Love the service! Very kind, friendly, and helpful people! We bought a washer and dryer set from them a little over a year ago and had a couple minor things go on with the set and they came and fixed them right away. They are affordable, knowledgeable and do great work. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used appliance to use this company!!

This was definitely the best experience. I have had dealing with a company in a long time. Both gentleman were very polite punctual respectful got the job done amazingly perfect. He went above and beyond what I thought he was going to be able to do fixing a hose issue even that I had perfectly. I absolutely would recommend them and I will use them in the future.

I got there like maybe 15 minutes before it closed and they had exactly what I wanted, set up the delivery time n date: I couldnt get a better deal anywhere else

Nathan is honest and reliable. When we needed help with an appliance, every other number we called was unavailable until later in the week. Not happy at all bought a washer and dryer from them and it was junk I try to support the local businesses instead of the box stores was very rude on phone. Also they said they would repair the washer and they did a very very bad job at that. I recommend if your looking for used appliances go somewhere else

We bought a kitchenaid French door refrigerator from them in December, 2020. We paid $2000.00 for said refrigerator with delivery, and set-up. Two or three months later we noticed the freezer wasnt working well, items not frozen we couldnt keep ice cream in that freezer etc. I called to see if someone could come out and look at it because it had also stopped making ice.The owner came out put his temperature gun in the fridge and freezer, said all the temperatures were normal and he cant fix something that isnt broken. I was not happy about the answer,however, I wasnt going to argue with him either. He did not charge a service fee.I ended up buying a counter ice maker because it still never made ice like it should. It would drop maybe a tray or two a day. On top of that I couldnt put hardly anything in the freezer or it wouldnt keep items frozen.Recently, it started making a loud clanky noise when it would run. We had an appliance guy come out and look at it and he informed us the motor was going out. We did not call this business due to the prior experience.We ended up going to a local appliance store, purchasing a new refrigerator for $200 more than what we paid for the one we bought in December and they hauled that piece of junk away.I would not recommend this business. They make you feel like you are being unreasonable in expecting how the appliance you paid decent money for used doesnt work exactly how it it should.Just be aware, more than not you can buy new for a bit more money and avoid the headache.

Just had my washer and dryer delivered Sam’s set up! A beautiful set at such a great price!! Eric was super helpful in getting it set up and made sure it worked to my expectations Medford leaving! I’ll definitely be getting all my appliances from them in the future.

Nathan is the man. First he got us the fridge we needed last minute for me and my exes place. He came, hooked it up, and we were good to go. In and out just like that. My parents needed a new washer and dryer and Nathan was able to get them an awesome deal. His son came out and hooked it up and showed my mom how to use it and she says its a major upgrade over the last two. Thank you to Nathan and his son for helping us out.

We had our clothes Washer go out and rather than replace just the washer, we decided to see if we could just get a refurbished set (Washer & Dryer) so that they would still match. My wife went into a few places to see what was available, she finally came across a set from Appliances Plus More that she liked and we purchased it same day beings they could deliver that same evening. The guys came out and installed it fairly quick and hauled the old washer away as well as gave us $97 for the working dryer (I know I could have sold for more, but it was just easier); we paid $1,200.00 out the door.It came with a 30 day warranty and of course 3 weeks in, we noticed our Master Bedroom walk-in closet had super wet carpet and padding all of a sudden, weve lived here for almost 2 years and never had that occur. So we started trying to figure out if there was leak in the wall or what...come to find out a part inside the washer internals was spewing water all down the back of washer and soaking under the based boards slowly enough to not flood the laundry room (which is tile), but yet warped all our baseboards and did a bunch of water damage to the wall and carpet as well as a few of out items in the closet at the time.We called to let them know we had an issue and they said its probably the hose connections, and told us we needed to pull it out and check all the fittings, because they wouldnt come out if it was not a problem with the washer itself (Keep in mind they were the ones that installed everything and removed the old ones, so even a loose hose should have been on them); but my wife and I pulled out the washer & dryer to look and sure enough it was in the washer not a hose connection on the outside. We called back and scheduled an appointment for warranty service. We were told we had to have our receipt to prove it was under 30 days (why wouldnt they have that info???...unless it is a scam-y way of getting out of their warranty for those of us that might have lost it in the last month since purchase). Luckily we did still have our receipt being my wife is organized. After a few days of trying to get them to come out (one time we had to reschedule), they came out about 6 days after washer failed (no clean clothes..) they showed up and found the issue right away (a part inside the washer failed and was spurting water all over). They said they had the part and replaced it, while finishing up my wife asked the owner (I am pretty sure), what they were going to be able to do about the damage it caused to our house and he said oh, yeah we dont do that - its like an Act of God thing, not our responsibility.We are super disappointed with this response, because it was their failed appliance that caused the damage, not an Earthquake!!! In any industry if you provide a product that then damages or injures someone or someones property with regular use and especially within a 30 day warranty period, you are liable for the damages...how is this not their fault??!!!!I will be asking my Home Owners insurance to go after them for at least our deductible to be paid by them, even tho it will still go on my insurance and likely result in higher rates later. If my Insurance company is unable to pursue it; then my next step will be small claims court, because this is ridiculous behavior in my opinion.Sad thing is had they showed more compassion and offered to send a guy of their choosing to do the work, I would have been fine with it, even if it was not a professional construction company, (may have costed them a few hundred dollars), but now I will be suing for the highest bid I can find as well as ask for any damages we can claim (stress, mental anguish, etc). I will update either way once it is worked out.** FYI: As the owner of this store, you can certainly work with me still, if you want to avoid all the issues and potentially earn a better review **

