Update: Someone from the store did eventually get in touch with me and are making things right by mailing me the cable. The 3rd (!) national customer service rep that I had to speak with, as well as the team member from the actual store were both very courteous and helpful. As a result, I am improving my overall rating of my experience. (As if any one really cares ;-)I was hesitant to make a big purchase at a Best Buy from the beginning because their online reviews re: customer service and their return process are so putrid. But they did have a great deal on an open box 55 Samsung UHD 4k television. The open box sticker promised it was just that - just an open box, television in Excellent Certified condition with zero damage and ZERO missing accessories. I made the purchase, but should have opened the box while in the store. I get home (45 minutes away) start to set up the TV, and guess what....No power cord and no manual! A television without a power cord does not do me much good. So you would think I could call the store, right? WRONG!! Apparently Best Buy stores do not have telephones in them! You can only get through to a national service representative, who obviously can not tell me if they have my power cord at the store or not. The representative claims she can not transfer me to the store and I need to drive back to the store to find out if they have my cord. When I reminded her it was a 45 minute drive for me and that this was THEIR mistake, all she could offer me was the e-mail address of a manager!! Seriously? So, again, I guess Best Buy is an electronics store without any telephones! They want me to drive 45 minutes each way to find out if the store still has the power cord to the television they just sold me!!! What a joke! What awful, putrid customer service!! All of those online reviews were correct. Best Buy is, essentially, a national chain WITHOUT customer service! I will be making that return trip after all, to RETURN THIS USELESS TELEVISION. And now I will be out all of this time and gas money. Thanks for NOTHING Best Buy!!

My granddaughter was looking for a computer to use in the new business venture she and her husband have begin. The staff person who assisted us was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest options she had not considered. I would recommend Best Buy in Anderson SC to anyone who might need a little guidance in deciding what to buy without the heavy pressure to purchase one specific brand over others.

Customer Service was exceptional. Ryan and Josh helped me in the Computer Department come up with a solution for my want in my Real Estate office. Their willingness to help must be mentioned. Great associates at your store. I was beyond impressed.

Never had a bad experience here. The employees are always super helpful and are very knowledgeable and they never have a bad attitude. Great place to shop.

Always easy to find what Im looking for. Plenty of aisle space to move around for the most part. They just need to clean up the dust and debris on some of the displays especially in the home theater areas. Staff were friendly and offered help.

Ryan helped us tremendously with the purchase of our TV. We went in to purchase a specific brand, model, and size; but after talking with him, we decided on another model and size. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are so thankful he was our sales representative. The TV that we decided on was not in stock, so Ryan went the extra mile—checking with other stores. We completed the sale in Anderson, and all we had to do was go and pick up our TV which was waiting for us at the Greenville store. Thanks Ryan!

I was looking for a cell phone car mount. The associate quickly showed me where they were located. The cashier was friendly. I was in and out with what I needed in a flash. It was a good experience.

Went into the store to purchase appliances. As we were checking out the so called free delivery was suddenly $50. The reason to was the my house is over 25 miles. I explained that from my front door to the store is 23.7 miles. They cut it in half but I refused. I checked the mileage on the way home, I was right. Shame you lost a sale for being stupid!

My phone broke last week and I was in a panic. The minute I walked up to the cell phone counter Bruce was AMAZING and so was Katie!!!!!!! Bruce explained all my options and really made the recommendation based on what I needed. I felt he was honest and sincere.Bruce and Katie are very knowledgeable about cell phones. I made an appointment online to get my mp3 player fixed. When I brought it in I was asked if I bought it there. I said no and was told he couldnt take it. Nothing about that is said on the web site. That would have been helpful.

Now they dont price math phones. About phone insurance didnt explain about charges so got insurance on blind eyes. Only half of the staff is helpful, others dont try to much. Had issues with them fixing my camera. Insurance ran out by the time they were dont sending it back and forth. Laptop they gave me a refurbished after having mines sent in to get fixed. And after 2 times I only got an email that my insurance was cancelled so they used up my insurance, didnt get the job completely done and cancelled my insurance a whole 1-1 1/2 year early. Very nice. I have been very disappointed with this best buy.

I recently recommended and went to the Best Buy in Anderson because I have purchased laptops, cell phone, and cameras. I took my neighbor to look at the Lively phone which she purchased in her name with her credit card only to receive a bill today in my name in error. Since Best Buy made the mistake, I went to the store. The manager instead of finding out how the error happened or calling lively to correct the error, he was rude and nasty. I will never ever purchase or recommend Best Buy to anyone.I feel since I made the extra trip there, he should have found out how the mistake happened and assisted in getting it fixed. He as a disappointment.

Price was high outrageously on most stuff. I used to love going there but everything is different. The vibe the over the top asking what we need help with. But I did find something cool Ill t is a flash drive for a c charger phone. 64 was under 17$ only thing I got went for a lab top. Those prices are way out there. .

