works on my car. I will most definitely be back. I think the managers name was Brian he was very friendly and anwswed all my questions..

The maintenance guys were late, manager was stressed and alone. I should have known better than to leave the van, but the ac is out!! Three plus hours later its in the bay, no one knows whats up. Im taking it somewhere else. I offered to bring it another day, but no, we can fix it. Ffs just tell me you cant do it today. Youre not the only one crazy busy, stop wasting my time please.

Please don’t bring your car here unless you wanna get ripped off. They did not repair anything on my car yet charged me $1200 just for me to have to take it to a real mechanic and get the same work done for half the price. The people here are nothing but a bunch of sleezy hillbillies. BEWARE

Do not i repeat do not leave your vehicle there over night for them to work on it. Mines was left there for a possible motor replacement and they lied and one of the employees drove my car off the lot after they were closed and left ot in the middle of the highway!!! It took me six months to find my car and its going to cost me 3500 to fix it. The manager is rude and told me to take them to court and that is what i am doing!!!!

The manager Brian became belligerent with me over the phone calling me a liar about someone telling me my car was ready. He told me he wouldnt work on my car anymore and that I needed to have it towed away. I will never use them or another Precision Tune ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Lack of knowledge on how to run a business by the manager as well as a lack of customer service skills. Also was going to charge me for a whole new steering column when it just needs a new sensor. 10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMEND!

Took my Mazda in for a simple oil change. Being a slow day with one car in the bay and nobody waiting in the lobby I decided to go for it.. Wait time so far? 2 hours. I can see the staff thru the glass not doing anything except talking to one another. Should have read the reviews before I decided to try and do business with this dump.. I do not understand why people cant even do their jobs now a days. Very dissatisfied. Will not be returning, will not be referring anyone to this sham. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ive been taking my Mazda here for oil changes for several years with no problems.

They charged my wife 80 for an oil change and to change the in cabin air filter. Thats ridiculous and a complete rip off, it takes 5 mins or less to replace an in cabin air filter. DO not ever ever take your car here, unless you like getting ripped off then this is the place for you......

They go out of their way to make sure everything is just right with your automobile.

I brought my Mitsubishi in for a standard alignment. I was told it would be an hour so we went to the mall and came back, waited another hour. After that they pulled me aside and told me my wheel bearings were bad and that they would fix it for 700 dollars! When I asked for proof of this, they just shook my tires around and said that was that. Well, I took it to my personal mechanic, and he told me that nothing was wrong with them and that I just needed some tires.All in all, this place made me waste three hours of my life, for absolutely nothing - and was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. THEY LITERALLY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR NO REASON AND DONT HELP AT ALL.

Quick oil change when Walmart told me there was a three-hour wait. Got me in right before they closed on a saturday.

Couldnt or would t figure out what was wrong after the first diagnosis was wrong so just gave me my money back and said we give up. I ended up stranded twice on the side of the road trying to get home to get the kids off the bus. I wasted 9 hours of my time

Was told to show up at 8 so they can look at my car and stood there until 9 then was finally told that nobody showed up to work. Why couldnt they tell us that 8 30 instead of having us stand there for an hour. Didnt even look at our car, was told to leave it because it would be a few hours. Worse service I ever came across. My wife took my car in to have a simple oil change. The 10 min oil change took about 3 hours so I wouldnt go there if youre expecting quick service. My wife ended up just going shopping while they had the car.A few days later I noticed oil spots on the driveway and garage (basically everywhere weve parked it). Looking under the car you could see oil dripping from around the oil pan. My wife felt bad about breaking my car so she took it to the dealer to see if the threads had been stripped out. She didnt trust Precision Tune to be honest about it so she wanted a neutral opinion. They told her that the it is standard practice to replace the washer with each oil change and that the original washer was crushed, causing the leak. Also, the dealer said that the wrong oil filter was used ... I assume that meant they used one that wasnt recommended by the manufacturer.My wife returned to Precision Tune to ask for the $22 refund because they shotty workmanship resulted in the need for yet another oil change within a week. She brought the bad washer that the dealer gave us. They said that they would not refund the money as we invalidated the warranty by taking it to the dealer. So, hide behind some fine print on a receipt ... THATs how to run a business.The manager could have saved their reputation by just refunding the $22 and giving us an apology, but he chose to be rude to my wife when he knows that they are in the wrong ... that they caused us to take time out of our day to get a problem THEY caused fixed ... and we have had to clean oil off of concrete (not easy, or possible really) in our garage and driveway ...YOU NEED TO ASK YOURSELF ... is it really worth it to go to these yahoos when there are other places that can do this work? I thought it was too much of a hassle to go to the dealer for an oil change ... guess I was wrong.

I have used this place for years but apparently they have a new team I got there at 9am they said that it would be an hour so I walked across the road to Academy to waste some time come back at 1015am they hadnt pulled my car in the bay so I asked how much longer it would be the woman said they were pulling the car in next so I sat down and waited at 1130 she came in told me they were topping it off I could go ahead and pay well 5 mins after I pay I notice theyre having a meeting around my car didnt think much 20 mins later the woman comes in and says they broke my dip stick one guy tried to justify it was ok I could take it down to the Dodge dealership and buy myself a new one when they realized I was getting mad the woman insisted she would go get it and pay for it so at this point Ive been there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change so I walk and go eat some lunch I get back and they were very rude but said the car was good to go so I leave at 1230 after 3 1/2 hours of sitting for an old change Im just ready to get home didnt think much of it get to going down the road good and I hear a wierd noise pull over pop the hood they didnt put the oil cap back on and they had glued the dip stick together... Waiting to hear from corporate now Im furious!

Went in for my AC to be worked on got charged over 800 bucks for that looked at bill seen were it said transmission fluid flush I dont work on cars but Im pretty sure the transmission has nothing to do with an AC