Bought a washer and dryer from them. The washer didnt work, they replaced the mother board a week after my purchase. Its now 7 months later and the mother board is not working again. They pushed us off on to a repair person whos voice mail is full and doesnt respond to text....NEVER AGAINUpdate:Spoke with repair person, he said those front load washers need the mother board replaced every 3 or 4 months and it was out of warranty with Appliance Plus, so what is our hurry to get it repaired because it will cost us up to $200.00, thats just parts. Labor started at $50.00 and went up from there. Called repair guy back, told him we bought one from Lowes and not to come on Monday. Purchased washer from Lowes, brand new with 3 year warranty for 789.00 with delivery. Owner of company called and was upset that I left the first review - this is the second set of washer and dryer I have purchased from this store. I have recommended them to others...not again and never buying from them again.PS If the store owner responded as quickly to customers with issues the way he did this bad review - I would be a happy customer.

My dryer wasnt heating and took the dryer to them and they were able to fix it fast. This really helped me, instead of waiting 2 weeks to get new one delivered.

It was a nice place.The one top load washer I wanted was gone but the owner was nice enough to break a set up for the one I wanted. I hope it will work great and no problems but they do offer the free service on all parts if something does go wrong.

Absolutely disgusting what this place is doing! $650 for a USED 12 cubic foot freezer? The guy claimed it was due to the Carona Virus..... absolutely horrible!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!I purchased a freezer from this store and was informed by the owner that the appliance was only 7 years old, and in great working order. The owner spent a good deal of time elaborating about the fact that ALL of his products are gone over with a fine tooth comb prior to RE-sale. Within the first 72 hours after delivery, their was so much frost build up on the interior, you literally could not see any of the items on the shelf! We called and explained to the owner that we believe the seals were bad, as they were hard as concrete. We asked for replacement seals but were told no. The owner called my home one evening and spent twenty minutes admonishing me like a child for not calling him back when we decided to deal with the issue ourselves. He was exceptionally rude, accusatory, unprofessional, and child-like. He actually told me that once the sale is complete, his first priorities are “soon to be customers”!If you are a gambling person, and do not mind throwing your money away, then this is the store for you!

BEWARE! Owner of this store is equivalent to a used car salesman. Only after your money. No service after the sale. We purchased an upright freezer, within two days after the purchase, there was so much frost you couldn’t see the products on the shelf. We determined the unit has faulty seals, but couldn’t get them to remedy the problem. The owner called us back and was rude, aggressive, unprofessional when we asked for new seals for the freezer unit. Only patronize this store if you are a gambler and have money to lose.

Poor service, got the fridge to my house and didnt even work, i ended up loosing all my frozen food over 200 dollars worth, they offered to bring me a new fridge and didnt even show up nor call me! Then Took them 6 days to bring me my new fridge which had dents all over it, then had the nerve to tell me that i was the one that broke the first fridge i paid 600 dollars for . very disadisfied with the quality and costomer service., will not be returning to this store.

When my dryer went out I had a problem. I own a Family Care home and laundry must be done daily. I was able to purchase a nice dryer from Appliances Plus and complete the transaction over the phone. My home is on the burned ridge in Magalia, a couple hours away. Regardless, these folks delivered the new dryer late that nightImpressed beyond belief!

Couldn’t have asked for a Better experience the owner greeted me and helped and answered all my questions and we can do a deal overall great customer service and will be going back for more appliances in the future. Thank you guys so much

Being generous with 3 stars here, while it appears that their selection is good, they couldnt find what I was after even tho they said on the phone they had it moments before I got there. Im guessing theyre going thru g growing pains now. They had fair pricing on mostly all the used appliances they had.