I go in I get out. There is one girl there who helps me everytime and she gets it done! They all have knowledge of the tec and can help with anything. Im not super smart with tech but they were able to help get some nice wireless headphones and select my tablet.

Got a 70 inch LG, NICE PICTURE AND FEATURES fair price. SALESPERSON SAID Samsung and LG are very similar, no difference detailed. If you have Peacock or HBO max, YOU CAN NOT GET IT ON LG BECAUSE NO CONTACT WITH THEM. So there is a difference between Samsung and LG. ASK QUESTIONS BE CAREFUL. Also note that there is a way to analyze how far a tv should be away from you so you do not suffer a migraine, no one told us that either😡 so again, ask.

First off I got to shout out DJ for his excellence in customer service, knowledge, and his very polite manors. And I dont know the other guys name that was with him and I feel bad for not shouting him out too but he knows who he is. I thought I lost my wallet as I was on the phone talking business most of the time in there and they stopped everything to help me look for it. Both DJ and his fellow coworker were super friendly super knowledgeable and help me out and even taught me a little bit about SD cards and a few things about using them and high impact high vibration top environments. I go to a lot of different places around the country for work and that was some of the most polite people as far as customer service and putting you first Ive ever experienced far as customer service and putting you first . The prices were very fair and reasonable I have no complaints about the store the staff or their product costs. I will do my electronic shopping when Im in town from here on out at this store.

We went im ready to purchase an outside security camera and specifically went to Best Buy expecting knowledgeable associates. Instead the many employees on hand were standing around and when we did have an associate help us he suggested we google and order on amazon. Maybe because it was 20 minutes to closing time. We ended up going to Lowes and purchased what we needed.

I planned to spend up to $400 for a electronic item. This store had a great variety of electronic devices in stocks.I could not get any help from employees on the floor even though the front cashier did call for help. As I was leaving the person up front begin to name of four persons who should have been available for helping customers. Could use some improvements in customers service. I gave 2 star because the cashier was so nice.

The curbside crew is very attentive! A team member came to the cat before opening of the store and delivered our item without us checking in.. I love Best Buy!

The Best Buy in Anderson has the worse customer service. As soon as we walked in there was 3 employees standing at the door and not one of them said Hi or a word. Then we stood by the car radios for a while and finally one guy came and asked for help and we were trying to decide which radio we wanted so he walked away and never came back then we asked another guy for help and he walked away and never came back. Then we went to check out and the guy at the register sent us to go some where else. We will never go back to that store again. Terrible experience..

I have had a chronically long review for BestBuy going on two years now I’m leaving a fresh review of the last 5 years.Let’s start with the app. Search is horrible really needs scrubbed and started over by someone that understands what is available at Best Buy. Also I have wasted so much gas to see if a few available actually are. This angers me how hard is it to actually keep inventory and location.Let’s continue with store presentation the store looks great even during covid.Hey geek squad I did Apple care the appointment process was frustrating but once the process started completed next day this was an awesome surprise.Audio installation acted like they were bothered by me asking for last minute help before a trip with a busted speaker. I have spent 1000’s just a 1/4 mile away and never been back for audio.Appliance I had a great shopping experience the delivery scheduling needs work sometimes you need to keep food cold before next week.Computers I normally find what I need last time I went the part Eluded me and several employees looked down or away as I approached. The young woman with multicolored hair usually helps but she had a customer and did not ignore me. Keven greeted me as I entered saw me still looking and helped me. If he is not management he most definitely should be.Customer service is great at checkout but minus Kevin, geeksquad, and the young lady with the multicolored hair I leave unimpressed most times.Delivery crew does the job well and I was impressed.The review is long and I’m trying to be fair and accurate. I have raised the 1 star to 3 because some of the store works and some don’t.

Im not sure Best Buy Wants your business. Cant call the store directly, almost no help when I went on on a Saturday, and when I just now went to the Customer Service desk for a refund probably 5 people looked at me, one looked at me and went in the other direction, and when I said something about that to the person who took care of me, I wasnt sure if he simply didnt understand, or didnt care that I was not happy with the service.When he took back the return, which did not work at all, I wasnt sure that he wasnt going to put it back on the shelf. .... OK.

Quick, Precise, hassle free. parked out front due to having a large order, went inside, showed them my online order code and they brought it out to me.

I have noticed that is the first time I have at the store and they had a mask, sanitizer, e t c.. station right at the front door in order to ensure health and cleanliness of their customers and store alike. Highly recommend a visit to this Best Buy, they could teach you a thing or two some stores.

Could not get anyone to answer the phone over several days as I wanted to purchase equipment and get advised on best for my set up for new optic fiber cable.Oh well, their loss! Chat was a Joke! I was told all the wrong information.

Usually when I go in there, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, however, this trip was different. Nobody came to try and help me, and when I chased a staff member down, he was less than helpful.

They have done away with all of their DVDs they do not sell DVDs anymore they sell 4K Blu-ray and other ones Ive never heard of before they sell stuff like that in there and they sell TV cell phones radios record players all electronic things I think they even sell stoves surprisingly