I bought a used dryer and was told it had a service plan. Dryer broke down within 3 weeks of me owning it so I tried to schedule a service call. First they told me since I had no copy of my receipt they wouldn’t be able to service it. Then they said maybe they could find it. Set up a service call for Wednesday and then called to reschedule for Tuesday. I sat around all day waiting for a call back Tuesday and In the afternoon they told me they can’t come. Just ridiculous, I have had it less than a month you’d think they would want to fix it. Lesson learned!

Why spend more than you have to. Great appliances at great prices. Very helpful, had what I needed and delivered it to my home.

We are in elderly couple he totally took advantage of us sold us a refrigerator that didnt work when they brought it over its only been 6 months and the stove that we bought now is broke when we confronted them about the problems they were extremely rude never again

Love yourself and save yourself from all kinds of misery by going out to buy NEW and elsewhere. Not only will you get failed products but their services are terrible. You will be given the run around as to when someone will come out to fix/repair. Once they do, used parts are replaced if within 30 days. A few months later, it breaks and youre out your own pocket on parts and labor even though they claim it is under the free lifetime service, parts, and labor at THEIR COST. What they actually mean is they will charge you their COST for the parts including $20/hr labor. It is NOT FREE!!! Dont say free if you meant something else. All they care is your money. After that, they dont care about you!!!!

This place will promise you the world but then sell you something cheap that has been fixed up to look nice. I love supporting local, so I paid $750 for a washer/dryer set, which I now realize I could have gotten new at Home Depot for $800-$900. I learned an expensive lesson and will never be shopping here again :/.The washer had a problem at delivery, broke completely within a month and the dryer broke several months after that. This was an expensive mistake on my part, and I really thought that I was saving money :(Beware!!!

Both washer and dryer have completely broke since I purchased them. I would suggest spending the extra 100$ and just get a brand new set at Home Depot or a real appliance store, these guys are truly crooks... kinda bums me out, you can almost see the sleeze oozing off of the owner but I had just purchased a home and needed to save money... oh well lesson learned.

I recently purchased a washer Dryer Refrigerator and dishwasher. I was A little apprehensive at first to buy used appliances, but I am so glad I did. Not only did I save a ton of money but I got some great Appliances at really good prices. The customer service at this store is wonderful! The owner of the store Nathan is teaching his daughter great work ethic he has her working there through the summer he brought her with her and set up the washer and dryer they took our older fridge , they spent several hours they even waited for me to go to Ace Hardware to get the piece that I needed. Also we love supporting local businesses. So if you’re shopping for new appliances I would check this place out !! Thank you Nathan and Eric

Great customer service, they stand behind their appliances, very satisfied with them and definitely recommend them, had bought from someone else in anderson and when washer failed to work i called and the other person never called back, when ever i call appliances and more they are fast to respond, triple A plus on everything. If we ever need anything else i will shop and buy here first.

We got a good price on a new refrigerator freezer. Opted to not go with a service plan. Same day delivery and was on time.

UPDATE*** I decided to call & let this guy know how unhappy I am & he actually offered to try to make things right. He offered to replace my w/d set, so I thought... great!!! Well, not so great... He tried to send me pics of what he had for a replacement & it was all JUNK!!! Please dont set yourself up for disappointment & avoid this place!Bought a washer & dryer that looked pretty but didnt work for s#%@! Called & was told they would service them to make it right & he NEVER showed up! I paid $1400 for junk!! So disappointed!!

In the beginning it seemed like a really great deal. We got a good price on 3 appliances: washer dryer & dishwasher. Nathan talks a big game about how great his service plan is. Be sure you want to do business with him forever cause youre going to need it!We had a falling out with him over the hoses on our dishwasher being kinked. He refused to replace them. Since June all three appliances have needed repairs. The washer leaks, the dishwasher needed a new fuse & the dryer is being looked at today for going kerclunk kerclunk when it goes around. Ive since then heard stories from new friends about his lack of responsiveness and their inability to fix anything, so I dont really feel bad that our relationship is ruined. I am new to the area or wouldve asked around first. There are way better places I do not recommend this one.

Liars. Said debit or credit is 5% more because that is what they are charged. I call BS. Even if it’s true, that is a cost of doing business. They should throw that in when they are marking up used garbage appliances.

Bad, bad ownership. We will never shop there again. Took a month of back and forth to get a part for a machine we bought fr them for $400. Better business bureau really, really shouldve been called on them.
